영화 <롼링위>와 <황금시대>를 통해서 본 홍콩 영화의 정체성 변화 연구

2022 is the 25th year of Hong Kong's return to China; the return implies that Hong Kong has transferred from colonial history to the new political environment of "one country, two systems." Meanwhile, Hong Kong's cultural identity would be sharply reconstructed after the return. This study is based on movies and aims to understand whether the change in cultural identity is reflected in the culture and arts areas. Specifically, this paper compares two Hong Kong movies, “The Actress” and “The Golden Era.” The reason is that those two movies have similar background contexts, but they are produced in different periods (i.e., before and after Hong Kong’s return). This paper has the following findings: there have been great changes in the film industry, cultural identity and movie style. Overall, this study shed light on how the political environment changes affect the culture and arts field; moreover, our findings broaden the understanding of the Chinese and Hong Kong movie industries.
권위적 리더십과 변혁적 리더십이 역할내 성과에 미치는 영향: 권력거리성향과 리더근접근무시간의 조절효과

Focusing on recent trends in leadership research, this study tries to identify the effectiveness of authoritarian leadership by comparing effects of authoritarian with transformational leadership on in-role performance. Furthermore, this study investigates the conditions that limit effectiveness of two leadership styles positing power distance orientation and time-with-leader as moderating variables. In particular, although the time-with-leader is not widely known as a critical variable in leadership research, it needs to be discussed in leadership studies considering the reality of less face-to-face contact with leaders due to the telecommuting (eg. working at home). Based on the responses of 224 office workers in China, this study revealed that authoritarian and transformational leadership are positively related to in-role performance. Also, both power distance orientation and time-with-leader have significant positive moderating effects on the relationship between authoritarian leadership and in-role performance. On the contrary, in the case of transformational leadership, both moderating effects have been rejected. This study has a significance in that there are few studies comparing authoritarian and transformational leadership despite advances in leadership research. In addition, it also has a significance in introducing a variable, time-with-leader, which has not been considered as a major variable in leadership research. 본 연구는 권위적 리더십에 대한 최근 연구경향에 주목해, 권위적 리더십과 변혁적리더십의 효과성을 비교하고 그 효과를 제한하는 조건에 대해 살펴본다. 두 리더십과 개인 성과와의 관계에 영향을 미치는 조건, 즉 조절변수로는 권력거리성향과 리더근접근무시간의 효과를 살펴보았다. 리더근접근무시간의 경우 지금까지 리더십연구에서 거의 회자되지 않은 변수이지만, 재택근무의 활성화로 리더와의 대면이 상대적으로 옅어진 현실을고려했을 때 리더십 연구에서 중요하게 다룰 필요가 있다고 본다. 중국에 근무하는 사무직 224명의 답변을 기반으로 가설을 검증한 결과, 권위적 리더십과 변혁적 리더십은 역할내 성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 권위적 리더십과 역할내 성과간의 관계에서 권력거리성향과 리더근접근무시간은 모두 정(+)의 조절효과를 보였으며 변혁적 리더십과 역할내 성과간의 관계에서 권력거리성향과 리더근접근무시간의 조절효과에대한 가설은 모두 기각되었다. 지금까지 리더십 연구가 상당히 진행되어 왔지만, 여러 리더십 스타일을 비교하는 연구모델에서 권위적 리더십과 변혁적 리더십을 비교하는 연구는많지 않았고, 리더근접근무시간이라는 지금까지 리더십연구에서 주요변수로 간주되지 않은 변수를 도입하여 리더십의 효과성을 살펴보았다는 측면에서 본 연구는 의의를 갖는다.
티오프로피온 아미드의 수소 결합 능력에 대한 근 적외선 분광학 연구

사염화탄소 속에서 티오프로피온아미드(TPA)와 triethylphosphine oxide(TEPO), triethylphosphine oxide(TPPO), trimethylphosphate(TMP), 그리고 tributyl phosphate(TBP)간의 수소 결합에 대한 열역학적 상수들을 근적외선 분광법을 이용하여 구하였다. TPA의 .nu./.alpha./+amide 2 조합띠는 TPA 단위체 및 수소 결합을 이룬 TPA의 띠로 이루어져 있음이 확인되어 이 띠를 두 개의 Lorentzian-Gaussian 곱함수의 띠로 분해하였다. 온도 및 농도의 변화에 따른 이 조합띠의 변화기로부터 TPA와 TEPO, TPPO, TMP, TBP의 수소 결합 엔탈피는 각각 -21.4, -16.8, -12.8, -12.9kJ/mol이었다. 이 결과는 치환기의 inductive effect 및 steric effect로 설명할 수 있다. Thermodynamic parameters for the hydrogen bonding between thiopropionamide(TPA) and proton donors such as triethylphosphine oxide(TEPO), triphenylphosphine oxide(TPPO), trimethylphosphate(TMP), and tributyl phosphate(TBP) in dilute carbon tetrachloride solution have been measured by near-IR spectroscopy. The νa + amide Ⅱ combination band of TPA has been resolved into two Lorentzian-Gaussian product components which have been identified with monomeric TPA and 1 : 1 hydrogen bonded complex. The equilibrium constants and thermodynamic parameters for the formation of 1 : 1 hydrogen bonded complex have been obtained by the analysis of concentration and temperature dependent spectra. The standard enthalpies for the 1 : 1 hydrogen bonded complex formation of TPA with TEPO, TPPO, TMP, and TBP in CCl4 have been found to be - 21.4, - 16.8, - 12.8, and - 12.9 kJ/mol, respectively. The results are explained by the inductive and steric effects of substituents.

The quality of a veterinary service depends on the veterinarian's physical and mental health. However, a veterinarian's mental health is generally considered to be more vulnerable than that of other health care professionals. As many veterinary students will enter the veterinary profession in near future, it is necessary to investigate their psychological status. This study examined stressors affecting student life in one veterinary school. Anxiety, depression, and stress levels were assessed using questionnaires and qualitative research techniques. The results obtained from questionnaires showed that the proportion of veterinary students with psychological distress was higher than expected. The major stressors experienced by the veterinary students were academic, economic, and environmental. Qualitative study using a photovoice method revealed that the students in this study felt relatively deprived compared with those in other veterinary schools. In addition, they were distressed by the school environment and limited human relationship. Our results suggest that veterinary school administrators should be aware of students' psychological distress and should undertake systematic improvement in their educational system by altering counseling programs, curricula, and school culture principles.
