      • 헤어미용 서비스 이용고객의 불만족과 불평행동에 관한 탐색적 연구

        인터넷과 SNS 활동이 활발한 요즘 고객들에게 이용고객의 긍정적인 이용후기(Review)는 신규고객 유치뿐만 아니라 기존고객 유지에도 긍정적인 영향이 있으나, 이와 반대로 부정적인 이용후기(Review)는 신규고객 유치를 어렵게 하고 기존고객 이탈에도 영향을 미치고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 한국연구정보서비스(http://www.riss.kr)에서 2021년 6월 현재「미용 불만족」,「헤어 불만족」,「미용 불평 행동」,「헤어 불평 행동」의 4가지 키워드로 검색한 석사, 박사의 학위 논문 총 250편 중 본 연구와 상관이 없는 논문을 제거 후 12편을 선정하여 고찰하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 미용시술 결과에 따른 고객의 주관적인 평가에 의해 이루어질 수밖에 없는 현실적인 측면에서 고객의 만족을 높이는 것도 중요하지만, 불만족과 불평 행동에 관한 연구의 탐색으로 과도한 경쟁 속에 있는 헤어미용 서비스 산업에서 새로운 고객을 유치하고 기존고객 이탈 방지에 대한 방안을 강구하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 연구결과 헤어미용 서비스 이용고객의 공통된 불만족 요인과 불평 행동 요인을 확인할 수 있었다. 연구된 분야는 주로 헤어미용 서비스 이용고객의 불만족과 불평행동, 재방문, 보상처리, 스트레스, 이직의도로만 한정하여 표집 요소가 적어 한계점이 있지만 이 논문이 기초가 되어 활발한 후속연구가 진행되길 기대해본다. Nowadays, when Internet and SNS activities are active, positive reviews from customers have a positive effect not only on attracting new customers but also on retaining existing customers. On the contrary, negative reviews make it difficult to attract new customers and have an impact on the departure of existing customers. Therefore, this study searched for four keywords as of June 2021 on the Korean Research Information Service (http://www.riss.kr): Hair Unsatisfaction, Hair Unsatisfaction, Hair Unsatisfied Behavior, and Hair Unsatisfied Behavior. Of the 250 thesis papers of master s and doctor s degrees, 12 were selected and considered after removing papers that were not related to this study. The purpose of this study is to increase customer satisfaction in a realistic aspect that can only be achieved by the customer s subjective evaluation according to the results of cosmetic procedures. However, the purpose of this study is to find a way to attract new customers and prevent the departure of existing customers in the hair and beauty service industry, which is experiencing excessive competition through research on dissatisfaction and complain behavior. As a result of the study, it was possible to identify common dissatisfaction factors and complaints behavior factors of customers using hair beauty services. The research area is limited to the customer s dissatisfaction and complaint behavior, re-visiting, compensation processing, stress, and intention to leave the company, but we hope that this paper will be based on active follow-up studies.

        군병원 국방의료정보체계(NDEMIS) 내 표준간호진술문의 활용실태

        Purpose : This study is to investigate the overall use of standardized nursing statements in NDEMIS, the electronic nursing record system of Korean military hospitals and to identify frequently used statements among them by hospitals and treatment departments. Methods : The authors analyzed the nursing records of randomly chosen 4 weeks from 12 military hospitals in 2015. Descriptive statistics were used to investigate the utilization rate of nursing problems, nursing interventions, and nursing activities in the standardized nursing statements. Results : Analyzed were 245,252 nursing records of 9,532 patients who had been admitted to military hospitals. The nursing records contained 48.0% of the standardized nursing statements. Among them, the most frequently used statements were `acute pain` for nursing diagnosis, `Pain management` for nursing intervention, `notify medical team if pain worsens` and `assess pain` for nursing activity. The pattern of standardized nursing statements` use by hospitals and treatment departments reflected general characteristics of patients admitted to the military hospitals. Conclusion : This study indicates that the priority in military nursing care is management of pain. Considering the percentage of standardized nursing statements, education for nursing staff should be regularly provided to promote use of them. Also NDEMIS should be improved according to the user`s needs so that the system can be fully utilized.

      • 군병원 간호장교를 위한 근거기반실무 교육프로그램의 개발

        Purpose: The study was conducted to develop an Evidence-Based Practice(EBP) education program for military nurse officers and to examine its effects on knowledge, attitudes, usage, and self-efficacy of EBP. Methods: The program was developed with focus on 5 stages of EBP process. A pretest-posttest study was conducted with 35 nurse officers working at a military hospital. Thirty five participants completed the questionnaires in four intervals; Time 1 (a week before the program), Time 2 (a week after the program), Time 3 (four weeks after the program), and Time 4 (eight weeks after the program). The data were analyzed with SPSS program. Results: The program consisted of 8 hours of lectures, group exercises, and discussions. The level of EBP knowledge (t=6.801, p<.001), attitude (t=15.571, p<.001), usage (t=5.615, p<.001), and self-efficacy (t=5.258, p<.001) increased significantly after the program, respectively. The effects of EBP on knowledge, attitude, usage, and self-efficacy maintained at Time 2, Time 3, and Time 4. Conclusion: The result suggest that the EBP education program is effective on knowledge, attitude, usage, and self-efficacy of EBP among military nurse officers.

        성역할 개념,의복 성정체감,유니섹스 의복에 대한 태도 사이의 상관 연구 : 대전,충남북 지역의 남녀 대학생을 중심으로 female and male college students in Taejeon , Chungnam , and Chungbuk province

        The purposes of this study were 1) to find out any significant relationships among genderlogy, gender identity of clothing, and attitudes toward unisex clothing, 2) to investigate differences in genderlogy, gender identity of clothing, and attitudes toward unisex clothing between female and male college students, 3) to understand the structual dimension of genderlogy. The theory of this study was Bem's androgyny sex role theory which suggested an individual's masculine and feminine sex role lied on separate lines rather than on a linear line. The research design was an ex post facto survey and the subjects were 222 female college students and 179 male students in Taejeon, Chungnam and Chungbuk province. Using the SPSS program, factor analysis, t-test, Pearson correlation coefficient, and plot were calculated for statistical analysis. The findings of this study were summarized as follows: 1) The t-test showed significant differences in genderloy, gender identity of clothing, attitudes toward unisex clothing between female and male college students. 2) There were significant relationship among genderlogy, gender identity of clothing, attitudes toward unisex clothing. 3) The major dimensions of genderlogy were found to be traditional sex role and equal sex roles. There were only moderate negative relationship between traditional and equal sex roles and these two dimensions affected differently on the gender identity of clothing, as well as the attitudes toward unisex clothing, therefore traditional sex roles and equal sex roles seemed to lie on separate lines, and the androgyny sex role theory was supported.
