        LG 전자의 고객만족 실현을 위한 소비자중심경영(CCM) 사례연구

        소비자중심경영(CCM)은 고객만족을 실현하기 위한 기업의 경영전략이며, 고객만족은 기업의 경쟁력 제고를 위한 필수조건이다. 소비자는 기업의 고객만족의 실현여부를 소비자중심경영(CCM) 인증을 통해 확인할 수 있 다. CCM 인증은 구매 전 소비자의 선택정보가 될 뿐만 아니라, 신속한 사후관리를 약속하는 안전장치의 역할을 하게 된다. 본 연구의 목적은 LG전자의 CCM 도입과 모범적인 주요 운영사례를 살펴봄으로써, CCM이 고객만족에 긍정 적인 영향을 주고 기업과 소비자 간의 유용한 의사소통 수단이 될 수 있도록 하는데 필요한 기초자료를 제공하는 것이다. 본 연구 결과 나타난 주요한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, LG전자는 소비자불만 의견을 대폭적으로 수용하기 위해 다각화된 채널을 이용하여 전사적으로 정보를 수집하고 있다. 수집된 정보는 문제의 기술적 해결 뿐 아니라, 혁신적인 상품 및 서비스를 양산해낼 수 있는 질 적인 데이터로 활용되어야 한다. 특히, LG전자의 전사적인 정보수집 노력이 보다 빛을 발하기 위해서는 수집된 정보의 정제 및 가공, 유형분류 등 정보처리 시스템에 대한 전폭적인 지지가 이루어져야 할 것이다. 둘째, LG전자는 기업 내부 CS직원 교육을 위하여 CS College를 자체적으로 운영하고 있다. LG전자의 기업 내부직원에 대한 CCM 교육은 기업 최측근 소비자의 간접적 홍보 채널이 될 수 있다. 그러나, 기업의 CCM 노 력이 소비자에게 잘 전달되기 위해서는 CCM에 대한 직접적인 홍보가 필요하다. CCM 인증이 있는지 조차 모르 는 소비자가 대다수인 상황에서, CCM 인증이 소비자의 선택정보로 활용될 가능성은 희박하다. CCM 인증기업 의 소비자중심경영 노력이 소비자에게 잘 전달되고 쌍방향 커뮤니케이션 도구로 활용되기 위해서는 CCM에 대한 홍보가 잘 되어야 한다. 셋째, CCM 인증기업은 상품에 직접 CCM 인증표시를 해서 구매현장에서 소비자에게 선택정보를 제공해야 한 다. 구매현장에서 소비자는 상품에 대한 많은 정보를 처리해야 한다. CCM 인증기업의 이미지를 떠올리고 상품 을 구매할 만큼 소비자는 여유롭지 못하다. 모든 상품군에는 경쟁업체가 있다. CCM 인증 표시 상품은 경쟁업체 의 상품에 대한 브랜드 전환을 막을 수 있는 안전장치가 될 수 있다.

        인지적 구성주의에 근거한 의학교육의 발전 방향

        This study introduces cognitive constructivism in reference to its emergence in the development of medical education. The main concepts of cognitive constructivism as they relate to knowledge construction and the learner’s process were described, and cognitive constructivism as a learning theory was examined in its capacity to help interpret the phenomenon of medical education. Piaget’s theory of cognitive constructivism and Ausubel’s meaningful learning theory were applied in an attempt to explore the role of students and educators, curriculum, and teaching and learning in medical education from a cognitive constructivist perspective. When faced with new information, learners compare it with the existing schema to understand, and in order to resolve conflicts caused by inconsistencies in the information, learners incorporate assimilation and accommodation to help maintain equilibration. Therefore, instructors must meaningfully connect new content to the learner’s existing schema and make endless efforts to satisfy learners’ intellectual curiosity. The basic premises of medical education content is a suitable subject of meaningful learning. A learner who already possesses well-structured knowledge is likely to experience meaningful learning and a richer intellectual experience. Therefore, it is necessary to organize the curriculum strategically and elaborately so that learners can have an improved and effective learning experience.

        의과대학에서의 교육풍토, 자기주도 학습, 그리고 창의적 사고에 대한 고찰 - 타 대학 유사전공 학생들과의 비교를 기반으로 -

        This study was carried out to investigate the present states of self-directed learning attitudes and creative thinking abilities of students, and of educational climate in a medical school as the first step of a study for competency based educations in medical schools. We conducted a test for self-directed learning attitudes in 168 students of medical school and 4 focus-group-interviews about the climate for creative thinking and self-directed learning environment in 20 students of a medical school and an engineering school. We compared the results between the both schools. In the test composed of six sub-areas for self-directed learning attitudes carrying on 168 medical students, each score of ‘Creativity & Seek Originality' and 'Self-Reflection on Learning' was lower than that of other four sub-areas. Comparing the results of the test carrying on the interviewed students in the both schools, the scores of four sub-areas including ‘Passion of Learning', 'Self-esteem about Learning and Tasks', 'Positive Self-expectation' and 'Autonomy' in the medical school were significantly lower than those in the engineering school. However, there was no significant difference in 'Creative Thinking’ between the both schools. In the focus group interviews for educational climate, there were significant differences in the relationships of students-professors, colleagues, and grades, and in self-directed learning attitudes between the both schools. As a result, it is required to concentrate concerns on the development of appropriate educational climate and self-directed learning of medical students for fostering competent medical doctors in the future. 본 연구는 의과대학 역량기반 교육에 관한 논의의 첫 단계로 1개 의과대학(A)과 1개 공과대학(B) 학생들과의 인터뷰와 조사를 통해 의과대학의 교육풍토와 학생들의 자기주도 학습태도, 그리고 창의적 사고에 대하여 알아본 것이다. 168명의 의과대학생을 대상으로 자기주도 학습태도를 살펴본 결과, 6개의 하위 영역 중 ‘독창성과 새로움의 추구’ 요인과 ‘학습에 대한 자기성찰’요인의 점수가 타 요인보다 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 2개 대학의 인터뷰 대상자들 간 비교 결과, 창의성에 있어서는 집단 간 차이가 없었으나 자기주도 학습태도에 있어서는 ‘학습에 대한 애정’, ‘학습 및 과제에 대한 효능감’, ‘자신에 대한 긍정적 기대’, ‘학습에 있어서의 자율성’의 4개 요인에서 A대학 학생들이 B대학 학생들에 비해 유의하게 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 교육풍토에 대한 인터뷰에서는 교수, 선후배, 동료들 관의 관계, 학습과 관련된 측면에서 집단 간 차이가 있었으며, 미래의 역량 있는 의사 양성을 위해 의과대학에서 어떤 문화를 창출하고 공유하고 전수할 것인지에 대한 논의가 요구된다.

        공동체화폐운동의 소비자주의적 함의 연구 : 한밭레츠에 참여하는 소비자의 경험을 중심으로

        The purpose of this study was to explore the meaning of consumerism of Community Currency Movement through an analysis of the consumer experience of Hanbat-LETS participants. Consumerism is also an effort to try to brings to solution of the market economy system’s problem, for example the unequal problem of between corporation and consumer. Hanbat-LETS is the active institution which is the most active in the midst of Korea Community Currency, so Hanbat-LETS is selected by the subject of this study. The analytical methods adopted in this study were the participation & observation method and the Focus Group & In-depth Interview method. Major findings of this study were as follows: Hanbat-LETS participants experienced the following consumer experience ; the creation of value through the exchange trade, the solidarity shared with community, the experience free for the need of competition and ownership, the satisfaction from offering oneself property, the practice of sustainable consumption life. Community Currency Movement imply the following meaning of consumerism. First, the autonomous participation, Second, the practice of environment-friendly value, Third, the development of oneself ability, Fourth, the construction of trust society through belief, Fifth, the realization of community society. Therefore it is proved Community Currency Movement is a complementary institution of the monetary system and a desirable and new-style economical institution that cure the anxiety and relative comparison, alienation. This study is significant as a exploratory work probing the participants of Community Currency Movement and the extension of scope of consumerism and consumption study.

        Diversity of Emotional Intelligence among Nursing and Medical Students

        Objectives: The purpose of this study is to identify the types of perception of emotional intelligence among nursing and medical students and their characteristics using Q methodology, and to build the basic data for the development of a program for the would-be medical professionals to effectively adapt to various clinical settings in which their emotions are involved. Methods: Data were collected from 35 nursing and medical students by allowing them to classify 40 Q statements related to emotional intelligence and processed using the PC QUANL program. Results: The perceptions of emotional intelligence by nursing and medical students were categorized into three types: “sensitivity-control type”, “sympathy-motivation type”, and “concern-sympathy type”. Conclusion: The perceptions of emotional intelligence by nursing and medical students can represent an effective coping strategy in a situation where emotion is involved. In the medical profession, an occupation with a high level of emotional labor, it is important to identify the types of emotional intelligence for an effective coping strategy, which may have a positive effect on the performance of an organization. Based on the findings of this study, it is necessary to plan an education program for vocational adaptability for nursing and medical students by their types.
