      • 대학의 '레저스포츠와 건강'의 수업 활성화 방안을 위한 의식구조 및 참여도의 조사 : K 전문대학 '레저스포츠와 건강'의 수강자를 중심으로

        This study was to investigate collegians' consciousness and participation of leisure sports and a healthy for a lecture activation plan. K Collegians' 697 students responded to the researcher's questionnaires. They divided into 4 subscale groups((423 male and female 274, 387 industry system and 310 social practical system). The inquiry consisted of 2 parts: consciousness and participation. The statistics used to SPSS 10.0 for cross analysis and percentile. In general, both males and females assumed a positive attitude toward leisure sports and health consciousness and participation, while female students were less than male. Industry system and social practical system come to reveal a positive attitude toward leisure sports and health consciousness and participation, while the industry systems were more than the social practical systems. The results of this study are following. First, Results of consciousness are following. 1) It sends the lecture of practical technique putting first more in necessity, it finds a healthy promotion and fundamental knowledge in objective. 2) It can convert with culture electives and see freely to do to become accomplished, the evaluation method did with attendance and practical technique function. 3) The facility and the equipmentappeared to insufficient on side, the assignment of lecture morning and in the afternoon was various. 4) From preference degree of practical technique events, it appeared with the lecture events which prefers a bowing, a badminton, a swim and a football. Second, Results of participation are following. 1) From participation it appeared with the fact that almost all students do not do other than lecturing. A consequently raises more participation and it appeared the presentation of the method which is various motivation. 2) From frequency and regularly participation of use industrial system and male student appeared with the fact that it uses occasionally. But social practical system and the schoolgirl, it appears with the fact almost it does not use, consequently a social practical system and a woman of the participation frequency in exercise is low, which motivate more involvement from two group. 3) The frequency of participation of the sports which leads a mass media does " some, " It has to consider the side which is a socialization in with the sports in order for the socialization which leads to become accomplished, it will do sports ultimately.

      • 신체 부위에 따른 최대 등척성 운동시 심혈관계 반응

        The purpose of this study was to examine the differences of heart rate and systolic(diastolic) blood pressure to body site during maximal isometric exercise in the healthy male college(15). The results were summarized as follows; 1. The heart rate was significantly differences between grip strength and leg strength(90% and 80%), grip strength and arm strength(85% and 80%) during maximal isometric exercise. 2. The systolic blood pressure was significantly differences between grip strength and leg strength(90% and 또%) during maximal isometric exercise. 3. The diastolic blood pressure was significantly differences between grip strength and leg strength(80%), grip strength and arm strength(80%) during maximal isometric exercise. In conclusion, cardiovascular responses was significantly higher for the leg strength at MVC than for the grip strength and arm strength at MVC. Therefore, when healthy subjects performed isometric exercise and training, cardiovascular responses was positively influenced.

        12 주간 유산소 운동처치에 따른 체중감량 효과

        The purpose of this study was to determine the physiological variables or individual weight reduction after 12 weeks aerbic exercise program : eight subjects age, 54±3 years [3 subjects males, 5 subjects females] completed physiological test on pre exercise and post exercise for each subject, two subject had knee pain, 3 subject hypertension & liver function disorder, and hypertension during exercise. Training was conducted three to four times per week. The exercise duration was 30 to 40 minutes of continuous aerobic activity without time spent warming up and cooling down. The results indicated that the body weight reduced 4.1%, %body fat 9.0%, RHR 4.8% HRmax 3.0%, cholesterol 6.0%, TG 29.9%, and Glucose 5.9%, respectively, but Vo^2max increased 8.5%

      • 中年 女性의 관상동맥경화증 危險因子와 最大酸素攝取量의 關係

        In order to investigate the relationships between maximal oxygen uptake and coronary atherosclerotic disease(CAD) risk factors, all subjects performed maximal exercise onthe treadmill by incremental load method. We can draw the following conclusion using the data measured from twelve adults aged 42 to 60. The maximal oxygen uptake shows significantly negative correlation with respect to %fat, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, total cholesterol and triglyceride, but not significant correlation with respect to heart rate and high densith lipoprotein cholesterol. As a results of this paper, it is suggest that the increase of maximal oxygen uptake through regulator aerobic exercise can reduce CAD risk factors.

        여성 고령자의 저항성 근력 트레이닝이 넓적다리횡단면적 및 골밀도에 미치는 영향

        간추럼 여성 고령자의 8 주간 저항성 근력 트레이냉이 골밀도 빛 넓적다리횡단면적에 미지는 영향을 구명하기 위하여 본 연구를 수행하였다. 연구대상지논 연령 68土1 2 세, 신장 153 4土3 2㎝, 체중 58 9土7 07kg 이었으며, 신체활동에 있어 성각한 제한은 없었다. 모든 연구대상자들은 영반적인 건강진단, 체력 수준, 운동부하테스트를 용하여 사전검사를 했으며 저항성 근력 트레이닝 수행이 가능한 대상자를 선발하여 골밀도 측정 빚 넓적다리횡단면적 산출을 위하여 컴퓨터단층촬영을 하였다 저항성 근력 트레이닝은 점진적 부하중량을 개인별 저치 프로그램에 따라 8주간 , 주 3일 허리부위와 다리근육만을 집중실시하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1) 8주간 저항성 근력 트레이닝후 넙다리뼈머리 3부 및 넙다리의 골밀도는 통계적인 유의성없었고, 넙다리뼈코들기부위는 2 4% 넙다리뼈모(Neck)부위는 2 0% 감소가 있었다. 반연에 넙다리뼈머리 워드상각 (Ward s tnangle)부위와 허리척추뼈부위에서는 각각 0 5% 와 0 6%의 증가를 보였다. 2) 넓적다리횡단면적 (CSAtotal) 및 횡단면적내 근량 (CSAm) 과 지방량(CSAf)의 변화는 넙다리횡단면적에서 1 2% 증가가 있었으나 유의한 수준은 아니었다. 그러나 횡단연적내의 근량(CSAm)에서는 유의한 (p<024) 48% 증가가 있었다. 결론적으로 본 연구의 8주간 저항성 근력트레이닝은 고령자 여성의 넓석다리횡단면적의 근량변화 에는 긍정적인 측면아 있었으나 , 고령자 여성의 골밀도에 있어 자연감소율을 절대적 증가로 변화를 유발시키는데는 트레이닝 기간이 부족했던 것으로 인식되었다.

        스포츠 생리학 : 여자 대학생의 체지방 추정에 관한 연구

        In order to product the equation for estimating body fat using the circumference and skinfold methods, twenty healthy female university subjects were participated in this experiments. The results obtained in this study are summarized as followed.1. Body density and %fat determined by underwater weighting method was 1.0580±0.0092 and 17.7±3.8% respectively.2. Body circumferences which presented the hightest correlation with the underwater weighting was abdominal (r=0.736, P<0.001) and hip (r=0.587, P<0.01) circumference.3. Skinfold which presented the hightest correlation with the underwater weighting was abdominal (r=0.636, P<0.01), subscapular (r=0.559, P<0.01) and Pectoralis major (r=0.554, P<0.01) circumference.

        16주간 근력운동에 따른 국소부위 골밀도의 변화와 상관관계 특성

        This study was performed to suggest the effects of mild strength exercise on local bone densities and the correlation characteristics among the various variables, body composition and local bone densities, in middle-aged women. The subjects were volunteered in 16 women being resident in the local community. Their ages were within 47.6±4.8 years. Body composition were analyzed by the Bioelectrical Impedence method(mode1; In Body.1999, Biospace Co. Korea), and local bone densities were measured by DEXA method(PIXI 5108 model, Lunar Co. USA). All subjects performed mild strength exercise, 3 timedweek during 16 weeks, Exercise session were constructured into warm up by walking and stretching 20min. and muscle training on the sites that measure the bone densities during 30 minutes. Results in this study were as following. Body compositions were significantly reduced in muscle volume 2.6% and body fat 3.63% after 16weeks . Local bone densities in the forearm were nonsignificantly 0.73% at 1/3 site and 1.24% at middle site, and ulna distal site was significantly decreased in 4.51% after 16wks. but total bone density in the forearm was reduced 1.4% nonsinificantly in the postexercise. Lumbar site was, also, increased 0.4% without significance at lumbar 2-4 level. All of three femoral sites, however, did increased nonsignificantly 1.58% at neck, 1.06% at greater trochanter, and 5.62% at ward's triangle in the postexercise. Serum calcium and osteocalcin values were significantly higher 13.7%(P=0.0000)and 54.1%(0.01) than before. Weight variable was significantly correlated with a bone density at a femoral neck site(r=0,34,P=0.05) and BMI had the significant correlation with neck(r=0.43,P=0.01) and greater trochanter(r=.44, P=0.01) in femur. Correlation characteristic among local bone densities appeared higher(r=0.41-0.71, P=0.01) between the lumbar and femur sites than those(r=0.38, P=0.02) between the lumbar and forearm sites. there was middle level(r=0.45-0.58, P=0.001.)between forearm and femur site. In conclusion, it was suggested that local bone density in middle-aged women can be increase through mild strength exercise over mechanical stress of ordinary lifestyle during 16 weeks.
