One of the interoperability management activity in Korean military is interoperability level assessment. The concept of interoperability levels causes the assessed result to be uncertain and unreliable, despite the activity contributes to secure interoperability requirements of systems consistently. In this paper, I suggest Korea Interoperability Management(KIM) model which is independent of interoperability levels especially specified in LISI model, in order to support more practical and reliable interoperability management.

장기간 면역억제제를 사용하는 경우 감염 등의 합병증뿐만 아니 장기간의 면역억제로 인한 림프종의 발생위험도 고려해야 한다. 저자들은 류마티스관절염으로 MTX를 15년간복용한 병력이 있는 환자에서 간과 비장을 침범한 광범위큰 B세포림프종이 발생한 증례를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Prolonged inflammation or immunosuppression may cause lymphoproliferative disorders (LPD). Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) itself causes LPD. The immunosuppressive drug methotrexate (MTX) is used widely to treat RA, and is also related to the development of lymphoma. Although the detailed pathogenesis and association are still controversial, care is needed when managing patients with RA treated with MTX. Many reports indicate that discontinuing MTX can induce the regression of LPD. Here, we describe a case of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma that presented with liver involvement in a 67-year-old woman who had used MTX for RA for 15 years. (Korean J Med 2015;88:715-718)

이상치에 따른 불확실성에 관한 연구

딥러닝 모델의 성능을 평가하는 지표는 정확도를 평가할 뿐, 해당 모델의 불확실성을 평가할 수 없다. 불확실성은 정확도와는 별개로, 안정성 또는 신뢰도의 의미를 가질 수 있다. 불확실성을 측정할 수 있다면 기존 모델의 성능을 평가하는 지표 외에 새로운 지표가 될 가능성을 가지고 있다. 불확성을 측정하기 위한 딥러닝 모델로 베이지안 신경망을 사용한다. 본 논문은 불확실성이 딥러닝 모델에서 성능을 평가하는 지표가 될 수 있음을 확인해보려 하였다. 불확실성을 측정하기 위한 베이지안 신경망 모델로 베이지안 LSTM (Bayesian Long Short Term Memory)을 사용하였고, 모델의 학습에 실제 데이터를 적용하여 불확실성을 측정하였으며, 이를 기존 모델의 성능 지표와 비교분석 하였다. 실제 데이터를 이용한 실험에서 이상치가 추가됨에 따라 기존 모델의 성능지표는 증가하거나 감소하는 여러 가지 양상을 보이는 반면, 불확실성은 이상치에 따라 일관적으로 증가하는 결과를 보였다. Uncertainty is a separate measure of accuracy, and may have implications for stability or reliability. If uncertainty can be regulated, it has the potential to be a new metric for evaluating a performance of Deep learning models. Deep learning models for measuring uncertainty are Bayesian neural networks, which can be implemented by applying a drop-out scheme to each layer of existing deep learning models. This paper confirms that uncertainty can be an indicator of performance evaluation in deep learning models. We used Bayesian LSTM as a Bayesian neural network model to measure uncertainty, and measured uncertainty, which is compared to performance metrics from existing models.

노인일자리사업 수행기관의 서비스 품질이 참여자의 일자리 및 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 사회복지서비스로서 노인일자리사업이 가지는 속성에 초점을 두고, 일자리 서비스를 제공하는 수행기관의 서비스 품질을 3차원 모형을 적용하여 측정한 후, 서비스품질이 참여노인의 일자리 만족과 삶의 만족에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구 대상은 2012년 노인일자리사업에 참여하고 있는 전국의 노인 2,005명이며, 설문지를 활용한 개별면접방식으로 진행된 [2012년 노인일자리사업 참여노인 실태조사] 자료를 활용하여 분석을 진행하였다. 분석결과를 살펴보면, 우선, 참여자의 건강상태와 사업유형, 그리고 서비스 품질을 나타내는 상호작용품질, 환경품질, 결과품질 등이 일자리 만족도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 삶의 만족도와 관련해서는 인구사회학적 특성 중 학력, 거주지역, 경제 상태, 건강상태, 지지체계 등이 영향을 미쳤으며, 서비스 품질의 경우 일자리 만족도와마찬가지로 상호작용품질, 환경품질, 결과품질 모두 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 서비스 품질 차원이 종속변수에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 서비스 품질의 3개 하위차원 중 결과품질의 영향력이 가장 큰 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 분석결과에 기초하여 노인일자리사업 수행과 관련한 몇 가지 정책적 함의를 제시하였다. This paper examines the influences of service quality of the Senior Job Matching Program on the participant``s job and life satisfaction. For this, this study used ``2012 Senior Job Replacement Project Participants`` data collected by the Korea Labor Force Development Institute for the Aged. Total 2005 cases were collected and analyzed by using descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression model analysis. The results show that quality of services have been positive effect on the both job and life satisfaction of the elderly participants, after controlling for socioeconomic and employment characteristics. In addition, multiple linear regression analyses reveal that among three dimension of service quality ``outcome quality`` is the biggest effect on the participant``s job and life satisfaction. Based on the results, several policy implications were suggested.

전술데이터링크의 특성을 고려한 상호운용성 수준평가 연구

The Systems Interoperability Test and Evaluation System(SITES) is an T&E support tool for both information system and weapon system. The SITES was developed by reference to the Level of Information Systems Interoperability(LISI) in US. We use the tool via MND Broad convergence Network(BCN) in order to assess information system's interoperability. Nowadays, there are many ongoing researches on expanding assessment capability into weapon systems. As part of those research topics, this paper analyze the characteristics of tactical data-link messages which is the way to exchange the information among the weapon systems, and reflect that characteristics in interoperability level assessment.

In the modern warfield, as the defense systems has been digitalized, intelligent, and working with network, the importance of interoperability among the systems has been also increasing. KMND(Korean Ministry of National Defense) has developed and used the SITES(Systems Interoperability Test & Evaluation System) based on Korean LISI(Levels of Information Systems Interoperability). SITES had been developed in order to evaluate the interoperability among information systems from the viewpoint of technical attributes. In this paper, we propose the extended interoperability evaluation model which can be applied not only the information systems, but also the weapon systems. Moreover, the extended interoperability evaluation model also includes the consideration of non-technical attributes.

전장 환경에서 통신 시스템의 발달로 인해, 미래의 전장 환경은 네트워크 중심전(NCW)으로 변화하고 있다. 이러한 네트워크 중심전에서 통신 체계 효과는 전투력에 많은 영향을 미치기 때문에, 네트워크 중심전 환경에서의 전투효과도 분석에 대한 중요성이 증대되고 있다. 통신 효과와 전투 효과도 분석에 대한 독립적인 연구는 있었지만, 통신 체계와 전투 효과도를 관련지어 분석한 연구는 이루어지지 않았다. 본 논문에서는 NCW 통신 체계의 전투 효과도를 분석하기 위한 NetSPIN 통신 모델과 워게임 모델의 시뮬레이션 연동 환경을 설명한다. 워 게임 모델은 군단급 수준의 DEVS 모델로 구성되고, 통신 모델은 OPNET 기반의 NetSPIN 개발환경을 이용한 군단급 SPIDER망 모델로 구성된다. 특히 본 논문에서는 OAI 매트릭스를 이용하여 전투 효과도에 영향을 주는 통신 파라미터를 식별하고, 통신 파라미터와 전투 효과도의 관계를 실험적으로 분석한다. 추후 연구에서는, 연동 시뮬레이션 환경을 이용한 실험 결과를 메타 모델로 발전시켜 NCW 환경에서의 통신 장비 요구 분석에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. Due to the development of communication system in the warfare, the future warfare is changing to network-centric warfare (NCW). In the NCW, the communication effect has a significant influence on the combat power. There is growing importance for analysis of communication effect in the combat power. There are many researches about this issue, but there is no study on analysis using relationship between communication system and combat power. In this paper, we illustrates interoperation environment consisting of NetSPIN communication model and wargame model to analyze influence of parameters of communication model on combat effectiveness of wargame model. The wargame model is a corps-scaled model based on Discrete Event System Specification (DEVS) formalism. The communication model is a corps-scaled SPIDER network model of NetSPIN based on OPNET. Especially, we uses OAI matrix to identify parameters in communication simulator influencing on combat power, and analyze relationship between parameters and combat power through design of experiment and simulation by using them. For the future work, we expect that requirement analysis of communication equipment in NCW by using meta-modeling method.

Hemangioma of the liver is usually asymptomatic and incidentally discovered. However, giant hemangioma of the liver may be symptomatic, which is an indication for treatment. A 31-year-old female was admitted with a fever and 1-month history of a nonproductive cough. Her blood test results revealed thrombocytopenia, anemia, and mild coagulopathy. A giant hemangioma of the liver was the cause of her symptoms and signs, and was too large for surgical treatment. Therefore, we performed two sessions of transcatheter hepatic arterial embolization (TAE). The patient has been doing well without fever for 1 year following the second TAE procedure. Surgical resection and enucleation are the traditional treatments of choice for symptomatic giant hemangioma of the liver. However, the signs and symptoms of giant hemangioma of the liver improved by TAE in the present case. We herein report a case of complicated giant hemangioma of the liver that was partially treated by TAE and conservative management. (Korean J Med 2014;87:505-509)

The goal of this paper is to improve the turning performance of a 10-inch wheel packaging design with a multi-link suspension to compensate for existing vehicle issues. For this purpose, the wheel alignment elements, which vary according to the kinematic characteristics of the suspension, were efficiently optimized using Catia DMU Kinematics. Toe, camber, and longitudinal wheel center displacement were optimized for up-and-down movement, and steering moment arm distance, caster, and ackerman percentage were optimized for steering to improve the problems of the existing vehicle. Then, with the benefit of a virtual kingpin axis, we were able to free up wheel packaging space to maintain clearance between each component as the vehicle drives. Finally, Adams car was used to simulate the vehicles turning behavior. The yaw rate and lateral acceleration, which are the main components of the vehicles turning characteristics, were compared to the previous years vehicle.
