One of the interoperability management activity in Korean military is interoperability level assessment. The concept of interoperability levels causes the assessed result to be uncertain and unreliable, despite the activity contributes to secure interoperability requirements of systems consistently. In this paper, I suggest Korea Interoperability Management(KIM) model which is independent of interoperability levels especially specified in LISI model, in order to support more practical and reliable interoperability management.

노인일자리사업 수행기관의 서비스 품질이 참여자의 일자리 및 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 사회복지서비스로서 노인일자리사업이 가지는 속성에 초점을 두고, 일자리 서비스를 제공하는 수행기관의 서비스 품질을 3차원 모형을 적용하여 측정한 후, 서비스품질이 참여노인의 일자리 만족과 삶의 만족에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구 대상은 2012년 노인일자리사업에 참여하고 있는 전국의 노인 2,005명이며, 설문지를 활용한 개별면접방식으로 진행된 [2012년 노인일자리사업 참여노인 실태조사] 자료를 활용하여 분석을 진행하였다. 분석결과를 살펴보면, 우선, 참여자의 건강상태와 사업유형, 그리고 서비스 품질을 나타내는 상호작용품질, 환경품질, 결과품질 등이 일자리 만족도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 삶의 만족도와 관련해서는 인구사회학적 특성 중 학력, 거주지역, 경제 상태, 건강상태, 지지체계 등이 영향을 미쳤으며, 서비스 품질의 경우 일자리 만족도와마찬가지로 상호작용품질, 환경품질, 결과품질 모두 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 서비스 품질 차원이 종속변수에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 서비스 품질의 3개 하위차원 중 결과품질의 영향력이 가장 큰 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 분석결과에 기초하여 노인일자리사업 수행과 관련한 몇 가지 정책적 함의를 제시하였다. This paper examines the influences of service quality of the Senior Job Matching Program on the participant``s job and life satisfaction. For this, this study used ``2012 Senior Job Replacement Project Participants`` data collected by the Korea Labor Force Development Institute for the Aged. Total 2005 cases were collected and analyzed by using descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression model analysis. The results show that quality of services have been positive effect on the both job and life satisfaction of the elderly participants, after controlling for socioeconomic and employment characteristics. In addition, multiple linear regression analyses reveal that among three dimension of service quality ``outcome quality`` is the biggest effect on the participant``s job and life satisfaction. Based on the results, several policy implications were suggested.

이상치에 따른 불확실성에 관한 연구

딥러닝 모델의 성능을 평가하는 지표는 정확도를 평가할 뿐, 해당 모델의 불확실성을 평가할 수 없다. 불확실성은 정확도와는 별개로, 안정성 또는 신뢰도의 의미를 가질 수 있다. 불확실성을 측정할 수 있다면 기존 모델의 성능을 평가하는 지표 외에 새로운 지표가 될 가능성을 가지고 있다. 불확성을 측정하기 위한 딥러닝 모델로 베이지안 신경망을 사용한다. 본 논문은 불확실성이 딥러닝 모델에서 성능을 평가하는 지표가 될 수 있음을 확인해보려 하였다. 불확실성을 측정하기 위한 베이지안 신경망 모델로 베이지안 LSTM (Bayesian Long Short Term Memory)을 사용하였고, 모델의 학습에 실제 데이터를 적용하여 불확실성을 측정하였으며, 이를 기존 모델의 성능 지표와 비교분석 하였다. 실제 데이터를 이용한 실험에서 이상치가 추가됨에 따라 기존 모델의 성능지표는 증가하거나 감소하는 여러 가지 양상을 보이는 반면, 불확실성은 이상치에 따라 일관적으로 증가하는 결과를 보였다. Uncertainty is a separate measure of accuracy, and may have implications for stability or reliability. If uncertainty can be regulated, it has the potential to be a new metric for evaluating a performance of Deep learning models. Deep learning models for measuring uncertainty are Bayesian neural networks, which can be implemented by applying a drop-out scheme to each layer of existing deep learning models. This paper confirms that uncertainty can be an indicator of performance evaluation in deep learning models. We used Bayesian LSTM as a Bayesian neural network model to measure uncertainty, and measured uncertainty, which is compared to performance metrics from existing models.

사회서비스의 사회품질 탐색을 위한 질적 연구

본 연구는 공공부문 서비스로서 사회서비스 이용자가 지각하고 있는 사회품질을 탐색하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 문헌연구를 통해 개념적 틀을 구축한 뒤, 공익형 노인일자리 서비스 이용자와 서비스 제공자를 대상으로 표적집단 면접조사(Focus Group Interview: FGI)를 진행하였으며, 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 공익형 노인일자리 서비스의 사회품질은 보편성, 권익보호, 가치인정의 세 가지 요인으로 나타났다. 보편성 요인은 공공부문 서비스로서 이용자가 국가에게 기대하는 공적 책임성이며, 참여를 원하는 사람 누구나 참여할 수 있는 권리에 대한 기대를 가리킨다. 권익보호 요인은 사회서비스로서 이용자가 서비스 제공주체에게 기대하는 공적 책임성이며, 서비스 이용자의 권익보호에 대한 기대를 의미한다. 가치인정 요인은 공익형 노인일자리 서비스 이용자가 서비스 제공주체에게 기대하는 공적 책임성으로 서비스 이용자들의 활동이 공공의 이익과 지역사회 발전에 기여하고 있다는 가치인정에 대한 기대를 나타낸다. 본 연구는 사회서비스의 사회품질 탐색 과정을 실증적으로 제시한 것에 함의가 있으며, 후속 연구의 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study is to searching social quality perceived by social service users as public service and to provide high quality service that social service users can more satisfied with. Results of the study are as follows. Upon examining what ‘public responsibility’ is expected by the service provider to improve the quality of life of social service users in order to prescribe the social quality unique to public benefit-type senior job matching service, it was found that social quality had the three properties of universality, protection of rights, and value recognition. The universality is a common denominator of public sector services and jobs for senior citizens. The universality factor represents inclusiveness and social rights of the range of service beneficiaries. The protection of rights factor protects the rights and interests of social service users who are relatively more vulnerable than the beneficiaries in order to realize social integration and the value of solidarity. Lastly, the value recognition factor was analyzed to represent feeling a sense of benefiting rewards and receiving respect as the activities of the public benefit-type senior job matching service participants are volunteer activities to improve the public benefits of the community. This study has implications for the empirical presentation of the social quality search process of social services, and it can be used as the basic data of the follow-up study.

노인 일자리 및 사회활동지원사업 실태조사의 행정데이터 연계 사례와 과제

행정데이터를 활용한 조사 방법은 응답자의 피로를 줄이고, 조사 시간 단축 및 조사 내용의 신뢰성 제고 등 명확한 장점을 지닌다. 2022년 노인 일자리 및 사회활동지원사업 실태조사는 대면 설문조사와 함께 국민건강보험공단의 의료 이용 정보와 한국사회보장정보원의 소득·재산 정보를 연계하여 진행되었다. 행정데이터 연계를 위해 한국노인인력개발원 업무 시스템에서 2022년 7월 31일 기준 노인 일자리 및 사회활동지원사업 참여자 및 대기자에 대한 기본 정보를 수집하였다. 추출된 모집단에서 조사 대상자를 선정하여 대면 설문조사를 하였다. 의료 이용 정보와 소득·재산 정보를 수집하기 위해 설문조사가 완료된 조사 대상자의 고유 식별번호를 활용하여 국민건강보험공단 행정데이터와 한국사회보장정보원 행정데이터를 각각 연계하였다. 전체 조사 대상자 3596명 중 소득·재산 정보가 누락된 기초연금 비수급자 711명(19.8%)에 대한 정보는 향후 개선 과제로 남겨 두었다. Surveys using administrative data have clear advantages, such as reduced respondent fatigue, reduced survey time, and improved reliability of survey findings. The 2022 Survey on the Senior Employment and Social Activity Support Program was conducted using, in addition to face-to-face interviews, health care use information (National Health Insurance Service) combined with income-and-asset information (Korea Social Security Information Service). The survey involved obtaining from the Korea Labor Force Development Institute for the Aged basic information on those participating or waitlisted for participation, as of July 31, 2022, in the senior employment program. Individuals were selected from the sample for interview surveys. Then data linkage was undertaken using the unique identification numbers of those surveyed face-to-face, combining administrative records from the National Health Insurance Service and the Korea Social Security Information Service. This study highlights the problem of dealing with missing data, which affected 711 individuals―or 19.8 percent of a total of 3,596 people surveyed ―identified as not in receipt of basic pensions. Addressing this issue remains a concern for future survey endeavors.

장기간 면역억제제를 사용하는 경우 감염 등의 합병증뿐만 아니 장기간의 면역억제로 인한 림프종의 발생위험도 고려해야 한다. 저자들은 류마티스관절염으로 MTX를 15년간복용한 병력이 있는 환자에서 간과 비장을 침범한 광범위큰 B세포림프종이 발생한 증례를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Prolonged inflammation or immunosuppression may cause lymphoproliferative disorders (LPD). Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) itself causes LPD. The immunosuppressive drug methotrexate (MTX) is used widely to treat RA, and is also related to the development of lymphoma. Although the detailed pathogenesis and association are still controversial, care is needed when managing patients with RA treated with MTX. Many reports indicate that discontinuing MTX can induce the regression of LPD. Here, we describe a case of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma that presented with liver involvement in a 67-year-old woman who had used MTX for RA for 15 years. (Korean J Med 2015;88:715-718)

전술데이터링크의 특성을 고려한 상호운용성 수준평가 연구

The Systems Interoperability Test and Evaluation System(SITES) is an T&E support tool for both information system and weapon system. The SITES was developed by reference to the Level of Information Systems Interoperability(LISI) in US. We use the tool via MND Broad convergence Network(BCN) in order to assess information system's interoperability. Nowadays, there are many ongoing researches on expanding assessment capability into weapon systems. As part of those research topics, this paper analyze the characteristics of tactical data-link messages which is the way to exchange the information among the weapon systems, and reflect that characteristics in interoperability level assessment.
