        오스테나이트계 고망간강에서 인장 특성과 피로거동에 미치는 변형유기상의 영향

        The effect of grain size on the tensile properties and fatigue behavior of austenitic high Mn steel has been investigated. The recrystallized austenite grain size of the cold rolled high Mn steel was increased as the annealing temperature increased from 600℃ to 1000℃. Larger austenite grain size decreased the yield strength and the tensile strength, and increased the uniform elongation due to transformation of some austenite into twins or ε-martensite phase during deformation. Austenite grain refinement increased the tendency to form dislocation cells, instead. The specimen annealed at 1000℃ with large grain size showed lower fatigue crack propagation rate in low ΔK region due to rougher fracture surface caused by formation of deformation twins during fatigue at the crack tip region.

        연소합성 TiO<sub>2</sub> 나노입자의 고온 상변환 특성에 관한 연구

        In this article, $TiO_2$ nanoparticles were synthesized by using $O_2$-enriched coflow, hydrogen, diffusion flames. We investigated the thermal stability of the flame-synthesized $TiO_2$ nanoparticles by examining the crystalline structures of the nanoparticles. Also, the results were compared with those of commercial P-25 nanoparticles. $TiO_2$ nanoparticles, which were spherical with diameters approximately ranging from 30 to 60nm, were synthesized. From the XRD analyses, about 96wt% of the synthesized nanoparticles were anatase-phase. After the heat-treatment at $800^{\circ}C$ for 30 minutes, the synthesized $TiO_2$ nanoparticles showed no significant changes of their shapes and crystalline phases. On the other hand, most of the commercial particles sintered with each other and changed to the rutile-phase. Based on the result of XRD analysis it is believed that the flame-synthesized $TiO_2$ nanoparticles have higher thermal stability at $800^{\circ}C$ than the commercial particles.

      • 통합교과형 논술의 지도방법과 전략

        This writing is for the purpose of searching for the methodological implication of discourse writing teaching. For this, first of all, I reflected the actual condition of the spot. As a result, the most efficient method of being ready for the combined discourse is taking a basic textbook as all courses of highschool textbook and reading various texts which are related with them, discussing it, I confirmed of requiring connection studying of the way in adapting this in the daily lives naturally. For this, I empathized that reading practice and writing practice must go side by side. Especially, I empathized that reading teaching needed for 2texts that was reflected a spiral pattern curriculum principle. Next, I suggested the method in my own way, illustrating practical examples of discourse teaching. Here I empathized that the differentiation of curriculum needed to be made in substance, following students personality various characteristic over the differentiation of curriculum in the center of the real teaching examples

        IT거버넌스 실행요인과 정보시스템(IS) 효과성, 그리고 전략적 연계의 조절효과

        IT governance is an integral part of enterprise governance and consists of the leadership, organizational structures, and processes that ensure organization`s IT decision making for achieving organizational goal. Most firms have failed to resolve the balance in building IT governance. The challenge is to align IT strategy with business strategy in establishing and implementing effective IT governance. The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship between IT governance implementation factors and IS effectiveness, and the moderating effect of strategic alignment of IS strategy with business strategy on IS effectiveness. IT governance implementation factors consist of IT vendor management, IT human resource management, and IT infrastructure. Strategic alignment was measured as the alignment between business strategic orientation and IS strategic orientation that used in the research of Chan et al.(1997). In the relationship between three IT governance implementation factors and IS effectiveness, the results of multiple regression analyses showed that IT human resource management is an important determinant to influence IS effectiveness. The additional analysis using multiple regression showed that strategic alignment of IS strategy with business strategy has moderated the relationship between IT governance implementation factors and IS effectiveness.

        The present study is PSD(power spectral density) profile for BSR(buzz, squeak and rattle) evaluation of automotive parts and modules. Road data for made PSD profile is measured using the PG(proving ground) conditions. PSD profiles for BSR noise detection of major automotive part/modules are developed using the professional program. To evaluate the prepared PSD profiles for individual modules : seats and seat belt retractors. The test method for evaluating PSD profiles was random excitation using multi-axis BSR excitation system of AMPRIC(Advanced Motor Parts Regional Innovation Center). In this work, Selected PSD profiles were performed to evaluate total RMS(root mean square) levels and dB(A)(dB SPL, A weighted) levels through comparing and analyzing test results.

        대학생 글쓰기 지도에서 평가 준거의 설정과 활용 문제

        이 글은 대학생 글쓰기 지도에서 ‘평가 준거’의 설정과 활용에 대한 몇 가지 제안을 위해 기획되었다. 글쓰기 지도에서 평가는 학습자의 과제 수행과 문제해결을 위한 전략을 관찰하고, 적절한 비계를 제공하는 과정을 포함해야 한다. 또한 특정의 교수·학습 과정을 실행하고, 학습자내부에 일어난 변화나 향상(성취도)을 측정할 수 있어야 한다. 대학 글쓰기 교육에서의 평가 준거의 설정과 활용은 학습자의 실제적인 (글쓰기)‘능력향상’이나, ‘교수학습의 개선’을 담보할 수 있어야 한다. 그래야 관련 주체들에게 훨씬 의미있는 교육적 판단―예컨대, 학습자 스스로가 자신의 글쓰기 능력을 신장시키며, 그 구체적인 실상의 측정을 통하여 교수자에게는 교수-학습에 있어서 유의미한 방향성을 제시하는 것과 같은 ―의 근거를 제공할 수 있을 것이다. 이 글이 제안하는 내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 평가 준거의 설정과 활용은 대학생 글쓰기 지도의 두 가지 목표인 ‘글쓰기 능력의 개발과 신장’에 기여하기 위한 판단의 근거로서 설정되고 활용되어야 한다. 둘째, 평가 준거의 설정과 활용은 교수학습 차원의 요구와 함께 개인별 서열화라는 목표를 위해 공정하고 타당한 기준이라는 차원에서 이뤄져야 한다. 셋째, 평가 준거의 설정과 활용은 위의 두 가지 평가목표를 위해 과정평가와 결과평가라는 서로 다른 두 가지 층위에서 이뤄질 필요가 있다. 즉, 과정평가는 글쓰기 능력의 신장이라는 일정한 교육목적을 지향하는 방향에서 준거의 설정과 활용이 이뤄져야 한다는 것이고, 결과평가는 개인별 서열화의 요구에서 준거의 설정과 활용이 이뤄져야 한다는 것이다. This writing is planned to offer several suggestions of the setting and using of ``evaluation criteria`` in the college writing instruction. The evaluation in the writing instruction should be observed learner`s task performance and the strategy for problem solving, and should be included the process of scaffolding proper false works. Also it should be able to measure the changes and the improvement happening to learner`s inner, carrying out the special teaching learning process. The setting and using of evaluation criteria in the college writing instruction should be able to guarantee learner`s practical writing ``capacity improvement`` or teaching learning improvement. So it will be able to offer the basis of judgement more meaningfully to the related subjects. The contents which this writing offers are as in the following. First, the setting and using of evaluation criteria should be set and used as the basis of judgement for contributing, ``the development and the increase of writing capacity``, the two goals of college writing instruction. Second, the setting and using of evaluation criteria should be made as a level of fair and valid criteria for the purpose of individual ranks with the demand of teaching learning dimension. Third, the setting and using of evaluation criteria needs to be made at the two different layers of process evaluation and result evaluation for the upper two evaluation goals. That is, process evaluation is that the setting and using of criteria should be made in the direction of a certain educational purposes, the improvement of the writing skills, result evaluation is that it should be made in the needs of the individual sequences.
