황화수소 산화세균인 새로운 Thiobacillus sp.의 분리 및 특성

황화수소 산화세균인 Thiobacillus sp.를 전남 화순의 폐탄광수에서 분리하였다. 분리된 균주는 그람음성의 운동성이 있고, 포자를 형성하는 간균이었으며, 환원된 무기 황화합물을 산화하여 에너지원으로 사용하는 호기성 통성 화학합성 영양균이었다. 분리균주는 thiosulfate를 첨가한 기본배지에서 유기물을 동화하며 성장하였고, 에너지원으로 사용된 thiosulfate는 32mM 이상의 농도에서는 오히려 기질억제 인자로 작용하여 균의 성장을 억제하였다. 최적 thiosulfate 농도는 32mM이었다. DNA의 G+C 함량은 65.0mol%이고, 세포내 주요 지방산중 비순산화 지방산은 16:1+7$_{cyc}$, 16:0과 수산화 지방산은 3-OH 12:0을 가지며, $C_{18}$의 미동정 가지형의 지방산도 포함하고 있었다. Ubiquinone system은 Q-9을 가지고 있었다. 위와 같은 생리생화학적 특성 결과로부터, 본 분리균주는 Thiobacillus sp. iw.의 새로운 종으로 판단하였다. A new hydrogen sulfide-oxidation bacterium, Thiobacillus sp. was isolated from waste coal mine water around Hawsun in Chunnam province. The isolate was motile gram-negative rod shape, formed spore and grew up to be aerobically facultative chemolithotroph by using energy released from the oxidation of reduced inorganic sulfur compounds. It could assimilate various kinds of organic compounds and grew well upon thiosulfate-supplemented basal medium. To the lelvel of 32 mM in thiosulfate concentration, thiosulfate in itself was utilized as energy source for growth. However, from those of the higher concentration than 32 mM, thiosulfate functioned specifically as the substrate inhibitor rather than as the energy source. It was found that the optimum thiosulfate concentration for growth was 32 mM. The G+C content of the DNA was 65.0 mol%. The isolate had 16 : 1 + 17$_{cyc}$, 16 : 0 as their major non-hydroxylated cellular fatty acids, 3-OH 12 : 0 as a hydroxylated fatty acid and also contained unidentified $C_{18}$ branched fatty acid. The ubiquinone system in the respiratory chain was Q-9. Based on the physiological and biochemical characteristics, the isolate was assigned to a novel species of the genus Thiobacillus sp. iw.

이 논문은 기존의 논의들이 거론하였던 이연주 시의 ‘자본주의 세계에서의 디스토피아적인 절망감과 육체의 질병’에 대한 심층적 의미를 정동의 관점에서 살핀 것이다. 이연주 시에서 정동의 조작으로 표상되는 바람 이미지의 운동은 정동 정치적이며 신체들을 집단적으로 ‘전염’시키는 강렬한 힘으로써 형상화된다. 그는 시에서 절망과 고통의 표면이 되는 육체와 상관되는 이미지들을 다양하게 창출하고, 슬픔으로 그 각도가 조절된 ‘바람’에 의해 질병으로 훼손된 몸의 형태들을 반복적으로 가시화한다. 즉 그의 시세계에서 자본과의 슬픈 합성 관계들의 무한한 반복들은 몸에 새겨지는 습관, 지속, 리듬의 사건들로 출혈되고 누적된다. 시세계에 ‘리토르넬로(ritournelle)’가 형성되어 있는 것이다. 슬픔 정동이 축적된 신체의 흔적인 ‘질병’은 특히나 이연주 시에서 리토르넬로를 형성하는 주요한 기제이다. 한편 그의 시에서의 슬픔 정동은 조작된 것으로, 권력이 행사되는 첫 번째 직접적인 장소인 육체에 가해지는 나쁜 마주침이자, 하위 주체들의 생명을 실질적으로 포섭하는 데에 있어 반드시 필요한 것이다. 이때 권력 주체인 자본가와 집행자는 정동인 바람의 정향을 슬픔으로 조작하는 이들이다. 권력 주체들이 슬픔으로 ‘세계-몸’ 두 대상의 관계를 조율한 것처럼, 시적 주체는 정동의 조율 가능성을 인지한다. 그는 정동의 조작과 전염의 원리를 이해하는 ‘미학적 주체’이다. 시적 주체는 신체들의 존재 능력을 증대시킬 기쁨 정동으로의 전복적 변환을 꿈꾼다. 그러나 이연주 시세계에서 기쁨 정동을 퍼뜨려 세계의 정동적 경향을 반전시키려는 뒤집기 시도는 현실화되지 못하고 잠재적인 것으로 남는다. 그리하여 삶정치적인 기쁨 정동 조작의 꿈과 슬픔 정동으로 조작된 삶권력적 세계 사이에서 길항하며 몸부림치던 시적 주체는 죽음을 선택한다. 자본주의 세계로부터 타락하고 오염되었던 ‘몸을 끝내는 종신(終身)’(「終身」)을 택한 것이다. 이러한 ‘결과’는 선행연구들이 밝혀내었듯, 이연주 시가 디스토피아적인 세계관에 머물러 있음을 강조하는 것이 된다. 그러나 본고가 주목하는 점은 다음과 같다. 주체가 정동의 운반책인 신체를 끊어내기로 한 것은 조작된 정동의 전염에 대해 잘 이해하고 있었기 때문이다. 그리고 이러한 결정은 역설적으로 슬픔 정동에 정동되지 않을 주체의 극단적인 저항의 방식이 된다. 또한 정동의 관점에서 결과가 아닌 ‘과정’에 주목해보면 그의 시에는 자본주의 세계의 슬픔 정동의 경향성을 뒤집을 가능성, 즉 그러한 반전이 언제 우연히 현실화될지 모른다는 희망의 여지 또한 잠재적으로 남아 있음이 밝히 드러난다. 이처럼 본고는 그간 시도되지 않았던, 이연주 시가 지니는 시적 저항의 심층적 의미를 구명하는 데에 천착하였다. This study examines the deep meaning of Lee Yeon-ju’s poems, which were discussed in the past, which has a dystopian sense of despair in the capitalist world and reproduction of physical diseases from the perspective of Affect. The movement of wind image represented by the manipulation of Affect in Lee Yeon-ju’s poem is political in Affect and is shaped as an intense force that collectively ‘transmits’ the bodies. Lee Yeon-ju repeatedly visualizes the forms of the body damaged by the disease by the ’wind’, which is adjusted by the angle of Sadness, while creating various images related to the body that becomes the surface of despair and pain in poetry. In his poetic world, the endless repetitions of sad synthetic relationships with capital are hemorrhaged and accumulated in the habit, persistence, and rhythm of the body. Ritournelle is formed. In Lee Yeonju’s poem, disease is the current rhythm of the world that repeatedly protrudes. This works as a major mechanism to form ‘Ritournelle’ in Lee Yeon-ju’s Poetry. On the other hand, the sadness in his poem is manipulated and acts as a bad encounter to the body. Because the body is first direct place where power is exercised, and as a necessity for sub-subjects lives. At this time, capitalists and executors, who are the subjects of power, can be seen as those who manipulate the wind. The poetic subject recognizes the possibility of coordination of Affect. He is an ‘aesthetic subject’ who understands the principle of manipulation and transmission of Affect, and a person who understands the cause of what forms the relationship between unity and discrepancy in the synthesis of the world-body. Poetic subject dreams of subversive transformation into Joy Affect that will increase the ability of the body to exist. However, the attempt to reverse the world’s Affect tendency by spreading Joy Affect in Lee Yeon-ju’s poetry is not realized and remains a potential. So he chooses the death of ‘Yuda of the Atonement’ who saved his body, not all the savior ‘Jesus’. He chose the corrupted and polluted ‘life ending’ from the capitalist world. As the previous studies have revealed, this emphasizes that Lee Yeon-ju’s poems remain in a dystopian worldview. However, the reason why the subject decided to cut off the body, which is the carrier of Affect, was because he understood the transmission of Affect well. This is paradoxically a way of extreme resistance of the subject toward freedom that will not be driven by Sadness. Also, when he noted the process from the perspective of Affect, he could find that his poems also left room for hope that the possibility of reversing the tendency of the Sadness-spirited in the capitalist world and that such possibility would remain potentially and would happen at any time.

영산강 수계의 비점오염원에 관한 연구1 - 토지이용 및 강우를 중심으로 -

This study was carried out to estimate the runoff loading characteristics of the non-point source pollutions in the Youngsan river basins by the method of land-use types and rainfall. The lysimeter test, rainfall and stream flowmeter measurement were performed to develop the pollutant loading unit discharged from the non-point sources. As the non-point sources, the unit pollutant discharge rates were different from the land-use types such as paddy field, upland, forest, housing site and others. The pollutant loading units classified by land-use types in the Youngsan river basins are as follows : The total BOD loading rate is 15.3 ton/day and the housing site is discharged 50.6%, the total T-N loading rate is 6.0 ton/day and the paddy field and upland is discharged 77.6%, and the total T-P loading rate is 0.39 ton/day and the paddy field and upland is discharged 81.2%. The pollutant loadings by rainfall in the Youngsan river basins are about 7,425 ton/year of BOD, 324 ton/year of T-N and 118 ton/year of T-P, respectively.
