Cyclosulfamuron이 벼의 생육과 Acetolactate Synthase 활성에 미치는 영향

토양혼화실험을 동한 초장의 신장 억제틀 조사한 결과 초장이 50% 억제되었을 때의 cyclosulfamuron의 농도를 품종별로 비교하여 보면 동진벼, 화성벼, 일품벼의 경우 각각 6.3, 9.2, 146.8 mg/kg으로 동진벼가 제초제 cyclosulfamuron에 가장 민감하게 지상부의 생육이 억제되었다. 또한 cyclosulfamuron은 동일한 농도에서 지상부보다는 지하부의 생육을 더 크게 억제하였으며, 0.3 mg/kg 처리 수준에서 동진벼의 경우 건물 중의 억제정도는 지상부가 4.8% 정도이었으나 지하부는 38.9%이었다. 벼의 acetolactate synthase 활성을 cyclosulfamuron의 농도별로 검정한 결과 공시된 품종간에 큰 차이가 없었으며 50% 억제되는 농도는 화성벼, 동진벼 및 일품벼의 경우 각각 42.7, 32.7 및 56.7 μM이었다. Cyclosulfamuron, a herbicide of sulfonylurea type, is a relatively new compound which control broad leaves and perennial weeds in rice field. However, this herbicide has a minor disadvantage of decreasing rice plant growth, especially in early growth stage. Therefore, for introducing this cyclosulfamuron as a herbicide in rice field, it is important to minimize the suppression of early plant growth with maintaining weed control efficacy. This study was conducted to evaluate effects of cyclosulfamuron on early plant growth and acetolactate synthase activity of rice (Oryza sativa cv Dongjinbyeo, Hwasungbyeo, Ilpumbyeo). Rice growth was inhibited by cyclosulfamuron in their early growth stage. The concentrations required for 50% inhibition of Dongjinbyeo, Hwasungbyeo and Ilpwmbyeo growth were 6.3, 9.2 and 146.8 mg/kg, respectively. Inhibition effect of cyclosulfamuron on the root elongation was greater than the effect on the shoot growth. Concentrations required for 50% inhibition of acetolactate synthase activity from Dongjinbyeo, Hwasungbyeo, Ilpumbyeo were 42.7, 32.7 and 56.7 μM, respectively.
Pendimethalin이 벼의 생육에 미치는 영향 : Oryza sativa

일년생 잡초 방제용 제초제 pendimethalin을 이앙과 동시에 처리하였을 때 벼의 초기 생육에 미치는 영향을 조사한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 지상부와 뿌리의 생장에는 거의 영향을 미치지 않았다. 2. 분얼수는 pendimethalin 처리 후 30일에 다소 감소하였으나 이후 회복되는 경향이었다. 3. 지상부의 거눌중은 처리후 30일에 다소 감소하였으며 이러한 감소비율은 처리 후 40일에도 비슷하였다. 반면 뿌리의 건물중 변화에는 영향이 없었다. This study was carried out to investigate the effect of pendimethalin treatment on the early growth of rice(Oryza saliva). Rice seedlings were transplanted in pot and herbicides, pendimethalin and butachlor, were treated immediately after transplanting. Plant length, tiller number and plant dry weight were measured after 10, 20, 30 and 40 days after transplanting. Shoot and root length were not affected by pendimethalin and butachlor treatments. However, tiller number at 40 days after transplanting(DAT) was reduced by pendimethalin and butachlor about 0.3 and 3.7 no./plant, respectively. Even though plant length was not affected by both pendimethalin and butachlor treatments, dry weight was reduced. The reduction of dry weight of shoot at 40 DAT by pendimethalin and butachlor was about 12 and 46%, respectively. In contrast, root dry weight was not affected by pendimethalin treatment.

Science laboratory has been considered as the most effective and essential in practising students' scientific inquiry skills. But due to teachers' heavy teaching load and teachers' inability to prepare as an integrated part of scientific inquiry, the idals of laboratory inquiry have been frustrated. The goal of this research is to develop teaching materials and test items for inquiry science laboratory. On these bases, Three stages are composed. 1. task analysis for the second year middle school physics Laboratory. 2. developing experimental objectives and effective "Framework of Laboratory Inquiry". 3. developing test items for inquiry science Laboratory. Finally, several suggestions to improve teaching materials and test items for inquiry science Laboratory were made as a conclusion.
압전 세라믹스를 이용한 풍차형 초음파 전동기의 제작과 특성

A miniaturized wind-mill type ultrasonic motor which has diameter in 12.7 mm and thickness in 2.0mm using PMN-PZT piezoelectric ceramics was fabricated. The wind-mill type ultrasonic motors has only three plate and of two wind-mill shape slotted metal endcaps a rotor whose end is hollowed out so that its periphery fits with the shape of the stator and a bearing to guide the rotor. A Finite Element Analysis was carried out to obtain the endcaps behavior under a radial displacement change of piezoelectric disk and to optimize the structure of the number of slots. Increasing the applied voltage the revolution speed of ultrasonic motors was increased. The maximum speed of 700 rpm and the maximum torque of 0.22 nN·m of the wind-mill type ultrasonic motors were obtained.

Flexible dye-sensitized solar cells using binder free $TiO_2$ paste for low temperature sintering are developed. In this paste a small amount of titanium gel is added to a paste of $TiO_2$ nanoparticle. Analysis of titanium gel paste prepared at $150^{\circ}C$ shows that it has a pure anatase phase in XRD and mesoporous structure in SEM. The formation of the titanium gel 1-2 nm coated layer is confirmed by comparing the TEM image analysis of the titanium gel paste and the pristine paste. This coating layer improves the excited electron transfer and electrical contact between particles. The J-V curves of the organic binder DSSCs fabricated at $150^{\circ}C$ shows a current density of $0.12mA/cm^2$ and an open-circuit voltage of 0.47 V, while the titanium gel DSSCs improves electrical characteristics to $5.04mA/cm^2$ and 0.74 V. As a result, the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the organic binder DSSC prepared at low temperature is as low as 0.02 %, but the titanium gel paste DSSCs has a measured effciency of 2.76 %.
