        전자유가증권을 위한 권리등록소 운영방안

        After the successful testing of an original Bolero pilot project. The Bolero Association was formed in 1995 by a group of interested cross industry companies. As a joint venture between SWIFT and TT Club, bolero.net is changing the way the world trades by providing a web-based. paperless mode of commerce that is designed to become a global standard. The Bolero service will be governed by a multilateral contract called the Bolero Rule Book which specifies the rights and responsibilities of Bolero and its users.<br/> In Japan. EDEN (Electronic DElivery for Negotiable document) project started as the Japanese Version of Trade and Finance EDI Demonstration Experiment Project at the end of 1997. After success of this project. Trade Electronic Data Interchange(TEDI) was founded under the auspice of Japan's Ministry of Economy. Trade and Industry. TEDI system was designed to achieve greatly enhanced efficiency and reduced costs in trade practices through the dematerialization of trade-related documents and use of the Web-EDI. Japan Electronic Trade Service, Inc. (JETS) was established to ensure the smoothly seamless service of the TEDI system. Through TED! Project, the RSP Model is introduced as e-trade solution like Bolero's Solution.<br/> The Title Registry under Bolero Bill of Lading and TEDI RSP Model provides a fully functional equivalent to the paper bill of lading. Thus, this paper is to study the title registry of electronic bill of lading and find the application of the title registry model of electronic bill of lading to the electronic bill of exchange. The purpose of this paper is to streamline the e-trade procedures by way of prompt introduction of electronic bill of lading and electronic bill of exchange.

        중국 인터넷 쇼핑몰 서비스 품질이 쇼핑몰 고객 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        This study has the purpose of examining which quality factors of internet shopping mall affect customer’s performance in China. The proposed model in this study is based on Brady and Cronin's(2001) multi-level approaches. For sampling as a process for hypothesis verification, seven hundred of questionnaires were given to customs who have experienced any purchase in Internet shopping malls in China and the answered data of 335 questionnaires were collected and data of 316 questionnaires were used. Also, the proposed theoretical model is estimated using structural equation modeling via Amos 17.0 program. Empirical findings are as follows. First, physical environment quality exerts no significant effect on customer satisfaction while it has a direct positive effect on word-of-mouth intentions. Second, interaction quality exerts a direct positive effect on customer satisfaction on the other hand, it has no significant effects on word-of-mouth intentions. Third, outcome quality has no significant effects on both customer satisfaction and word-of-mouth intentions. Fourth, customer satisfaction exerts a direct positive effect on word-of-mouth. Fifth, There was no moderating effects of gender.

        중국 인터넷 쇼핑몰 물류서비스 품질의 위계적 구조와 물류성과와의 인과관계에 관한 연구

        Logistics Service Quality(LSQ) of internet shopping mall is regarded as a key success factor to the company operating internet shopping mall. Recently, growing studies on logistics service quality of internet shopping mall have focused on relationship with customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, relatively few studies have investigated the structure of the logistics service quality of internet shopping mall. The primary purpose of the present study is to investigate the structure of the logistics service quality in internet shopping mall. And then, this paper examines causal relationship that is stemming from logistics service quality with the other performance variables. The results of this study are as follows: First, hierarchical structure model of logistics service quality is superior to the other models in internet shopping mall. Second, customer satisfaction and customer trust have mediated effects between logistics service quality and post-purchasing behaviors intention. Third, logistics service quality of internet shopping mall has a positive direct effect on the customer trust as well as customer satisfaction. Furthermore, its effect size of the 'LSQ→Customer trust' link is bigger than 'LSQ→Customer satisfaction' link.

        일본의 친환경항만정책과 시사점

        최근 세계 각국은 지구온난화 및 기후변화에 대응하고 저탄소 사회구축을 통해 새로운 경제성장 동력을 확보하기 위해 녹색 관련 정책을 적극적으로 추진하고 있다. 항만과 항만할동과 같은 다양한 발생원으로부터 이산화탄소가 배출되고 있다. 또한 항만은 해운·철도·도로를 연결하는 물류의 중심을 담당하고 있는 부문이기 때문에 항만에서의 성공적인 탄소삭감은 다른 운송분야게서의 온실가스 배출삭감에 크게 공헌할 수 있다. 한국은 교토의정서에 의거한 1차 감축대상국가에서는 제외되었지만 2013년부터는 의무감축 대상국가가 되는 것이 예상된다. 한국은 경제에서 무역비중이 높고 특히 수출입 화물의 99.8%가 항만을 통해 운송되고 있다. 그러므로 항만운영의 친환경정책은 한국의 지속가능한 성장에 매우 중요한 역할을 할 것이다. 일본은 가장 개선된 항만오염규제를 도입함으로써 친환경항만에 대한 신속한 조치를 취하여 왔다. 또한 한국과 같이 경제에서 무역이 중요한 부분을 차지하고 있기 때문에 일본의 친환경 항만정책과 활동을 한국이 주의 깊게 살펴봐야 할 부분이다. 본 논문은 포스트교토체제하에서 온실가스배출을 감축하여야 하기 때문에 한국이 배출을 감축할 수 있는 가장 효과적인 방법을 모색할 수 있도록 하기 위해 일본의 친환경 항만정책과 그 시사점을 검토한다. Recently, international society strongly concerns global green house effect. As a result each nation introduces green policy for their economy and sustainable development. The emissions of carbon dioxide come from various sources, such as ports and port activities. Especially, port is a logistics hub for shipping, road and railways. Therefore, successful reduction of emissions in the port may encourage other transportations to reduce emissions. Korea as developing country is excused from Annex I countries which committed themselves to reduce four greenhouse gases. However, Korea is going to be placed in Annex I countries in 2013. Korean economy is heavily dependent on international trade and especially. 99.8% of its international trade cargoes is transported through the ports. Therefore, Eco-port plays a very important role in future Korean sustainable development. By introducing the most advanced port pollution regulations, Japan has taken a immediate step for Eco-port policy. International trade is very significant in Korea as well as in Japan, both nations have similar industrial structure. Therefore, Korea should pay attention to japanese Eco-port policy and activities. This paper examines Japanese Eco-port policy and its‘ implications in order for Korea to find the most efficient way to reduce the emissions as Korea should reduce greenhouse gas emissions in pnt kyoto system.
