표적 식별 정보 피드백을 통한 관심 음향 표적 추적 기법

본 논문은 해양에서 발생하는 음향 표적에 대해서 표적의 식별 정보 피드백을 통해 관심 표적 추적 성능을 향상시키는 기법을 제안한다. 기존의 다중주파수 표적 추적 기법은 탐지된 음향신호 특성만 활용하여 추적을 수행하는 반면, 본 논문에서 제안하는 기법은 탐지된 음향신호 특성과 더불어 관심 표적의 특징인자가 식별되는지 여부를 추적에 활용한다. 제안하는 기법은 특징인자가 식별되는 측정치에 대해서만 추적을 수행하여 관심 표적이 아닌 표적에 대한 불필요한 추적을 방지한다. 또한 특징인자가 식별된 표적을 추적할 때 동적으로 추적 파라메터를 최적화하여 관심 표적에 대해 지속적이고 안정적인 추적을 수행한다. 모의 신호를 이용하여 실험을 수행하였으며 미약한 신호가 나타나는 수중 표적에 대해 제안하는 기법을 적용한 결과, 불필요한 표적 개수가 감소하고 관심 표적의 추적이 지속적으로 안정되게 수행됨을 확인하였다. This paper suggests an algorithm to improve the tracking performance for an underwater acoustic target using the feedback information of acoustic feature of a target. While conventional tracking algorithms use detected acoustic signals only, the proposed algorithm uses detected acoustic signals and target feature information as well. Since the proposed algorithm tracks only the selected measurements using target feature information, it prevents onset of unnecessary tracks and improves tracking performance for target of interest. Furthermore, it optimizes tracking parameters for the target of interest and guarantees robustness and consistency of the track. Some simulations are performed to demonstrate the improved tracking performance of the proposed algorithm.

With the rapid growth of power conversion efficiency (PCE) of organic solar cells (OSCs) based on polymer donors (PDs) and small molecule acceptors (SMAs), it is of great interest to find an optimal combination of PD and SMA mediated by favorable donor/acceptor (D/A) interaction. To address this important issue, here we investigate the effects of the PD/SMA pairing in terms of terminal atoms of alkoxy benzene-based side chain of the newly developed SMA series on the blend morphology, the interfacial molecular interactions, and the resulting photovoltaic properties. As a result, we demonstrate that the halogenated terminal atom of side chain placed on the non-conjugated position can significantly affect to the interfacial interactions and the blend morphology (miscibility and crystallinity) with PD, and thus it eventually improves the open-circuit voltage, short-circuit current, and fill factor of the OSCs with PCE over 16%.
Analysis of Supplier’s Flexibility in an Assemble-to-Order Supply Chain

In an assemble-to-order supply chain with a limited source for a component supply, the performance of the supplier is closely related to the overall performance of the supply chain. The flexibility of the supplier, for instance, works as another capacity limit of the supply chain and has substantial impact on the final customer service level. The assembler would prefer and be willing to pay more to the component supplier who allows large fractional adjustment of order quantities, especially when there is no other source for the component. However, it is usually not straightforward how much value the supplier flexibility possesses in the sense that it helps the assembler achieve a target customer service level. We consider a custom component supplier’s flexibility and suggest a framework to measure its value through analyzing the cost of a standard component supply to deliver the same customer service level.

In order to find out the relationship between blood viscosity and the development of an ischemic symptom(clinical vasospasm) following an aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH), we checked daily the hematocrit(Hct), blood viscosity and plasma viscosity from admission day to 14 days after a SAH in 33 patients. Twelve patients with diseases except those with a SAH were selected as a control group. We analyzed the difference of the average hematocrit, blood viscosity, and plasma viscosity between the control group, non-spasm group and spasm group on admission, and then the period of preoperative, postoperative with mannitolization, and postoperative without mannitolization. We also analyzed the change of those according to the SAH day, and the relationship between the blood viscosity and the level of hematocrit in each group. As a result, aneurysmal SAH patients with clinical vasospasm showed a higher plasma viscosity than the control(1.82±0.21 vs. 1.55±0.14, respectively : p<0.01) and clinical non-spasm(1.82±0.21 vs. 1.66±0.12, respectively : p<0.05) group of patients on admission statistically. In the spasm group, the blood viscosity was raised during the spasm risk period (SAH 7-10 days). The level of the hematocrit in the spasm group was lower than the non-spasm group and most of them checked below 30% after surgery. In the relationship between the level of hematocrit and the blood viscosity, the spasm group showed a relatively higher blood viscosity than the non-spasm group. These results suggest that the blood viscosity has some role in the development of ischemic symptoms after a subarachnoid hemorrhage, but major determinants such as erythrocyte aggregation, plasma fibrinogen concentration and platelet aggregation which affect the microcirculation have a more important role. Therefore, when hemodilution are used for prevention or improvement of ischemic symptoms after subarachnoid hemorrhage, the level of the hematocrit and the focus on decreasing the major determinants of the viscosity in microcirculation should be considered.
