        The purpose of this paper is Characteristics Analysis according to thickness of Secondary Conductor in Tubular Linear Induction Motor(TLIM). Linear motors make good used of several applications as pumps and linear actuator. Characteristic equations of TLIM are obtained form voltage equation. And parameters of voltage equation are calculated.

        Approximately in the year AD 106~107, Ignatius, bishop of the church of Antioch in Syria, was seized by Roman authority. Ignatius wrote seven letters as a condemned prisoner on the way to execution -Ad Magn., Ad Tral, Ad Eph., Ad Rom, Ad Smyr., Ad Philad., Ad Polyc. I focus on one item: t?? Christology that the Ignatian letters reveal. Ignatius answers the question, what do you think of Christ. To Ignatius, first, Christ is God made manifest in the flesh, second, Christ is God our Savior, and third, Christ is the reason of eucharist and church unity. For the first, the very striking phrase of Christ in the Ignatius letters is "Jesus Christ our God" Ignatius' understanding of Christ as God in flesh was made in the face of the docetic heresy. He notes that the gnostic idea claiming evil to e inherent in the material world confronted the problem of the person of Jesus Christ with the question, "How could the Holy Savior enter the realm of evil matter and possess a physical body? Even before Chachedon council, Ignatius confession assumes a creedal form* Jesus is true God and true man. Ignatius' letters also claim that Jesus Christ appears successively as "our God" and "our Savior." The confession of God's salvation through Jesus helps to connect Christianity and Jewish tradition. Although the coming of Jesus into the world was a unique event in itself, yet it is an event not dissociated with the past. The salvific work of Jesus a fulfilment of Old Testament prophesy. According to Ignatius, Christ, God in flesh contains a eucharistic emphasis. As far as believers confess the eucharist to be the flesh of our savior, Jesus Christ, very early church was eucharistic community. Believers unite with God through eucharist. Ignatius wanted to connect believers' union with God with church union. The christology of the church has already been and ever will be the crucial issue in every age of her history. We appreciate Ignatius' theological insight and pastoral passion. The voice of an apostolic father in the second century claiming Christ as our God, savior in flesh was strong enough to contribute to establish orthodox tradition of Christology. Ignatius' understanding of Christ laid the comer stone of christology established in Chalcedon council of 451 AD.

      • 에게리아의 인물 연구 -출생지, 사회적 지위, 종교적 배경-

        We have studies to identify the author of the Itinerarium Egeriae (It. Eg.). This article especially pays attention to her origin, religious and social background. Normally Egeria was understood as a nun from one of the western providence of the later Roman empire-spain, Gaul or even Italy. However, a reexamination of the evidence suggests the possibility of a different solution regarding not only her religious affiliation and status on society but also geographical origin. The newly proposed identification is major developments of Christianity in the West, in particular with its spread within urban milieux and with the receptivity of contemporary society to the idea of pilgrimage. In short, her Spanish origin and monastic or aristocratic affiliation were doubted. She is best perceived as a layperson, a member of group of pious and devout women who decided to follow aristocratic precedent of pilgrimage to the East. She was an urban bourgeoisie. Egeria serves as an example of pilgrims that enabled pious believers of different social classes to enjoy a singular freedom of movement while uniting them is a common enterprise.

        보육교사의 자아상태가 교직열정에 미치는 영향 : 교사의 민감성의 매개효과

        본 연구는 교사 개인의 내면적 특성인 자아상태와 교직열정의 관계에서 교사의 민감성의 매개효과를 검증하고 그 중요성을 밝혀 교사교육에서 보육교사들의 교직열정 증진에 관심을 높이기 위한 실증적인 기초자료를 제공해 주고자 하는데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위하여 서울·경기·강원·충정지역 어린이집에 근무하고 있는 보육교사 600명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 회수된 설문지는 최종 525부였다. 설문자료 분석은 SPSS 25.0을 활용하여 기술통계, 상관분석, 그리고 매개효과 검증을 위해 다중회귀분석을 실시했다. 연구결과는 첫째, 보육교사의 자아상태, 교직열정, 교사의 민감성의 일반적 경향성에 대해 알아본 결과 모두 다소 높은 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 자아상태는 성인자아가 가장 높게 나타났고, 교직열정은 조화로운 열정이 가장 높았으며 교사의 민감성 부분은 민감한 상호작용이 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 보육교사의 자아상태, 교직열정, 그리고 민감성 간의 관계를 알아본 결과 보육교사의 자아상태, 교직열정, 그리고 교사의 민감성은 전체적으로 유의미함을 알 수 있었고 모두 정적 상관관계로 나타났다. 셋째, 교사의 민감성은 보육교사의 자아상태와 교직열정과의 관계에서 부분매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 보육교사의 교직열정에는 자아상태보다 민감성의 영향력이 상대적으로 크게 작용하고 있음을 밝혔다. 따라서 본 연구는 교사개인의 내면적 특성인 자아상태와 교직열정의 관계에서 교사의 민감성의 영향을 밝힘으로써 보육교사 교육에서 민감성에 대한 이해를 높여 주기 위한 실증적인 기초자료 제공한다고 할 수 있다. 그러므로 보육교사의 자아상태를 기반으로 민감성 증진을 지원하여 교직열정을 조화롭게 발전시킬 수 있는 전문교사교육 프로그램 개발의 필요성을 시사한다. The purpose of this study is to verify the mediated effect of teachers sensitivity in the relationship between ego state and teaching passion, which are the inner characteristics of individual teacher and to increase understanding of teachers sensitivity that is one of the ways that nursery teachers react to infant play and to clarify importance of it and to provide empirical basic data to raise interest in the promotion of nursery teachers passion for teaching in teacher education. The results of the study have shown that firstly, the general tendency of the nursery teachers’ ego state, teaching passion and teachers sensitivity are all somewhat high. In particular, ego state showed the highest in adult ego and the teaching passion showed the highest in harmonious passion and the part of the teachers sensitivity showed a high level of sensitive interaction. Second, after examining the relationship among the ego state, teaching passion and teachers sensitivity of the nursery teacher, the ego state, teaching passion and teachers sensitivity of the nursery teacher as a whole, were significant and all appeared to be static correlations. Third, the teachers sensitivity has been shown to have a partial mediation effect on the relationship between ego state and teaching passion of the nursery teacher. In particular, it was revealed that the influence of the teachers sensitivity is relatively greater than the ego state on teaching passion of the nursery teacher. Therefore, it can be said that it provides empirical basic data to enhance understanding of sensitivity in nursery teacher education by revealing the impact of teacher sensitivity on the relationship between the ego state and teaching passion, which are the inner characteristics of individual teacher. Therefore, it suggests the need to develop professional teacher education programs that can develop teaching passion harmoniously based on the ego state of nursery teacher in support of sensitivity enhancement.

      • 평화통일을 위한 한국교회여성의 과제와 역할

        Peaceful unity is the most important task of Korea. It is a mission given from God for North and South Koreans. From this point of view, our Korean churches must participate in seeking of Korean peaceful unity. The Korean church must realize that the peaceful unity is verified in the Bible. Division and conflict are sins against God"s reconciliation and peace. Therefore, reunification is a God-given task for the Korean church. Since Korea was divided, Koreans have made diverse efforts to unite North and South Korea. Especially the efforts and contributions that women of the Korean church have done for reunification are admirable, and cannot be overlooked. So, in this treatise, in order to accomplish successful peaceful unity and to prepare for the future Korea in unity, Christian women have many tasks and roles. First of all, women in the Korean church must set up a right direction of unification theology. We should avoid naive unification although we pursue inclusive unification. I have suggested ‘motherhood" theology for peaceful unification because the image of motherhood is sacrifice, dedication, inclusiveness which are far beyond patriarchal authoritarianism. A mother"s arms encompass barriers of ideology and system. Second, I insist that our unification is based on the Korean authentic spirituality which has been molded by the Reformed tradition and 1907 revival. Third, it seems that most of the work of the women of church for peaceful unity has been led by a few women leaders in the liberal party. We should find an effective way for the majority of women to participate widely. In order for that, we need to increase education programs of peaceful unification and professional women leadership for that mission. Women"s contribution and work for unifications will be more active and work wisely under the guidance of the Holy Spirit

        어린이집 CCTV 설치에 관한 보육교사의 인식과 직무만족도 및 소진과의 관계

        본 연구에서는 어린이집 CCTV 설치에 관한 보육교사의 인식을 살펴보고, 직무만족도 및 소진과의 관계를 살펴보고자 하였다. 보육교사 30명을 대상으로 예비조사를 실시한 후 서울 및 경기 지역에 소재한 어린이집 교사 500명을 대상으로 자료를 수 집하여 463부의 설문지가 최종 분석에 사용되었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0통계프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구결과는 첫째, 어린이집 CCTV 설치에 관한 보육교사의 인식이 다소 부정적 수준으로 나타났으며, 직무만족도는 비교적 낮은 수 준이며, 소진은 매우 높은 수준으로 나타났다. 둘째, 어린이집 CCTV설치에 관한 보육교사의 인식이 긍정적일수록 직무만족도는 높으며 소진은 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 어린이집 CCTV 설치에 관한 보육교사의 인식은 직무만족도에 정적인 영향을 미치며, 소진에는 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 통해 어린이집 CCTV 설치에 관한 보육교사의 인식과 어려움이나 도움에 관한 견해를 알아보고, CCTV의 긍정적인 기능을 확대하고 효과적인 활용방법을 모색함으로써 보육의 질 향상에 도움이 되는 기초자료를 제시하고자 한다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the child care teachers cognition about the installation of CCTV and its relation with job satisfaction and exhaustion. The teachers who worked in the child care centers in Seoul and Kyungido replied the survey questions and finally 463 questionnaires were chosen. The results of this study were as below: First, the child care teachers’cognition about the installation of CCTV is a little bit negative, job satisfaction is relatively low and exhaustion is very high. Second, when the child care teachers’cognition about the installation of CCTV is more positive, job satisfaction is higher and exhaustion is lower. Third, the child care teachers’cognition about the installation of CCTV had a proportional influence on their job satisfaction and an inversely proportional influence on their exhaustion. Through the results of this study, I investigate the child care teachers cognition about the installation of CCTV and the views about the difficulties and help which may actually happen, and I suggest the basic data that may help to improve the quality of childcare by expanding the positive function and seeking effective applicaton method of CCTV while considering child care teachers

        유아교사의 스마트폰 중독경향성과 교수몰입 및 조직헌신과의 관계

        본 연구에서는 유아교사의 스마트폰 중독경향성과 교수몰입 및 조직헌신과의 관계를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 서울 지역에 소재한 어린이집의 교사들을 대상으로 설문지를 통해 자료를 수집하였으며, 310부의 설문지가 최종 분석에 사용되었다. 본 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유아교사의 스마트폰 중독경향성은 다소 높은 수준으로 나타났으며, 교수몰입은 중간점수보다 약간 높게, 조직헌신은 중간점수보다 약간 낮게 나타났다. 둘째, 유아교사의 스마트폰 중독경향성이 높을수록 교수몰입 및 조직헌신은 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 유아교사 스마트폰 중독경향성은 교수몰입과 조직헌신에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 통해 유아교사의 스마트폰 중독경향성이 직무수행에 미치는 부정적인 영향에 대한 경각심을 일깨우고 바람직한 스마트폰 사용방안을 제시하는 교사교육의 필요성을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the smartphone addiction proneness of the child care teachers and its relation with teacher’s commitment and teaching flow. The teachers who worked in child care centers in Seoul replied the survey questions and finally 310 questionnaires were chosen. The results of this study were as below: The child care teachers’ smartphone addiction proneness was relatively high, the teaching flow was slightly higher and teacher’s commitment was a little lower than medium. When the child care teachers’ smartphone addiction proneness was higher, their commitment and teaching flow was revealed lower. Also, the child care teachers’ smartphone addiction proneness had a negative effect on teaching flow and their commitment. Through the results of this study, it is suggested that teacher education for teachers’ proper use of smartphone is needed.
