        The purpose of this study was to provide the scientific data for improvement of spike jump performance in volleyball players. 16 college volleyball players were selected as subjects of this experiment. Each subject's leg flexion and extension, and foot plantal-dorsal flexion peak torque was determined isokinetically on a Cybex at speeds of 180˚/sec and 60˚/sec. The spike jump performance was determined for each subject by using Sergeant Jump Meter and correlations among the measures of peak torque and the spike jump were calculated. Multiple regression analysis was applied among the peak torque of the knee flexors, knee extensors, ankle plantal flexors and the spike jump. The results were as follows: 1. The peak torque of knee extensors was the highest-level among the measures of peak torque at speeds of 180˚/sec and 60˚/sec, respectively. 2. The peak torque ratio of knee extensors was higher than that of ankle plantal flexors and the knee flexors also greater than ankle dorsal flexors at speeds of 180˚/sec and 60˚/sec, respectively. 3. The relationship between knee extensors and ankle plantal flexors were significant at speeds of 180˚/sec and 60˚/sec, respectively (r=0.799:p<0.01, r=0.373:p<0.05). 4. The knee extenors, knee flexsors, and ankle plantal flexors significantly correlated with the spike jump at speed of 180˚/sec, respectively (r=0.696, r=0.642:p<0.01). In contrast, nonsignificant correlations were found at speed of 60˚/sec. 5. The spike jump performance was predicted about 53.4% by peak torque of the knee extensors, knee flexors, and ankle plantal flexors at speed of 180˚/sec.

        This study aims to comparatively analyze lower extremity joint moment during the take-off phase in high jump and thus to provide the basic data for enhancement of highschool students' high jump skills. 2 highschool students - one males and one females - were chosen for the experiment in which the 3D image analyzer and ground reaction force measuring unit were adopted. The results are as follows: Similar to the changing patterns from lower extremity joint moment but, moment values it turned out that male were better than female. The flexion and extension moment of lower extremity were most significant, abduction and adduction, medial rotation and lateral rotation were relatively small. The moment value in sagittal plane, frontal plane, transverse plane were appeared larger in the order of hip joint-knee joint-ankle joint. The muscle activity of knee joint and hip joint were acts in conjunction with sequential knee joint-hip joint.

        농구 자유투 동작의 하지관절모멘트 분석

        The purpose of this study was to use 3D video analysis and ground reaction calculation data for male high school basketball players, and to analyze the changes in the knee, and hip joint moment that occur on the X, Y and Z axes when they were playing basketball. In order to achieve the goal of achieving a scientific understanding of free-to-air motion and to improve the performance of the players, five basketball players movements were measured and analyzed with the following conclusions being determined. First, around the left axis (X axis), a strong low lateral bending moment was expressed in the ankle after the minimum knee angle point for the left foot. The moment the ball left the hand while the neoclassical moment worked on the knee, the curvature was small, and in the hip, the neoclassical moment worked well throughout the entire operation. In the case of the right foot, a strong low lateral bending moment was expressed in the ankle after the minimum knee angle, and a neoclassical moment was applied in the knee. A neoclassical moment was produced in fine detail in the hip section. Second, with the front and rear axis (Y axis), the left foot tended to decrease sharply after the outer part of the ankle was expressed following the minimum knee angle and the external moment that occurred in the knee. High joints also had foreign electric moments. In the case of the right foot, internal momentum from the ankle was slightly expressed. The knee was operated by an internal moment, and the hip was slightly developed with an internal moment. Third, around the vertical axis (Z axis), in the case of the left foot, external momentum was expressed from the minimum knee angle. The knee was formed by an inner turn moment, and the hip was operated by the outer turn moment. In the case of the right foot, external momentum was produced in the ankle, and there was an inner rotation moment in the knee. The hip had an outer turn moment. 이 연구의 목적은 남자 고등학생 농구선수들을 대상으로 3차원 영상분석과 지면반력산출 데이터를 이용하여, 농구 자유투 동작 시 X축, Y축, Z축에 발생하는 발목, 무릎, 고관절의 하지관절모멘트의 변화 양상을 분석함으로써, 하지관절의 효율적인 움직임에 대한 객관적인 근거자료를 제시하는데 있다. 이를 통해 자유투 동작에 대한 과학적 이해와 선수들의 경기력 향상에 도움을 주고자하며, 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해서 농구선수 5명을 대상으로 자유투 동작 시 하지관절모멘트를 측정 분석한 결과, 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 좌우축(X축)을 중심으로, 왼발의 경우 무릎 각도 최소 시점 이후 발목에서 강한 저측굴곡모멘트가 발현된다. 무릎에서 신전모멘트가 작용하다가 공이 손을 떠나는 시점에서 굴곡모멘트가작게 발현되었고, 고관절에서는 동작 전반에 걸쳐 신전모멘트가 미세하게 작용하였다. 오른발의경우 무릎 각도 최소 시점 이후 발목에서 강한 저측굴곡모멘트가 발현되고, 무릎에서 신전모멘트가 작용한다. 고관절에서는 신전모멘트가 미세하게 발현되었다. 둘째, 전후축(Y축)을 중심으로, 왼발의 경우 무릎 각도 최소 시점 이후 발목의 외번모멘트가 발현되고 무릎에서 외전모멘트가 발생 후 급격히 감소하는 경향을 보인다. 고관절 또한 외전모멘트가 발현된다. 오른발의 경우 발목에서 내번모멘트가 미세하게 발현된다. 무릎은 내전모멘트가 작용하였고, 고관절은 내전모멘트가 미세하게 발현되었다. 셋째, 수직축(Z축)을 중심으로, 왼발의 경우 발목은 무릎각도 최소 시점에서부터 외전모멘트가발현되었다. 무릎은 내측회전모멘트가 발현되었고, 고관절은 외측회전모멘트가 작용하였다. 오른발의 경우 발목에서 외전모멘트가 발현되고, 무릎에서는 내측회전모멘트가 작용하였다. 고관절은외측회전모멘트가 발현되었다.

        허들동작 시 도약발의 하지관절 모멘트 분석 연구

        The purpose of this study was to analyze of the hip-knee-ankle joint momet in hurdle take-off. The conclusion of this study were as follows.; First, time to Leap forward hurdle take-off not touching the floor long general student and reach the maximum height of the center body is longer than the general student long hurdles student athletes. Third. student athletes and general student in hurdle take-off to moment measurements on the behavior of the general student hip joint, knee joint and ankle joint expression of high power generated. 이 연구는 남자 고등학교 선수와 일반학생 간의 허들링 동작 시 도약발에서 발현되는 발목 모멘트, 무릎 모멘트, 고관절 모멘트를 비교 분석하여, 학교현장에서 교사와 코치들이 일반학생이나 선수에게 효율적인 허들 동작을 지도할 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이 결과에 의하면, 선수는 구름발의 뒤꿈치가 지면에 닿고 발가락이 이지되는 시점까지 구름발은 내번모멘트에서 외번모멘트로 전환되었다. 반면에 일반학생은 도약발이 지면에서 이지되는 시점까지 내번모멘트를 유지하여 상방향으로 비행동작이 이루어졌다. 도약발의 힘의 발현순서는 선수와 일반학생에서 고관절, 무릎관절, 발목관절 순으로 높은 힘의 발현이 나타났다.
