공공토목사업 CM 발주를 위한 단계별 업무지원 시스템 구축

Recently, the MLTM (Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs) has announced CM business guidelines, because it is expected that the CM deliveries are going to be increased for a civil engineering industry with enforcement of the CM at Risk. In this trend, The CM business guideline, which is currently announced, is for the steps after the CM contract. However, the practical business guideline from a planning phase for the CM delivery to a selection phase of a CMr (Construction Manager) is essential for public construction projects including the civil engineering projects that the frequency of the CM deliveries is not sufficient. Therefore, this study established a standardized process model from the planning phase for the CM delivery to the selection phase of the CMr. study configured a business breakdown structure for CM delivery. A prototype system for supporting the CM delivery was also developed, and a practical operability was verified by a case evaluation based on the developed system. Hence, it is expected that this study will be utilized as a supporting system of the CM delivery business for public clients, which have not sufficient cases of the CM delivery. 위험형 CM(CM at Risk) 제도의 시행과 함께 토목시설물에도 CM계약사례가 증가할 것으로 예상되어, 국토해양부 등에서는 CM 업무지침을 공표하고 있다. 현재 공표된 CM 업무지침은 CM 계약 이후의 업무지침이지만, CM 발주사례가 부족한 토목사설을 포함한 공공사업에서는 CM 발주 자체에 필요한 CM발주의 가획단계부터 CM 업자 (Construction Manager, CMr) 선정까지의 업무지침이 필요한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 발주처의 건설사업관리 발주업무를 발주 기획단계부터 CMr 선정단계까지 표준화된 프로세스 모형으로 구축하였으며, 이를 위해 CM발주 업무분류체계를 구성하였다. 또한 연구에서는 구축된 모형에 근거한 CM 발주지원 시스템을 개발하여 시스템의 실무 운영성을 검증하였다. 이러한 연구는 CM 발주사례가 부족한 발주처의 CM 발주업무 지원체계로 활용성을 가질 수 있다.

Measurements of porcine muscle pH and color estimates at 25 minutes post mortem on the porcine muscle as a rapid parameter to find out the incidence of abnormal PSE porcine muscles, were taken in a total of 465 commercial pig carcasses at the domestic animal slaughter plant in Chuncheon, Investigations were made on the M. Longissimus in the last rib and the M, Semimembranosus. Wide differences were recorded in each season in the distribution of below pH 6.0 . The mean range was 15.9% in summer and 7.5% in winter, The correlation between sex and the distribution of pH value was found to be significantly negligible and that of the pH measured in LD and SM muscle on one individual was also significantly negligible (r=0.624). The correlation between muscle color and pH value was significantly nigh, LD=p$lt;0.01 r=0.2, SM=p$lt;0.001, r=0.95 in the summer especially. Carcass weight and pH value on the correlation were significantly high (LD. r=0.89, p$lt;0.001, SM. r=0.84, p$lt;0.001). But the correlation of muscle color to sex and muscle color to breeds on phenotype was significantly negligible.

Local governments recognize the importance of local festivals, and local festivals are growing rapidly in response to various supports. Local festivals promote the sale of local specialties, contribute to vitalizing the local economy through the development of new contents of the local culture. The purpose of this study is to investigate how the attitude according to the image affects local loyalty. Therefore, the image that was previously considered simply as a tourist destination image was divided into images of cultural tourism resources and images of festivals and events. The attitude of cultural tourism resources and the image of festivals/events occupy a very important part in the formation of local loyalty, so none of them can be overlooked. It can be said that it is a research result.

하이브리드라디오 서비스 방안

하이브리드라디오는 지상파 라디오방송(FM/DAB/DAB 등)과 인터넷망을 포함하는 통신망을 연결하여 단방향이라는 지상파방송의 한계를 극복하고 양방향을 구현하는 것으로 스마트폰을 중심으로 유럽과 미국등지에서 보급되고 있다. 많이 사용하는 스마트폰에서 지상파 라디오방송(FM/DAB/DAB+ 등)을 수신하여 라디오의 활용을 높이기위한 서비스이다. 국내에서는 신규로 출시되는 스마트폰에 부터 FM 방송을 수신할 수 있도록 할 전망이다. 이 또한 하이브리드라디오는 지상파방송이 수신이 안될 경우 인터넷망으로 전환하여 IP 스트리밍 방송으로 계속 사용할 수 있고, 다양한 데이터를 통신망으로 전달하여 사용할 수 있다. 유럽은 radioDNS 라는 곳에서 하이브리드라디오관련 표준을 제정하고 있다. 여기서 표준화되었거나 진행중인 서비스에 대해 간략히 소개하고, 활용가능한 서비스 모델들에 대해 설명한다. 하이브리드라디오를 도입시 고려해볼 사항에 대해서도 생각해 보고 또한 하이브리드라디오와 유사한 방송과 통신의 융합 서비스인 스마트 DMB 에 대해 설명하고 대해 설명하고자 한다.

근원섬유내 ATPase 활성의 사후변화에 관한 연구

Properties of myofibrils prepared from porcine, mutton and cock carcasses at certain intervals during storage at 2℃ were detected by measurement of Mg^(2+) ATPase activity(with or without EGTA) respectively, and these samples were reviewed by mean of SDS polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PGE). Mg^(2+) ATPase activity of myofibrils of these samples continued to drop up to the 3rd day after slaughter. As aging advanced Mg^(2+) ATPase activity started to rise again, but the rate was not the same depending on the samples. The molecular bands of 27,000 and 30,000 dalton respectively appeared as follows: Cock breast muscle-3 days later. Porcine muscle-10 days later. Mutton muscle-3 and 5 days later but disappeared 10 days later.

pH 와 동결저장온도가 우육의 Drip , POV 및 동결상에 미치는 영향

Three kinds of muscles (Cleido occipitalis: CO, Longissimus dorsi: LD and Semitendinosus: ST) of beef carcass were adjusted to pH 5.5, 6.1, 6.7, and 7.3. Drip quantity, peroxide value (POV) and ice crystallization in frozen muscles with the adjusted pH have been investigated. Drip values tended to decrease with increasing pH and in low temperature. LD muscle showed the lowest drip values as 19.2%, 21.0%, in ST and 22.5% in CO at -40℃. There were significant differences in drip values among the four different frozen temperatures (P$lt;0.01). The change in POV that took place in frozen stored muscles was lowest at pH 6.1 after the first and third day. POV in muscles treated by four different frozen temperatures had the lowest value at the temperature below -40℃ (P$lt;0.01). The development of POV in muscles showed more increase (P$lt;0.01) on 72 hours than on 24 hours in frozen storage with whole muscles. Many of the ice crystals in large size were found on muscles with pH at the lower range and over pH 6.1, changed from one (at pH 5.5) to several smaller sizes (at pH 7.3) having needle shapes. The muscle tissues with low pH, lnwever, were to form very small sized ice crystals and located on the center of the muscle fibers at -80℃.

프라이빗뱅킹 이용자의 만족도와 지속거래 및 추천의도에 관한 연구

In this study, in order to identify the satisfaction factors of private banking users, to induce sustainable transactions in the future, and to contribute to the activation of private banking through recommendations by others, important variables among tasks undertaken at the private banking center were accumulated through prior research and targeted for K Bank. As a result of the overall situation, it can be seen that over 3 billion of wealthy people have a relatively high education level of college graduates or higher, the proportion of men in their 40s, metropolitan areas, and men, and it is judged that they are using private banking in selected occupational groups. As a result of the structural equation, first, the factors affecting user satisfaction were 0.193 for real estate service characteristics, 0.037 for indirect investment service characteristics, 0.133 for legal and tax service characteristics, and 0.262 for additional service characteristics, showing a significant level at P<0.05. Second, factors influencing continued private banking transactions were real estate service characteristics of 0.149, indirect investment services characteristics of 0.019, and legal and tax services characteristics of 0.129, showing significant results at P<0.05. Third, the influence of user satisfaction on continuous transactions was 0.625, and the influence of user satisfaction on recommendation intention was 0.708, which had a positive effect. Fourth, the influence relationship on the recommendation intention of sustained transaction price is 0.763. As a result of this study, meaningful results were derived by measuring the satisfaction of private banking users, but there is a limit to the spatial scope of Seoul and the metropolitan area. In addition, there is a limit to representing all private banking users targeting a customer of one of the commercial banks. Therefore, future studies will propose a study targeting private banking users for all banks, and a study on strategic plans for profitability of private banking centers will also be needed.
