        This research aims at analyzing ventilation performance of high-rise apartment houses where mechanical ventilation system has installed. Analysis has been conducted to identify the effectiveness of duct-type and wall-type ventilation system, according to the location of system and contaminant source patterns. The purpose of this study is to suggest the basic information on the efficient ventilation strategies in apartment houses.

        Comparison of the Effects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Behavioral Treatment on Obesity Treatment by Patient Subtypes: A Systematic Review and Meta-analysis

        Objectives: The present study aimed to compare the impacts of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and behavioral treatment (BT) on weight loss and psychological outcomes among patients with three different subtypes of obesity: simple obesity, obesity with binge eating disorder, and obesity with depression. Methods: Embase, PubMed, the Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials, Research Information Sharing Service, and Korean Studies Information Service System were systematically searched for randomized controlled trials conducted on or before May 2020, that used CBT to treat obesity. Methodological quality was assessed using Cochrane's risk of bias tool 2 and publication bias was evaluated through the funnel plot using the trim and fill method, Egger's test, and Begg and Mazumdar rank correlation test. A meta-analysis was conducted using a random-effects model and the standardized mean difference with 95% confidence interval (CI) was used to determine effect size. Results: Twenty-one randomized controlled trials with a total of 22 intervention arms and 2,590 patients were included. Our study results revealed that the effects of CBT, compared with BT, on weight loss distinctly differed across all patient subgroups. In the simple obesity group, CBT was more effective than BT (Hedges' g=0.138, CI=0.012~0.264); however, in the obesity with binge eating disorder group, BT was more effective than CBT (Hedges' g=-0.228, CI=-0.418~-0.038); in the obesity with depression group, the effect of CBT was not statistically different from that of BT (Hedges' g=0.276, CI=-0.307~0.859). Further studies with larger sample sizes are required to confirm the outcomes observed in this study. Conclusions: Our results indicated that the effects of CBT on obesity treatment vary based on patient subtype. Therefore, our findings suggest that CBT or BT should be selectively recommended as a treatment strategy for different obesity subtypes.

        척추 신경 차단술 환자 특성이 주사시술의 공포감과 방사선의 위험 인식에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the characteristics of patients who underwent spinal nerve block on the fear of injection and the risk of radiation. Subjects were 137 patients (67 males, 70 females) who visited the Department of Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine in Cheongju. The method was conducted as a research study using a total of 28 questionnaires consisting of patient characteristics, experience characteristics of nerve block surgery, nerve block fear scale, and radiation risk perception scale. The reliability of the questionnaire response was secured with a Cronbach s alpha coefficient of 0.6 or higher. For statistical analysis, correlation was tested by descriptive statistics, frequency analysis, independent sample T-test, and Pearson and Spearman correlation coefficients by measurement scale and factor. As a result, the fear scale of nerve block was significantly higher in women than in men (p<0.05). The fear scale of nerve block injection was significantly higher in the first-visit patients than in the second-visited patients (p<0.05). However, there was no significant difference among all variables in radiation risk perception. In conclusion, patients undergoing spinal nerve block were more aware of the fear of injection than the risk of radiation exposure during the procedure.

        Production of γ-amino Butyric Acid by Lactic Acid Bacteria in Skim Milk

        동해안 지역 수산발효식품과 수산물로부터 다양한 종류의 유산균들을 분리하여 감마아미노낙산(GABA) 활성을 위해 분석을 하였다. 박층크로마토그래피(TLC)를 이용하여 GABA를 생성하는 4개의 균주를 확보하였으며, 16S rRNA sequencing 분석 결과를 통해 FSFL0004, FSFL0005, FSFL0036 균주는 Lactobacillus (Lb.) brevis, 그리고 FGL0007은 Lactococcus (Lc.) lactis에 가장 유사한 것으로 확인하였다. Lb. brevis FSFL0004와 FSFL0005는 발효된 아귀로부터 분리되었고, Lb. brevis FSFL0036는 갈치 젓갈로부터 분리되었으며, Lc. lactis FGL0007 균주는 참가자미의 내장으로부터 분리되었다. 고속액체크로마토그래피(HPLC)를 사용한 정량분석결과를 보면, FSFL0004, FSFL0005, FSFL0036과 FGL0007에서 각각 10,754.37 μg/ml, 13,082.79 μg/ml, 12,290.19 μg/ml, 45.07 μg/ml의 GABA가 생성되었다. GABA가 풍부한 낙농제품의 발효 종균으로서 상용화 실험을 위해 1% MSG를 포함한 탈지방우유에 4개의 균주를 각각 접종하였다. TLC 결과를 보면 4개의 균주 모두가 GABA 생성을 보였다. HPLC 분석 결과를 보면, 4균주 중 Lc. lactis FGL0007이 가장 높은 GABA 생성(431.42 μg/ml)을 보였다. 본 연구의 내용은 GABA가 함유된 유제품 개발의 기반이 될 수 있을 것으로 생각한다. Lactic acid bacteria were isolated from a variety of fermented seafoods and sea creatures from the East Sea Rim, Korea and were screened for γ-amino butyric acid-producing (GABA) activity. Through a 16S rRNA sequence analysis, the bacteria of interest, which were GABA-positive on the thin-layer chromatography analysis, were recognized as three isolates of Lactobacillus (Lb.) brevis and one isolate of Lactococcus (Lc.) lactis. Lb. brevis FSFL0004 and FSFL0005 were isolated from fermented anglerfish and Lb. brevis FSFL0036 was derived from salted cutlass fish. The Lc. lactis strain FGL0007 was isolated from the gut of a brown sole flounder. According to HPLC analysis, the GABA contents produced by FSFL0004, FSFL0005, FSFL0036 and FGL0007 were equivalent to 10,754.37 μg/ml, 13,082.79 μg/ml, 12,290.19 μg/ml, and 45.07 μg/ml respectively in 1% monosodium glutamate-supplemented methionyltRNA synthetase (MRS) broth. The four strains were inoculated in skim milk with 1% monosodium glutamate to commercialize the strains as starter cultures for GABA-enriched dairy products, and TLC results displayed the production of γ-amino butyric acid by all four strains in the adaptation media. Lc. lactis FGL0007 demonstrated the greatest GABA production (431.42 μg/ml) by HPLC analysis. The GABA production by lactic acid bacteria strains in the skim milk demonstrated in the present study may be helpful for the production of GABA-enriched dairy products.

      • 고성능 비어휘정보 한국어 구문분석

        본 논문에서는 어휘정보를 사용하는 한국어 구문분석 성능과 거의 비슷한 성능을 내는 비어휘정보 한국어 의존 구문분석에 대해서 설명한다. 본 논문에서는 어휘정보를 대신해서 품사정보와 어절 구문태그 정보를 사용하고 CRFs를 사용하여 레이블링 방법으로 구문분석 한다. 자질을 변경하여 어절 처음에 나타나는 용어 정보와 뒤 어절의 용언 정보를 추가하였다. 본 논문에서 제시하는 실험 결과(어절:85.73%, 문장:43.86%)는 현재 최고의 성능을 내는 어휘정보 사용 한국어 구문분석과 비슷하다. 본 논문에서 제안한 비어휘정보 구문분석 방법은 어휘정보 구문분석에 비해 모델 사이즈가 작고 처리방법이 간단하여 쉽게 다른 도메인에 적용이 가능할 것으로 기대한다.

        다단계 구단위화를 이용한 고속 한국어 의존구조 분석

        Syntactic analysis is an important step in natural language processing. However, we cannot use the syntactic analyzer in Korean for low performance and without robustness. We propose new robust, high speed and high performance Korean syntactic analyzer using CRFs. We treat a parsing problem as a labeling problem. We use a cascaded chunking for Korean parsing. We label syntactic information to each Eojeol at each step using CRFs. CRFs use part-of-speech tag and Eojeol syntactic tag features. Our experimental results using 10-fold cross validation show significant improvement in the robustness, speed and performance of long Korea sentences.

        키어절을 이용한 새로운 한국어 구문분석

        구문분석은 문장 구조와 문장 성분을 파악하는 작업으로써 언어이해에서 중요한 단계이다. 의존구조 구문분석 방법에는 트랜지션 방법과 그래프 방법이 대표적이다. 트랜지션 방법은 루트에서 먼 곳의 성능이 좋으나 문장 구조의 성능이 상대적으로 낮다. 반면에 그래프 방법은 문장 루트에서 가까운 부분에서 성능이 높으나 멀어질수록 성능이 상대적으로 낮아진다. 본 논문에서는 트랜지션 방법의 장점에 문장 성능 향상을 위한 새로운 방법을 제안한다. 문장구조를 인식하기 위해 ‘키어절’이라는 개념을 제안하고 인식과정을 거친다. 인식된 키어절을 구문분석의 자질로 사용하는 방법, 키어절을 위한 수정 모델 실험을 하였다. 세종 구문 코퍼스를 사용하여 실험한 결과 3%의 문장성능 향상을 이룰 수 있었다. 이 실험결과는 키어절을 사용하는 것이 문장 구조를 인식하고 오류전파를 막는데 효과적임을 알 수 있다. A syntactic parsing that captures a sentence structure and roles of words in a sentence is a key step of natural language understanding. The transition based and the graph based parsing are representative methods in dependency parsing. The transition based parsing has relatively many long dependency errors, whereas the graph based parsing has relatively many short dependency errors. In this paper, we propose a new method that captures a sentence structure for improving sentence level performance effectively. We propose the concept of a key eojoel to capture sentence structure. First, we recognize key eojoels of sentences and then parse sentences using a key eojoel under cascaded chunking method. At the experiment using Sejong21 syntactic corpora, we achieve 3% sentence level performance improvement. From the result, we can see a key eojoel is an effective tool in capturing a sentence structure and preventing error propagation.
