모범 예시문을 활용한 한국어 쓰기 교육 프로그램의 개발과 적용 사례 연구

본 연구는 한국어 중급 학습자의 글쓰기에 대한 어려움과 부담감을 줄이고 쓰기 능력을 향상시키기 위하여 모범 예시문을 활용한 한국어 쓰기 교육 프로그램을 개발하고 그 효과를 연구하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 한국어 중급 학습자들의 경우 학습 단계를 밟아감에 따라 듣기, 말하기, 읽기 영역에서 한국어 능력이 발달하는 데 비해 유독 쓰기 능력에 있어서는 향상이 더디고 쓰기에 대한 부담감과 어려움이 증폭되는 것을 발견하게 되었다. 이에 본 연구자는 이러한 쓰기 교육의 필요성에 따라 학습자들이 쓰기에 대한 부담감과 어려움을 해소하고 성공적인 글쓰기로 이끌기 위해 모범 예시문을 활용한 한국어 쓰기 교육 프로그램을 제안하였다 본 연구는 모범 예시문을 활용한 한국어 쓰기 교육 프로그램 모형을 제시하고 제시된 모형으로 한국어 중급 1단계 학습자 30명을 대상으로 실험을 실시한 후 사전 조사와 사후 조사의 비교 분석을 통하여 본 실험의 효과를 분석하였다. 분석 결과 학습자 전반에 걸쳐 문법적 능력, 담화적 능력, 사회언어학적 능력, 글의 양 범주에서 모두 유의미한 향상이 일어난 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 설문조사와 인터뷰를 통하여 정의적 영역에서도 긍정적인 효과가 있다는 결론에 도달하였다. 이 연구가 앞으로 한국어 교육 현장에서 한국어 학습자들의 쓰기 능력 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 미치기를 기대해 본다. This study aimed to develop a Korean writing program utilizing an example text in order to reduce the difficulties and burdens of writing for intermediate learners of the Korean language and also to research the effect of this program In the case of intermediate Korean language learners, it was found that writing Korean is more difficult than listening, speaking and reading. The burden of Korean writing was amplified, therefore I suggested that a Korean writing program should take advantage of the best example text, depending on the needs of written education. It would reduce the burden and difficulties for learners to be successful in writing the Korean Language. It presented the “Korean writing training program model” using the advantage of the ‘example text’, and performed an experiment on 30 applicants of intermediate level 1 Korean learners. It verified the effect of the case study through the pre-irradiation and post-irradiation experiments of comparative analysis. Results showed improvement in grammatical skills throughout the conversation ability, social linguistic ability and the amount of articles category. It also shows the conclusion that it is also helpful in the definition of the area through surveys and interviews. I would like to see that this research would be helpful to improve written skills for learners of Korean writing in the future.

국민기초생활보장 수급노인의 일상생활 경험에 대한 질적 사례연구

본 연구의 목적은 국민기초생활보장 수급노인의 일상생활 경험을 시간과 공간의 맥락으로 재구성하여 이러한 일상의 맥락들이 수급노인의 사회복지서비스 경험과 어떠한 관련성이 있는지 이해하고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 11명의 수급노인을 의도적 표집으로 선정하였고 수집된 자료는 질적 연구로 분석하였다. 연구결과 시간적 맥락에서의 일상경험은 “정신적, 신체적 고통을 홀로 견뎌내는 시간 속에서 엇갈리는 복지 서비스”이라는 주제가 도출되었고, 세부주제로 ‘반복된 하루의 시작: 공적 서비스 혜택 뒤의 무료한 생활’, ‘식사시간: 억지로 치루는 일상 의식’, ‘운영 종료되는 복지 서비스와 잠 못 이루는 정신적 고통의 밤’, ‘복지서비스 중단과 혼자 보내는 휴일’, ‘수급비 감소와 생활비 부족으로 움츠러드는 추운 겨울’, ‘힘든 삶을 버틸 수 있게 하는 일상의 자원들’이 나타났다. 공간적 맥락에서의 일상경험은 “단절된 공간 속에서 이루어지는 제한된 복지 서비스와 상호작용”으로 나타났으며, 세부주제로 ‘나를 더 아프게 하는 집’, ‘무료한 일상을 벗어나기 위한 최소한의 피난처’, ‘건강한 노인들에게만 유익한 복지기관’, ‘도시와 농촌의 지역적 차이 속 공통된 복지서비스와 사회 관계망의 빈약함’, ‘아픈 몸, 제한적 치료만 받을 수 있는 의료서비스’, ‘높은 문턱의 행정기관’, ‘수급서비스 제도 안에서의 양가감정의 생활’이 도출되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 국민기초생활보장 수급노인의 삶의 질 향상을 위한 정책적·실천적 제언을 하였다. The purpose of the present study was to examine daily lives of elderly welfare recipients and their experiences with social welfare services. Researchers collected and analyzed data through individual interviews with 11 elderly welfare recipients. A major theme in the time context was Daily lives enduring physical and mental sufferings alone and mismatches of social welfare services: Starting same tedious days: trading diligent work for basic living assistance, Forced ritual of having meals, Struggle with depressing night: not attentive welfare services at closing hours, Welfare services suspended in holidays, Mind and body withered by economic hardship in winter, Social support for enduring weary lives. In the space context, a major themes was Inadequate welfare services and social interaction in the context of social isolation: Unhygienic and unsafe living environment, Hiding places: spending tedious days in vacant lots, Community welfare centers useful only for healthy elderly, Differences and similarities of elderly in urban and rural areas, Receiving restricted medical services at hospitals, Hard-to-reach public institutions, ambivalence about living as welfare recipients. Based on the findings, the researchers proposed implications for policy and practice to improve elderly welfare recipients quality of life.

국제(지역)사회복지실천 사례에 대한 탐색적 연구

본 연구는 최근 국제사회복지라는 관심분야의 일환으로 필리핀에서 한국남성과 필리핀 여성 사이에서 태어난 코피노 아동들을 대상으로 교육 및 자립지원 사업을 수행하고 있는 ‘코피노 어린이 재단(Kopino Children’s Association)"에 대한 사례연구로 재단의 설립배경과 지금까지 진행해 왔던 프로그램들을 기록한 문서들에 대한 내용 분석, 담당자 인터뷰, 현장 참여관찰을 실시하여 얻어진 정보를 분석하여 재구성하고 개념화하였다. 코피노어린이재단은 코피노 아동의 역량강화와 자립을 목적으로 설립된 사회복지기관이다. 그러나 재단의 재정의 열악함으로 인해 조직으로서의 체계를 갖추지 못하고 있었다. 이 재단은 코피노 아동과 가족들의 잠재력과 자원을 개발시키기 위해 교육사업과 역량강화 그리고 한국과 유럽의 NGO기관들과의 국제협력 활동들을 추진하고 있었다. 연구결과를 통하여 본 연구는 제한적인 해외 사회복지실천사례이지만, 해외의 NGO 활동에 대한 이해의 폭을 넓히고, 이들과의 국제협력을 통해 국제사회복지실천의 발판을 마련할 수 있는 정보를 제공하였다. In response to increasing attention to international social work, this study aimed to carry out a case study of Kopino Children"s Association and to provide implications for international social work practice. This qualitative research used various data collection methods, such as documents about program activities, interviews and participant observation. Researchers analyzed data and developed major themes. The results showed that Kopino Children"s Association had a goal to promote empowerment and self-reliance of Kopino children. Based on empowerment perspective, the foundation provides temporary shelter services, case management and education programs to rehabilitate the wounded children and develop their full potential. Kopino Children"s Association promotes to build active international networks with INGOs in Korea and Europe. Although this study examined a single organization, the results of the study contributed to expand understanding of international social work practice and provide empirical evidence to explore and develope international cooperation with NGOs in foreign countries.

국민기초생활보장 수급노인의 빈곤경험과 행복에 관한 근거이론연구

본 연구는 국민기초생활보장 수급노인의 행복 경험을 근거이론방법을 토대로 분석하였으며, 구체적인 연구문제는 수급노인이 경험하는 수급노인으로서의 삶이란 어떤 것인지, 어떠한 과정과 구조를 통해 다르게 나타나는가, 그리고 어떠한 방식으로 행복을 받아들이는가를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 경기도에 거주하고 있는 수급대상자 65세 이상 노인 9명을 대상으로 개인면접을 하였다. 행복경험의 인과적 조건은 가난의 침투였으며, 맥락적 조건은 가난한 노인 자격증 획득, 중심현상은 서러운 수급노인으로 나타났고, 중재적 조건으로 괜찮은 건강상태와 기댈 곳 있는 마음이 도출되었다. 참여자들은 작용/상호작용 전략으로 그래도 희망하기, 혼자만의 동굴로 들어가기의 방식을 사용하였으며, 이를 통하여 자족하는 삶이 되거나 체념하는 수급노인의 모습을 보여주었다. 그리고 빈곤경험과 행복의 핵심범주는 ‘벼랑 끝 서러운 삶 속에서도 희망의 끈을 잡고 행복을 기대하기’이었다. 이 연구결과 수급노인의 행복을 위하여 기초생활보장제도의 전반적인 재담론화의 필요성, 구체적인 서비스와 프로그램 등을 제시하였다. Using a grounded theory approach, this study aimed to explore how elderly welfare recipients experienced happiness and investigate processes, structures and strategies that affected lives of the welfare recipients in terms of experiencing happiness. Researchers collected and analyzed data through individual interviews with 9 elderly welfare recipients residing in Gyeonggi-do. This study found that causal condition of recipients' experiences of happiness is 'penetration of poverty'. Next, contextual condition is 'becoming certified poor elderly people' and the main phenomenon is identified as 'sorrowful older adults under the Korean public assistance program'. Intervening conditions are identified as 'good health condition' and 'having emotional support'. Action and interaction strategies to increase their happiness are 'holding onto hope' and 'going into one's own cave' which indicate experiences of elderly people who are either content with or giving up their life. Based on these findings, researchers proposed reconstruction of overall discourse of national basic livelihood security act and service and program implications to increase elderly welfare recipients' happiness.
