최근 4차 산업혁명이 주요 이슈가 되고 기업이 고성장을 실현하기 위하여 새로운 산업 창출이 요구되고 있다. 이러한 급변하는 환경 속에서 중소기업들은 성장 지향적인 기업 정책을 강화하고, 고객만족을 이끌어내기 위한 다양한 방법을 추진하고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 배경에서 기존의 선행연구 결과를 근거로 연구모형에 중소기업의 관계마케팅 요인인 커뮤니케이션, 상호작용성, 유사성, 관계효익과 회사와 고객 간의 신뢰, 그리고 고객자산 간의 인과관계가 포함되었다. 현재의 중소기업 제품 중 TV 브랜드 분야에 적용하여 실증함으로써 변수들 간의 관계를 검증하고 중소기업 입장에서의 관계마케팅 전략 수립에 도움을 줄 수 있는 제안을 도출하고자 하였다. 요약해보면 회사는 고객의 만족과 신뢰를 얻기 위한 노력을 지속해야 하고, 온오프라인의 관계성 강화나 개인화 특성을 다양한 형태로 표현이 가능하도록 해야 하며, 이를 충분히 반영될 수 있도록 시스템을 갖추어야 더 많은 구매자를 얻을 수 있을 것이다. 향후 각 회사가 보유한 기술과 역량을 결집하고 지역 내 창업 활성화, 기술사업화 및 투자유치 제고 등 현재 변화의 중심에 있는 중소기업 제품에 본 연구 결과를 제시하여 관계마케팅에 대한 제도적·환경적 기준을 마련하고, 고객들의 소비 활성화를 통하여 중소기업이 경제적·사회적 효과를 볼 수 있는 기반을 정립할 수 있게 도움을 줄 수 있다는데 본 연구의 의미를 부여할 수 있다. The fourth industrial revolution has recently been a main issue and a new industrial creation is required for companies to realize their high-growth. In such drastically changing environment, small companies have strengthened their growth-oriented policies and promoted a variety of measures for enhancing customers’ satisfaction. Based on the results of preliminary studies, the study model included the casual relationship between relationship marketing factors such as communication, interactivity, similarity and relational benefits and the trust between companies and customers and customers’ property. This study verified the relationship among variables, by empirically applying the model to TV brands, among products from small companies and gave some suggestions useful for them to establish their relationship marketing strategies. In summary, companies should continue to make efforts to increase customers’ satisfaction and trust, allow the reinforcement of on/offline relationship and the characteristics of individualization to be expressed in various forms and prepare the system for reflecting such requirements, in order to attract more customers. This study has an implication, in that it established institutional and environmental criteria for relationship marketing, by applying the findings to products of small companies in the midst of the current changes such as the convergence of technologies and competence possessed by each company, the activation of local start up, the industrialization of technologies, the enhancement of investment attraction, etc. and could help give a foundation for small companies to receive economic and social benefits by activating customers’ consumption.

월성 원자력발전소 2,3,4 호기의 보조건물 주요 지역에서 냉각제 다량상실사고 (large LOCA) 후의 방사선장을 평가하였다. 핵분열 생성물의 총량은 ORIGEN2 코드를 사용하여 계산하였고 선원항은 2중고장 시나리오, 즉 LOCA 사고후 비상노심냉각 (ECC) 계통의 고장이 결부된 사고시의 방사능 방출에 근거하였다. 원자로건물, 보조건물 및 ECC 계통의 구조모형을 QAD-CG모델에 포함하여 계산하였다. 사고시점부터 90일 경과시까지 시간대 별로 선량율과 누적선량을 계산하였다. 결과적으로, 연속출입이 요구되는 중요지역에서의 방사선장은 충분히 낮은 것으로 평가되었다. 그러나, 일부구역에서는 제한적인 출입을 허용할 정도로 상대적으로 높은 방사선장을 나타내었다. The radiation fields following the large loss of coolant accident (LOCA) have been assessed for the vital areas in the service building of Wolsong 2, 3, and 4 nuclear power plants. The ORIGEN 2 code was used in calculating the fission product inventories in the fuel. The source terms were based upon the activity released following the dual failure accident scenario, i.e., a LOCA followed by impaired emergency core cooling (ECC). Configurations of the reactor building. The dose rates and the time-integrated doses were calculated for the time period of upto 90 days after the accident. The results showed that the radiation fields in the vital access areas were found to be sufficiently low. Some areas, however, showed relatively high radiation fields that may require limited access.

The goal of fire prevention research is to eliminate fires as a cause of fatal accidents and there are two main areas of research. One is to prevent flame propagation during in-flight and it addresses fire hazards. The other is to minimize the possibility of flame penetration or fuselage burn-through and it aims toward post-crash survival include crash protection, emergency evacuation and post-evacuation survival. Civil aviation authorities world-wide are trying to identify threats and measure performance for fire prevention. The results of research are standardized and given as general directions of test methods. This paper has prepared to study and present the means of compliance to the fire prevention requirements and applicable test methods.

A glass cockpit is an aircraft cockpit that features electronic (digital) instrument displays, typically large LCD screens, rather than the traditional style of analog dials and gauges. While a traditional cockpit relies on numerous mechanical gauges to display information, a glass cockpit uses several displays driven by flight management systems, that can be adjusted to display flight information as needed. This study introduces design considerations of electronic display in KAS Part 23 airplanes.

From the beginning of aviation history, in-flight smoke/fire events have been a serious issue. As aircraft are getting larger and are becoming more auto-piloted and aircraft systems are getting more complex, it is an increasing risk of in-flight smoke/fire accidents accompanied with fire events. Therefore, we review the statistics of fire/smoke accidents in order to enhance an understanding for risk of in-flight smoke events, and present the certification requirements for smoke per KAS Part 25. In addition, we provide acceptable methods of complying with related requirements, such as smoke detection test, smoke penetration test and smoke evacuation test.

Use of wireless portable devices, like mobile phones, PDAs and Laptops is explosively increasing. Used in the aircraft, these PEDs can introduce EMI problem to aircraft Com/Nav systems. This paper addresses some foreign research result on interference caused by PEDs which are used onboard and policy of Japan and USA to limit use of PED on board.

The study on the Japanese Type Certification System will contribute to understand our aircraft certification system and will be a reference in performing the Type Certification Project on KC-100 airplane in the Part 23 Normal Category.
