Sensitivity Design Management of Markets

Reliable designers should have exuberant imaginations regarding their products, and designers also should be able to acknowledge various relationship between their 'duties' with products. The ideal corporation with proper design spirit is a corporation that provides complete supports to their designers in order to play major roles to bring new renovations along with new technologies. With their chairman's complete supports and encouragement, many designers may able to bring their unique creativities into their products in order to create their unique stories for products. In 21st century, corporation should be able to create their unique cultures through their products as a storyteller rather than mere satisfaction with their functional and effective management system. This study concentrate on the obvious reason of design management and providing five unique distinctions of 'Sensitivity Market' for 'Dream Society', which demand unique brands stories for their products. It also offers needs of design management with sensitivities. Current market is kind of free-for-all market, and many corporations should give tremendous efforts to see an adequate-planned vision and proper preparations with absolute perspicacious adaptiveness for upcoming future. It is absolutely inevitable to most design managements that demand to discern regarding their adaptiveness for upcoming future. In order to survive in current market, which is self-evolved frequently, it is obvious to have design management with sensitivities so that it may lead them express their unique creativeness. Rather than satisfying with old mere functional strategies, corporations should be able to acknowledge a new concept that they need to be armed with new attitudes for their visions so that they may able to produce storytelling goods. However, the most important matter is that CEO and designers must to be creative storytellers first in order to pursue their visions. In the age of Web 2.0, which is based on neo-liberalistic economic market system, corporations must be able to create their unique stories consistently through self-renovations in order to become a powerful engine for corporation's benefit so that they may able to find proper responses for current fast-phasing and self-evolved market. Current market demand corporations to create storytelling of brands with great sensitivities, and it also demands corporations to have adequate competitive power in 'sensitive design management' in order to create unique design for stories that the product involved. Corporations in modern era could be able to survive if they are able execute the principle concept of 'Dream Society', which they are able to operate 'sensitivity design management' properly in order to produce their own unique stories for their products.

국가이미지가 지각된 품질, 고객만족 및 구매행동의도에 미치는 영향

The subjects of this study were adults aged 20 Chinese female or over who had experienced in the purchase of cosmetics products. The survey filled out the questionnaire survey in Korea and in China. Through the process of survey, 417 valid data were obtained and were analyzed by path analysis with SPSS and AMOS. The results are as summarized follows: First, the results of data analysis suggested that the measurement scales to measure country image of Korea have been categorized 4 factors: economy image, company/technology image, social/political image, cultural image. Second, the measurement scales to measure perceived quality of cosmetics have been categorized 3 factors: trust of quality, function of quality, and product price. This study might be the first empirical research that investigates the effects of country image of Korea on cosmetics" perceived quality, customer satisfaction and behavior intention by involvement. The findings of this study implied country image of good social/political image should maintain and the most important thing is trust of quality for customer satisfaction.
중국소비자의 한국화장품에 대한 국가이미지가 품질 및 만족도에 미치는 영향 -고관여와 저관여 소비자를 중심으로

Chinese cosmetics market benefited a vertical growth from the sustained economic growth. The sustained economic growth contributes to the remarkable improvement of Chinese consumers` awareness of cosmetics, and as a result, cosmetics become a daily necessities for Chinese female consumers. The purpose of this study is to explore that the effects of country image of Korea on cosmetics` perceived quality, customer satisfaction and behavior intention by involvement. The subjects of this study were adults aged 20 Chinese female or over who had experienced in the purchase of cosmetics products. The survey filled out the questionnaire survey in Korea and in China. Through the process of survey, 417 valid data were obtained and were analyzed by path analysis with SPSS and AMOS. The results are as summarized follows: According to the results of this study, in case of low involvement group, company/technology image, and social/political image have positive impact on trust of quality, function of quality, and product price. Trust of quality, function of quality, and product price have positive impact on customer satisfaction. And trust of quality and customer satisfaction have positive impact on behavior intention(repurchase intention and word of mouth). In case of high involvement group, company/technology image, and social/political image have positive impact on trust of quality. Social/political image have positive impact on function of quality, and product price. Trust of quality, function of quality, and product price have positive impact on customer satisfaction. And trust of quality and customer satisfaction have positive impact on behavior intention. This study might be the first empirical research that investigates the effects of country image of Korea on cosmetics` perceived quality, customer satisfaction and behavior intention by involvement. The findings of this study implied country image of good social/political image should maintain and the most important thing is trust of quality for customer satisfaction.
Dexmedetomidine Preconditioning Attenuates Cisplatin-Induced Ototoxicity in Zebrafish

Objectives. Utilisation of high-frequency drills is known to increase noise induced hearing loss due to increasing the dam- ages of inner ear cells. This study aimed to investigate whether preconditioning by using dexmedetomidine (DEX) decreased the occurrence of ischemia in inner cells of the ear. Methods. We utilised a transgenic zebrafish line Brn3C, and the embryos were collected from breeding adult zebrafish. Five-day-old larvae were cultured at the density of 50 embryos, and the larvae were classified into 4 groups: control, cisplatin group, DEX group, and DEX+yohimbine; adrenoreceptor blocker group. The DEX group was categorised into 3 subgroups by dosage; 0.1, 1, and 10 μM. Preconditioning was performed for 150 minutes and then exposed to cisplatin for 6 hours. The experiment was performed in 7 replicates for each group and the number of hair cells in 3 parts of the neuromasts of each fish was determined. Results. Hair cell apoptosis by cisplatin was attenuated more significantly in the DEX preconditioning group than in the control group. However, the preconditioning effects were not blocked by yohimbine. Conclusion. The results of this study suggest that hearing loss caused by vibration-induced noise could be reduced by using DEX and may occur through other mechanisms rather than adreno-receptors.

The aim of this study was to search an appropriate recruitment method of client for a clinical dental hygiene practice in dental hygiene curriculum. First, we evaluated promotion effects between online and offline method for client recruitment for 7,950 students attended in a university. Second, we investigated opinion of the university students on participation in oral health promotion (OHP) program using convenient sampling (N=139). Chi-square test, independent t-test were conducted using SPSS statistical program version 20.0. The promotion effects were higher in online method then that in offline method. 38.4% of subjects hesitated participating in the OHP program because of lack of time (51.8%), and lack of interest (22.8%). On the other hand, 61.6% of subjects who hoped for participation reported that the reason because of a keen of interest (36%), and free of charge (36%). In conclusions, online promotion method was appropriated for recruiting university students. And it was needed to enhance student’s recognition on oral hygiene care and conduct dental hygiene care considering personal time for increasing recruitment.
