        체육전공 대학생들의 전공에 대한 확신과 만족이 전공 관련 직업선택의도에 미치는 영향

        This study aims at examining how the assurance of and satisfaction with the majors of the students majoring in physical exercises affect them when they choose jobs related to their majors by categorizing the entrance types and by inquiring into the differences among the confidence in and satisfaction with their majors and their selection of jobs. This study also aims at proving the influences of their assurance of and satisfaction with their majors on their choosing jobs related to their majors. In order to accomplish this purpose, the students taking the courses in relation to physical exercises in four-year colleges in Seoul or Gyeonggi province were selected as the population. Data of 587 among those 600 were used for the actual analysis with the purposive sampling method. The collected data were enforced descriptive analysis, reliability analysis, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis using the SPSS Ver 12.0. The results of these researches was as follows. First, when the differences in the students` conviction of their majors, satisfaction with their majors, and their intention to choose a job related to their majors were examined according to the type of entrance, there were no meaningful differences found. Second, it was proved that the assurance of their majors and satisfaction with their majors of the students majoring in physical exercises affect their intention to choose a job related to their majors.

        스키 매니아 수준이 운동중독 및 웰니스에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this research was to identify the impact of the degree of mania for skiing on exercise addiction and wellness, having classified the groups involving ski manias according to their degree of mania. To accomplish the purpose, 350 participants were sampled by means of stratified cluster random sampling method. Only 295 questionnaires were statistically processed, while 55 questionnaires were excluded because their respondents failed to complete instrument and judged insincere in filling out questionnaire. To analyze the data collected, statistical techniques, such as Descriptive Statistics, Reliability Analysis and one-way ANOVA were used, and as for difference verification between individual groups in relation to significant results, Scheffe's post hoc test was conducted. Through the above research methods and procedures as intended in this research work, the following conclusions were derived from the results of verification of research hypothesis concerned with the impact of degree of mania on exercise addiction and wellness. Results from analysis showed that the degree of mania for skiing impacted on addiction to exercise. The higher the level of mania was, the higher level of exercise addiction was exhibited. And that there were statistically significant differences between the degree of mania for skiing and addiction to exercise.

        운동갈망 척도 개발

        Purpose: Studies on craving may be conducted for exercise addiction, which is one part of behavioral addiction, just like many studies that focused on craving for behavioral addiction. Hence, the objective of this study is to develop and validate scale that can measure craving for exercise. Methods: To develop the scale to measure the craving for exercise, 37 preliminary questionnaire items were selected based on the literature review and previous studies. Adult men and women who exercise more than 30 minutes once a week were set as the population. For sampling, survey focused on 300 adults full aged above 19 and below 80 through purposed cluster. The survey was performed two times. Analysis of questions and exploratory factors was performed based on data collected in the 1st survey. Analysis of confirmatory factor sand verification of cross/convergent validity were performed based on data collected in the 2nd survey. Results: First, measurement tools of exercise craving were structured into eight questions on single factors based on analysis of exploratory factors. Second, measurement tools of exercise craving deliver reliability. Third, measurement tools of exercise craving have structural validity based on analysis of confirmatory factors. Fourth, measurement tools of exercise craving verified their convergent/predictive validity. Conclusion: This study suggested the possibility of conducting studies on craving in exercise psychology studies, as well, at a time when no studies on exercise craving were conducted and developed an scale with which exercise craving can be measured in a reliable and valid manner. These all serve as new data applicable to future studies on exercise psychology.

        운동갈망의 예측력 검증 및 운동중독과의 관계

        This research aims at verifying the predictive ability of exercise craving on exercise addiction and examining the differences in exercise addiction depending on the level of exercise craving. As for the subjects of this study, male and female adults participating in exercises mainly in Seoul and Gyeonggi were selected as a population, and a survey was conducted on 500 persons through purposive sampling. Total 478 participants were used for analysis. For data analysis, AMOS 18.0 and SPSS 18.0 were used for frequency analysis, descriptive analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlational analysis and simple regression analysis. Results are as follows. First, when the predictability of exercise craving to account for exercise addiction was analyzed, exercise craving was found to have a meaningful influence on exercise addiction. Second, when the differences in exercise addiction depending on the level of exercise craving was analyzed, it was proved that the higher the level of exercise craving was, the higher the tendency of exercise addiction was and it had a meaningful impact. This study has proved that exercise craving is an important factor to predict exercise addiction, and will be an important clue to understand and prevent changes in actions, such as exercise addiction that appears as the result of exercise craving.

        에어로빅체조선수들의 몰입 및 운동만족이 성패귀인에 미치는 영향

        This research is to identify how aerobic gymnastic athletes’ flow and satisfaction have effects on explaining prediction of attribution, having set the flow and satisfaction that judged to have a significant relationship with the attribution of the aerobic gymnastic athletes among various psychological variables as the independent variable. To accomplish this purpose, the researcher established all male and female athletes who were registered at the Aerobic Gymnastic Committee of Korea Gymnastic Association, which is one of the sports organization of Korean Olympic and Sports Committee, as population, and conducted overall sampling for 150 current athletes who responded that they were still active as the aerobic gymnastic athletes among those who were divided into the athletes of the middle, high school, college, and corporate professional team, except elementary school team. Among them, the data and information of 114 aerobic gymnastic athletes were used in analysis actually. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive analysis, expolratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlational analysis and multiple regression analysis in SPSS 18.0 package. The results from the research revealed that flow and satisfaction of aerobic gymnastic athletes had impacts in partial on success and failure attributes, and also it was confirmed that their flow and satisfaction were the factors that had effects on explaining the prediction of success and failure attributes.

        대학생들의 스포츠 동아리 활동 유ㆍ무가 감각추구에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this research was to closely examine whether or not sport club activities have effects on sensation seeking on the subject of university students. In order to achieve such objective, total 500 sample students were selected using stratified cluster sampling method. Among all, 250 were enrolled in sport clubs within the universities and another 250 were not enrolled in any clubs including sport clubs. Among the total 500 respondents, except 48 with partially missing answers and 60 non-participants, the data of total 393 respondents including 202 who were enrolled in sport clubs and 190 who were not enrolled in any sport clubs were finally analyzed. To analyze the data collected, statistical techniques, such as Descriptive Statistics, Reliability Analysis, Independent-sample t-test, and one-way ANOVA were used, and as for difference verification between individual groups in relation to significant results, Scheffe's post hoc test was conducted. As a result of examination on whether or not sport club activities have effects on sensation seeking through the method and procedures for the above objective, it was concluded as following: First, the difference of sensation seeking depending on whether or not sport club activities have effects on sensation seeking shows that the participant group has the higher average and that statistically significant differences were found in all lower factors. Second, the analysis on how background variables of participation in sport club activities influence on sensation seeking presents that experiences and frequency of activities do not have an influence. The level of technique shows a statically significant difference only in sensation seeking and fatigue sensitiveness of lower factors.

        댄스스포츠 동호인 기본적 심리욕구와 자아탄력성이 주관적 행복감에 미치는 영향

        This study aims at verifying the effects of basic psychological needs and ego-resiliency on the subjective happiness in dance sports club members. For this study, adults who are the members of dance sports clubs in Seoul, are chosen as the population. Among them, samples are chosen by purposive sampling method, and the data and information of 309 members were used in the analysis. The collected data were analyzed by frequency analysis, descriptive analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlational analysis and multiple regression analysis in the PASW WIN Ver 18.0. Results obtained from this research are as follows. First, the basic psychological needs in dance sports club members affected the subjective happiness. Second, the ego-resiliency in dance sports club members affected the subjective happiness. These results showed that dance sports participant’s basic psychological needs and ego-resiliency are the important factors in explanation of the subjective happiness.

        우수 댄스스포츠 선수들의 파트너십 향상을 위한 의사소통 상담사례

        This study suggested the contents and procedures of communication counseling for elite dance sports players, and verified the effect on the improvement in psychological problem solving with a partner, partnership and performance, through the counseling. We studied the case of a couple (1 male player, 1 female player), who had a problem in communication to each other. We focused on considering the psychological characteristic and personal request of participants in the performing the communication counseling. The goal was to find the merits and demerits of male and female players and solve the psychological problem through the communication counseling. The program was comprised of the understanding each other’s difference, listening skill, message delivery, communication to the partner and etc. We could get the response in the interviews after the communication counseling that the psychological problem was mostly solved. This result seems to be mainly from the suggestion of problem solution through in-depth interview and also, from the communication counseling for partnership improvement.

        운동갈망 프로파일 연구

        As exercise craving needs to be examined in a systematic way, this research aims at investigating the profile of exercise craving, analyzing the characteristics of exercise participants’ exercise craving, and offers the basic data for follow-up study. Participants were the adults of 19 years old or older at a preparation stage, an action stage and a maintenance stage with the stages of exercise behavior as the standard. Total of 975 male and female participants was used for analysis. Results are as follows. First, it has been found out that there were differences in exercise craving depending on the characteristics of the exercise participants. Second, there were differences in exercise craving according to the stages of exercise behavior, and the stages of exercise behavior have been found to affect exercise craving. Third, it has been concluded that basic psychological needs and exercise craving are correlated and that autonomy, competence and relatedness have influence on exercise craving. Fourth, participation motivation has been found to have correlation with exercise craving and intrinsic and external motivation to affect exercise craving. Fifth, it has been shown that exercise emotion is correlated to exercise craving and that positive emotions exert an effect on exercise craving.
