지적재조사의 유형과 처리모형에 관한 연구

본 연구의 목적은 지적재조사의 논리적 기초 및 유형과 실태, 지적불부합 지역의 문제해결의 처리모형을 구축함으로써 지적불부합지역 정비를 위한 정책결정에 이바지하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 결과는 지적재조사의 배경, 특성 및 처리모형의 틀을 제공하여 지적측량의 발전방향을 제시하였다. The object of this study is to contribute the policy-decision processes for solving the problems of cadastral mismatching areas, by means of analyzing the actual conditions of cadastral resurvey and constructing the logical bases, the types and the adjustment models of them. The results of this study will do much for suggesting the prospects of cadastral surveying by analyzing the background and the characteristics of the cadastral resurvey and supplying the framework of adjusting the cadastral resurvey.

지적학의 학문적 특성에 관한 연구

본 연구는 지적학의 학문적 특성을 분석하고, 이를 토대로 지적학의 학문정립에 이바지하는데 목적이 있다. 연구내용은 지적학의 학문적 특수성, 주변학문과의 연관성, 지적교육 사례를 분석하고 이를 기초로 지적학의 학문정립을 추구하였다. 연구결과 지적학은 종합과학의 특성을 갖는 학문으로 지석학을 정립하기 위해서는 지적학의 연구대상 및 탐구방법에서 토지를 대상으로 폭넓고 종합적인 연구가 지적학의 학문발전에 효과적이다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the scientific characteristics of the cadastre and to contribute to the scientific establishment of the cadastie. For this purpose, I analyzed the scientific specialty of the cadastre, the relation to the other sciences and the cases of the cadastral edocation. In conclusion, the cadastral science is the synthetic science, so that the effective approach to the scientific establishment af the cadastre is to study synthetically and interdisciplinarily with the facus on the land in the subjects and approaches of the cadastral science.

동굴관리의 문제점과 발전방향에 관한 연구

본 연구는 동굴자원의 실태와 문제점을 분석하고, 이를 토대로 발전방향을 도출하여 동굴관리에 기여하는데 목적이 있다. 연구내용은 동굴의 유형과 형성요인을 비롯하여 동굴의 이용 및 동굴자원의 특성과 변화요인을 분석하고 이를 기초로 문제점과 발전방향을 고찰하였다. 연구결과 정책적으로 동굴의 환경진단 실시하고 보전대책의 수립하여 동굴오손 및 동굴오염을 방지하려는 종합적인 노력이 필요할 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the actual condition and the problems of the cave resources, and to suggest the improvements of the cave management. For this purpose, I analyzed the use of cave and the characteristics and the changing factors of the cave resources as well as the types and the formative factors of caves, and then investigated the problems and the improvement of the cave management. In conclusion, it is necessary that the comprehensive polities to prevent caves from staining and contaminating be established such as the environmental assessment and the conservative policies.

본 연구는 동굴학의 학문적 특성을 분석하고, 이를 토대로 동굴학의 학문정립에 기여하는데 목적이 있다. 연구내용은 동굴학의 학문적 특수성, 주변학문의 관계, 학문연구의 접근방법을 분석하고 이를 기초로 동굴학의 학문적 정립을 추구하였다. 연구결과 동굴학은 응용 종합과학의 특성을 갖는 학문으로 단편적이고 획일적인 방법에 의해 탐구되는 것보다는 제반 방법들이 유기적으로 조화속에 병행되면서 연구되는 것이 동굴학 학문적 정립에 효과적이다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the scientific characteristics of speleology and to contribute to the scientific establishment of speleology. For this purpose, I analyzed the scientific specialty of speleology, the relation to other sciences and the scientific approaches. In conclusion, the speleology is the applied and synthetic science, so that the effective approach to the scientific establishment of speleology is to study by means of the organic and symmetric approach than the fragmentary and uniform approaches.

한국 새주소체계의 발전방향에 관한 연구

본 연구는 우리나라의 주소체계를 분석하여 도입배경 및 현행 실태를 고찰하고 문제점 도출과 발전 방향을 제시함으로써 새주소체계의 방향을 설정하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이에 본 연구의 결과는 우리나라 주소체계의 생성 및 변천과정과 논리적, 실무적 특성을 분석함으로써 우리나라 새주소체계의 발전방향에 기여할 것이다. The aim of this study is to establish the development processes of address systems. In this study, the main focus is on analyzing the new address systems in Korea, inquiring into the background, arrangement and actual conditions of new address systems, and then presenting the reformations of the systems. The results of this study will be contributed to improve parcel number systems in Korea, by analyzing the developing processes of new address systems and their theoretical and actual characteristics.

聖書 속의 土地記錄에 관한 硏究

The purpose of this study is to investigate the outlook on the land such as the definition of land, landownership, and land boundary register, and then to reexamine the creation and the developments of cadastral systems. The results of this study will contribute to the technical advance and the development of cadastral systems through the analysis on the special characteristics of the ancient landownership, the land boundary and the units of measurement etc. 본 연구는 성서(성경전서)에서 나타나는 토지정의와 토지소유권, 경계표시 기록 등의 토지관을 규명하여 지적제도의 생성 및 발전과정을 재조명하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이에 본 연구결과는 고대 토지소유의 방법 및 경계표, 계량단위 등의 특수성을 분석함으로써 지적제도의 기술적 진보 및 제도적 발전을 모색하는데 기여하게 될 것이다.

한국 입체지적을 위한 지목체계 개선방안에 관한 연구

본 연구는 토지이용의 입체화 고도화에 따라 현행 지목제도의 문제점을 분석 한 우 이에 대한 해결방안으로 입체지목제도의 도입방안을 제시하는 것이 목적이다. 입체 지목체계의 도입하기 위해서는 지상지목과 지하지목으로 구분하고 다음과 같은 정책적 사항이 고려되어야 할 것으로 나타났다. 첫째, 지상지목과 지하지목을 어떻게 분류하고 설정할 것인가에 대한 기준연구가 있어야 한다. 둘째, 도입절차는 입체 지목설정지역에 대한 지적재조사의 실시와 이에 따른 제도화이다. 셋째, 지목정보의 상호 운용성을 확보하여야 한다.

지적ㆍ측량 자격통합에 관한 지적전문가의 인식분석

본 연구는 지적·측량자격의 특수성을 분석하고, 이를 토대로 지적·측량 자격의 발전방안을 도출하는데 목적이 있다. 따라서 연구 내용은 지적·측량 자격의 기초적 배경과 지적측량 자격통합에 관한 지적전문가 인식분석 조사결과를 분석한 후 이를 토대로 발전 방향을 모색했다. 연구 결과 한국의 지적·측량 자격제도는 외국과 다른 차별적인 특성으로 업무영역이 명백하고, 자격증 통합에 대하여 지적전문가들이 지극히 우려하는 바가 커서 성급한 추진보다는 지적·측량 분야의 전문가들의 충분한 논의와 합의가 선행되어야 할 것으로 생각한다. The purpose of this study is analyzing the distinct characteristics of cadastral & surveying certificate, thus draw the improvement plan based on the analysis. So the contents of the study include basic background of cadastral & surveying certificate and questionnaire survey analysis of specialist’s understanding, then improvement plan based the analysis. The results showed that Korean cadastral & surveying system has evident business territory due to distinct characterics other than foreign system, nevertheless if we want to integrate rationally cadastral & surveying certificate, satisfactory dabate and agreement of cadastral & surveying specialist have to be precede than pushing hurriedly.

한국 지적측량의 변천과정에 관한 연구

본 연구는 지적측량의 변천과정을 태동기, 정착기, 발전기로 구분하여 고찰하고 현행 지적측량의 성과를 분석하여 지적측량의 발전방향을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이에 본 연구결과는 지적측량의 기초적 이론, 구한말의 지적측량제도의 시행, 토지조사사업 이후, 광복 이후 지적측량의 변천과정을 고찰하고 법률적 측면, 행정적 측면, 기술적 측면, 교육적 측면의 성과 분석에 따라 결과를 제시함으로써 지적측량의 발전에 기여하는데 의미를 두고 있다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the process of developing cadastral survey. The details of the development process, the dawn of a cadastral survey and settlement time and a period distinguished by the generator and the performance analysis is to contribute to the development of cadastral surveying. The results of this study point out the basic theories of measurement, the past enforcement of Korea's cadastral survey, land survey business since the transition after the liberation of cadastral survey is to investigate the legal aspects, administrative aspects, technical aspects, educational aspects of the performance analysis By presenting the results meant to contribute to the development of cadastral surveying is based.
