놀이치료자의 발달수준과 심리적 소진의 관계에서 직무스트레스에 따른 마음챙김의 조절된 매개효과

본 연구에서는 놀이치료자의 발달수준, 마음챙김, 심리적 소진 간의 관계에서 직무스트레스의 조절된 매개효과를 규명하였다. 이를 위해 놀이치료자 204명을 대상으로 상담자 발달수준 척도(KCLQ), 마음챙김 척도, 심리적 소진 척도(MBI), 직무스트레스 척도를 사용하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 첫째, 놀이치료자의 발달수준과 심리적 소진의 관계에서 마음챙김의 매개효과를 검증한 결과, 마음챙김의 부분매개 효과가 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 놀이치료자의 발달수준과 마음챙김 간의 관계에서 직무스트레스의 조절효과를 검증한 결과, 직무스트레스 수준이 낮거나, 평균인 집단에서 조절효과가 유의하게 나타났으며, 직무스트레스 수준이 높은 집단에서는 조절효과가 유의하지 않았다. 셋째, 발달수준이 마음챙김을 통하여 심리적 소진에 이르는 경로에서 직무스트레스의 조절된 매개효과를 검증한 결과, 직무스트레스 수준이 낮거나, 평균인 집단에서 조절된 매개효과가 유의하게 나타났으며, 직무스트레스 수준이 높은 집단에서는 조절된 매개효과가 유의하지 않았다. 이처럼 본 연구는 놀이치료자의 발달수준과 심리적 소진 간의 관계에서 직무스트레스 수준에 의해 조절된 마음챙김의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 이를 통해 놀이치료자의 심리적 소진의 경감을 위하여 발달수준과 마음챙김 수준을 높이는 것뿐만 아니라, 직무스트레를 감소시키는 것 역시 중요함을 확인했다는 점에서 의의가 있다. The purpose of this study is to verify the mediating effect of mindfulness as moderated by job stress on the relationship between the developmental levels and psychological burnout amongst play therapists. A total of 204 play therapists were selected as the subjects of this study. They responded to a survey, The Korean Counselor Level Questionnaire(KCLQ), as well as the Mindfulness Scale, the Maslach Burnout Inventory(MBI), and the Job Stress Inventory. The main research findings are as follows. First, the partial mediating effect of mindfulness was found to be significant in the relationship between developmental levels and psychological burnout amongst play therapists. Second, when job stress is low or average, the control effect of job stress was significant in the relationship between the developmental levels of play therapists as well as their levels of mindfulness. Third, when job stress is low or average, the mediating effect of mindfulness controlled by job stress was shown to be significant in the relationship between the developmental levels of play therapists and psychological burnout. As a result, this study shows that it is not only important to increase the levels of development and mindfulness of play therapists but also to reduce their levels of job stress, if we are to influence and reduce the degree and frequency of psychological burnout they experience.

미용복지사 양성을 위한 복지시설의 미용복지 실태와 요구도 조사

본 연구는 노인 및 장애인 복지 시설에서 미용 서비스의 현황과 실태를 알아보고, 복지시설의 미용복지사에 대한 요구도를 조사하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 대상은 노인 및 장애인 복지 시설에 근무하는 종사자 251명을 대상으로 하였으며, 연구 기간은 2018년 1월 29일부터 2월 9일까지 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구를 진행한 결과 노인 및 장애인 복지 시설에서 미용 관련 봉사 또는 프로그램은 ‘현재 진행’ 중이며, ‘정기적 방문 무료봉사활동’으로 진행되는 시설이 많았으며, 미용 관련 봉사자를 섭외하는 방법에 대해서는 ‘지역 미용 교육기관(학원, 학교)연계’하여 진행하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 미용 관련 봉사 또는 프로그램 중 참여도와 만족도가 높았던 프로그램 및 희망하는 프로그램 모두 ‘헤어커트’로 나타났으며, 미용복지사에 대한 요구도를 알아본 결과 ‘미용 관련 봉사를 시행함에 있어 예산 편성이 필요하다’고 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 미용복지사를 양성하기 위한 교육과정을 개발하고, 적용하여 만족도를 알아보고, 다양한 교육 프로그램을 연구하는 등 전문 인력을 양성하는데 체계적이고 효율적인 기초 자료로 활용하고자 한다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the current state and actual conditions of beauty services in the welfare facilities for the elderly and the disabled, and to investigate the need for beauty welfare social workers in welfare facilities. The subjects of this study were 251 employees working in the welfare facilities for the elderly and the disabled. The research period was conducted from January 29 to February 9, 2018. As a result, it was found that the services or programs related to beauty in the welfare facilities for the elderly and the disabled are currently ongoing, in the most facilities, ‘regular visiting volunteering’ is progressing, and how to contact beauty-related volunteers is related to `local beauty education institution (academy, school)`. In addition, `Haircut` was the program with the highest participation and satisfaction rate out of the beauty related service or programs and the need for beauty welfare service was found to be `budgetary is needed to perform beauty-related service`. Based on this result of research, we will develop the education courses to train the beauty welfare social workers, research the satisfaction after utilizing it, and utilize it as an effective and systemic basic material in training specialists by developing educational programs.

다양성영화 상영 공간 특성 연구

문화콘텐츠 산업의 핵심에서 많은 역할을 차지하고 있는 영화는 우리나라에서 해마다 관객 기록을 갱신하며 그 규모를 늘려가고 있다. 지난 2012년에는 전체 관객 수가 1억 9000만을 넘어 섰고, 당해 투자 수익률은 13%로 2002년 이후 최고를 기록했다. 그러나 이러한 상황과는 반대로 다양성영화 즉, 예술영화나 독립영화, 다큐멘터리 등 소위 말하는 작은 규모의 영화는 수익률이 높지 않기 때문에 외면받고 있는 것이 현실이다. 하지만 영화에서 다양성이 무시되면 영화의 획일화를 가져올 수 있고, 이는 곧 문화 다양성까지 위협할 수 있는 계기가 될 것이다. 다양성영화에 대해서는 2000년대 이후 본격적으로 논의가 되기 시작했다. 영화진흥위원회에서는 상업영화를 제외한 나머지 영화들을 지칭할 때 예술영화, 독립영화, 다큐멘터리 영화 등을 각기 하나로 부르기 보다는 문화의 다양성과 통일성을 주기 위해 2007년부터 이 용어를 사용하기 시작했다. 다양성영화를 전문적으로 상영하는 공간은 서울, 인천 등 전국 몇 곳에 있지만 장소의 특성상 관심 있는 사람들만 직접 찾아가서 보는 곳이기 때문에 접근성이 좋지 않을뿐더러 일반 대중들에게는 인지도가 떨어진다. 이러한 상황에서 관객 점유율 1, 2위를 다투고 있는 멀티플렉스 극장인 CJ CGV와 롯데시네마에서는 다양성영화 전문 브랜드인 무비꼴라쥬, 아르떼를 만들어 이러한 영화의 상영을 보장하고 있다. 이렇게 멀티플렉스에서 다양성영화의 상영은 이에 대한 관심을 높여줄 뿐만 아니라 좀 더 쉽고 친근하게 영화에 다가갈 수 있게 해주는 장점이 있다. 그렇기 때문에 위와 같은 멀티플렉스 극장에서의 다양성영화 상영은 앞으로도 한국 영화에서 매우 유의미 하다고 할 수 있겠다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 멀티플렉스 극장의 다양성영화 상영 공간의 특성을 연구하기 위해 설문조사와 문헌 사료 조사를 실시하고 직접 극장을 방문함으로써, 기존 상영 공간을 포함하여 다양성영화 상영 공간이 어떠한 특성을 나타내는지 연구하고자 한다. Film industry, which is an important part of cultural content industries has been crucial with annually increasing number of the audiences. The number of audiences was over 190 million in 2012 and the year-end profit hit the highest since 2002 up to 13%. In contrast with the growth of film industry, ‘Diversity Film’ such as art films, independent films, documentary films is overlooked as a consequence of comparably small amount of profit. Ignorance of diversity in the film industry, however, may uniform the film industry itself and trigger to threat to cultural diversity. ‘Diversity Film’ has been issued since 2002. Korean Film Council began to name various genres of films such as art films, independent films and documentary films excluding the commercial films in one word as ‘Diversity Film’ to show cultural diversity and uniformity since 2007. There are few theaters to perform the diversity films in Seoul, Incheon and some other areas, but some people who are specially interested in are the audiences. In other words, accessibility and the awareness is not as good as other commercial films. In this situation, two big multiplex theaters guarantee the diversity film screening by running a specialized theater. For example, CJ CGV runs ‘Movie Collage’ and Lotte Cinema owns ‘Arte.’ Screening the diversity films in those big multiplex theaters has huge advantages to increases audiences’ interest into the diversity films, and the audiences approach it comfortably. Thus, screening the diversity films in the multiplex theaters above has significant meaning for the Korean movies. This article is to examine how the diversity films appear in multiplex and what the characteristics are by questionnaire-survey and researching on multiplex theaters’ diversity film screening case-analysis, and to anticipate development in the Korean Film Industry.
