        가미 태음조위탕 복용이 간기능에 미치는 영향 : 전향적 단일기관 예비연구

        Objective The aim of this study was to evaluate the influence of Gamitaeeumjowi-tang(GTT) prescribed by doctors of korean(KMD) medicine on liver function. Methods For this single-center, prospective, observational study, we enrolled patients who wished to take GTT prescribed by KMD for losing weight. sixty(60) patients took GTT for 33.8 days and completed questionnaires. Liver function tests(LFTs) were performed bofore(first test) and after each GTT treatment(finish test). For LFT, T-bil, ALP, AST, ALT were measured. Result There were no significant changes in LFT data between the first and finish tests. At first test, levels of test seven(7) patients were more than twice of normal range of upper limit, levels of eight(8) patients were more than normal range of upper limit, less than twice of normal range of upper limit. At last test, levels of nine(9) patients were more than normal range of upper limit, less than twice of normal range of upper limit. Conclusion The current study showed that ingestion of GTT prescribed by KMD did not increase the frequency of abnormal LFTs, at least in the short term.

        부식전류 평가를 통한 강박스 부재의 상대적 부식환경 평가

        본 연구에서는 강박스 부재의 국부 부식열화환경을 모니터링하기 위하여 실제 강교량 부재로 사용하는 부재와 동일한 형상의 강박스 모형 시험체를 제작하였으며, 실제 공용 중인 강교량과 동일한 부식환경이 구현된 강박스 모형 시험체를 상부부재, 복부부재, 하부부재로 구분하여 모니터링을 진행하였다. 각 부재에 부식환경 모니터링 센서를 설치하여 부식전류를 계측하였으며, 부식전류량 계측 값으로부터 젖음시간을 계산하여 강박스 부재에 따른 국부적인 부식환경을 평가하였다. 모니터링 결과를 통하여 주위의 대기환경으로 인하여 나타날 수 있는 부식환경과 강박스 부재 표면에 직접적으로 나타날 수 있는 부식환경의 상대적인 차이를 검토하였으며, 강박스 부재들의 상대적 부식환경과 평균부식두께의 관계를 평가하였다. In this study, a local corrosion environment monitoring was conducted using steel box specimen fabricated to be the same as actual steel bridge members. The steel box specimen that obtained the same corrosion environment as a steel bridge was classified into the upper plate, bottom plate and web plate. Atmospheric corrosion monitoring sensors(ACM sensors) were installed in each corrosion monitoring member of a steel box specimen to measure the corrosion current and examine time of wetness for each monitoring member. The time of wetness and accumulated corrosion current of each monitoring member were calculated from the measured corrosion current using ACM sensors. The corrosion environment that appeared for each of the steel box members was evaluated from monitoring corrosion environment data as the corrosion current, time of wetness, mean corrosion depth of each monitoring member. Additionally, the atmospheric corrosion environment monitoring was also conducted to compare with the local corrosion environment of steel box members. From these local corrosion environment monitoring for the steel box specimen, the relationship between the relative corrosion environment and mean corrosion depth of each steel box member was examined.

        Background and Objective : Atrophic scars are the most common complication of acne. Many modalities are proposed but each does not yield satisfactory clinical outcomes. Among therapeutic modalities of acne scars, subcision is a simple, safe procedure with a different and basic mechanism for correcting atrophic and depressed scars. However, there are few reports about such procedure. This study performed to evaluate the effect of subcision treatment on atrophic acne scar. Methods : Five patients with atrophic acne scars of various types(rolling, superficial and deep boxcar, pitted and icepick) were treated by superficial dermal undermining with 25~27 gauge needles. We used GASC(Global Acne Scarring Classification). Satisfaction degree was asked from the patients. Results and Conclusions : After observing patients satisfaction, comparing case photos and GASC, it can be considered that subcision treatment brings great results when performed on atrophic post acne scars.
