Considering the rapid growth of mobile devices, such as mobil e phones, PDA, etc., this study aimed to find out a proper model for the influence of mobile service system on the organizational performance. Genera lly the implementation of mobile service systems requires multi-dimensi onal activities related with hardware, software (information system), orgaware, and so on. Occurrence of and soil fumigation effect on black root rot of peony was investigated. Peony was severly infected to black root rot caused by Cylindrocarpon destructans on continuous cropping field, but peony cultivated in first cropping field was less infected. To control black root rot, soil improvement with soil fumigation and the root dipping in chemicals was trialed in peony continuous cropping field. Black root rot was not decreased by soil improvement, but incidence of black root rot of peony cultivated in continuous croping field of peony was decreased by soil fumigation with Dazomet GR. and dipping of peony root in chemicals.

This paper studies domain-dependent implicit sentiment expressions in earthquake-related social media texts. In sentiment analysis, domain-dependent implicit sentiment expressions are difficult to estimate and recognize, which often results in the depreciation of system performance. In this study, we analyzed two types of implicit sentiment expressions that may occur in the causal clause of the sentence conveying ‘fear’ sentiment: {simple predicate} type such as ‘collapse’ and {complex predicate} such as ‘blow up’. When these clauses appear without main clauses that express explicit sentiments such as ‘anxiety’ or ‘panic’, they imply the omitted sentiment and thus implicitly express certain sentiments by themselves. The DECO T-Crawler platform was used to collect earthquake-related data in social media texts and the DECO Korean dictionary and local-grammar graph formalism were used to the corpus. The performance of resources built in this study showed 84.5% accuracy in a test corpus, which is about 23% higher than the accuracy expected when using only sentiment-conveying words.

In this study, an investigation was done into service quality factors of infant education institutes, after which a positive verification was made in the relation of cause and effect between service quality, service value and customer satisfaction. Based on this verification, strategies were presented for plans to improve the service quality of infant education. In addition, identification was made into factors that affect customer satisfaction, re-registration intention and recommendation to others in putting forward service operational strategies for infant education institutes and making a comparative analysis on kindergartens and daycare centers.

본 연구는 호텔산업 내에서 호텔기업들이 경쟁우위를 차지하기 위한 전략적 수단으로서의 TQM (total quality management)이 특1급과 특2급 호텔별로 어떠한 차이를 보이며, 만일 특1급이 특2급 호텔에 비하여 성과가 높다면 성과에 미치는 TQM 요인은 호텔등급별로 무엇인가를 알아보기 위하여 실증분석을 하였다. 실증분석 결과는 첫째, 특1급 호텔이 특2급 호텔에 비하여 TQM의 12개 요인(관리자의 참여, 새로운 철학의 도입, 고객지향성, 공급자 관계, 개방된 조직, 종업원 권한부여, 벤치마킹, 훈련, 무결점 노력, 탄력적 생산, 공정개선 그리고 측정)에서 유의적으로 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 특1급 호텔의 성과가 특2급 호텔보다 유의적으로 높은 것으로 나타나 성과에 미치는 TQM요인이 무엇인가를 분석한 결과 탄력적 생산, 관리자 참여, 공급자 관계, 측정, 종업원 권한 부여가 정(+)의 방향, 고객지향성이 부(-)의 방향으로 유의적인 영향을 미차는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 특2급 호텔의 경우에는 탄력적 생산, 관리자 관여가 정(+)의 방향, 개방된 조직이 부(-)의 방향으로 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 TQM노력이 특1급과 특2급 호텔에서 어떻게 전개되고 있으며, 성과에 미치는 TQM 요인들은 무엇인가를 분석하여 특2급 호텔 및 1급 호텔이 특1급 호텔에 대하여 무엇을 전략적 벤치마킹 할 것인가를 제시하였다.
부산시내 지하생활권의 공기오염도와 온열인자에 관한 조사연구

For the purpose of preparing the fundamental data on air pollution in underground shopping center and also contributing to the health improvement of residents, the authors measured the level of $SO_2,\;NO_2,\;TSP,\;CO,\;CO_2$ and also some related factors as air temperature, air movement, relative humidity and mean radiation temperature at inside and outside of underground shopping center in Pusan from January to February and from July to August 1994. The results were as follows : 1. The mean concentration of CO within the underground shopping center was $3.1{\pm}1.3ppm$ in winter and $2.1{\pm}0.9ppm$ in summer. There was a negative correlation (p<0.01) between inner CO concentration and temperature in summer and no correlation between inner CO concentration and outer CO concentration in underground shopping center 2. The mean concentration of COE within the underground shopping center was $876{\pm}353ppm$ in winter and $757{\pm}125ppm$ in summer. There was a negative correlation (p<0.01) between inner $CO_2$ concentration and air movement in summer and positive correlation (p<0.05) between inner $CO_2$ concentration and outer $CO_2$ concentration in underground shopping center. 3. The mean concentration of $SO_2$ within a underground shopping center was $0.036{\pm}0.019ppm$ in winter and $0.040{\pm}0.013ppm$ in summer. There was a positive correlation(p<0.01) between inner $SO_2$ concentration and temperature in summer and positive correlation between inner $SO_2$ concentration and outer $SO_2$ concentration in summer and winter in underground shopping center. 4. The mean concentration of $NO_2$ within a underground shopping center was $0.052{\pm}0.038ppm$ in winter and $0.042{\pm}0.016ppm$ in summer. There was a no correlation between inner $SO_2$ concentration and thermal factors in summer and winter and low correlation between inner $SO_2$ concentration and outer $SO_2$ concentration in underground shopping center 5. The mean concentration of TSP within a underground shopping center was $430{\pm}214{\mu}g/m^3$ in winter, $366{\pm}73{\mu}g/m^3$ in summer, and very in excess of the atmospheric environmental quality standards of Korea ($150{\mu}g/m3{\downarrow}$). There was low correlation between inner TSP concentration and temperature in summer and high correlation between inner TSP concentration and outer TSP concentration in underground shopping center.
