        인터랙션 디자인 기반의 체험형 전시 공간에서 관람객 경험디자인 만족도 연구

        (연구배경 및 목적) 현대 전시는 단순히 전시품만 진열하는 것이 아니고, 관람객, 공간과 전시품의 상호작용 관계를 중시해야 한다. 인터랙션 디자인은 전시 형식을 정적인 형태에서 동적인 형태로 발전시키고, 실제 장면에서 가상 장면으로 전환시켜, 전시공간에서의 감각적 체험을 높인다. 본 연구의 목적은 인터랙션 디자인 기반의 체험형 전시 공간에서 관람객을 대상으로 전시 공간에서의 경험의 만족도에 대한 내용을 조사하였다. 이를 통하여 인터랙션 디자인 기반의 체험형 전시 공간이 나아가야 할 방향에 대하여 제시하고자 한다. (연구대상 및 방법) 본 연구 방법은 문헌조사, 사례조사 및 설문조사의 방법을 병행하여 연구를 진행하였다. 본 연구의 대상은 2018년 이후 서울에 있는 두 개 전시회를 선정하여 이곳을 방문한 적이 있는 관람객을 아동그룹과 성인그룹으로 구분하여 연구 대상으로 하고, 다음과 같은 연구 방법으로 진행하고자 한다. 첫째, 문헌연구를 통해 이론적인 배경 및 요소를 정리하였다. 둘째, 경험 디자인에 대해 연구하고 이를 바탕으로 평가 항목을 제안하였다. 셋째, 사례를 선정하고 평가 항목을 이용하여 관람객에게 설문조사를 통해 경험디자인 특성을 분석하고 만족도를 파악하며, 그 원인을 분석하였다. (결과) 만족도는 성인그룹이 아동그룹보다 높게 나타났다. 성인그룹은 다양한 형태의 전시, 정보의 공유, 의미 있는 감성형성에 만족하였고, 음악이 없고, 작품을 만질 수 없음에 불만족하였다. 아동그룹은 새로운 경험, 다양한 작품형태에 만족하였고, 작품을 만질 수 없고, 전시주제가 어렵다는 불만족 원인을 나타내었다. (결론) 본 연구는 인터랙션 디자인 기반의 체험형 전시 공간에 적용된 경험디자인의 표현 특성을 통해 나타나는 참여성, 역동성과 연상성 3가지 특성을 살펴보고 이를 통해 관람객 경험디자인 만족도를 살펴보았다. 첫째, 참여성의 표현특성 중에 시각적>청각적>촉각적 순으로 만족도가 나타났다. 작품을 통해 관람객의 청각과 촉각을 유도할 뿐만 아니라, 공간에서도 매체를 활용하여 관람객의 오감을 자극하고 직접적인 참여를 유발하면 작품이나 공간에 더욱 다양성을 부여할 수 있다. 둘째, 역동성의 표현 특성 중에 관람객은 체험을 통해 쉽게 조작하여 전시 공간에 잘 활용하고, 적극적으로 다양한 컨텐츠를 활용하여 움직임을 통해 공간의 흐름을 보여주기를 원한다. 셋째, 연상성의 표현 특성에서 연상적 표현의 만족도가 높게 나타났고, 장면 표현은 관람객의 감성을 유도할 수 있고, 새로운 인식을 부여할 수 있어야 할 것이다. 앞으로의 연구에서는 전시주제와 이해의 효과를 극대화 시킬 수 있는 매체를 사용하는 방안이 준비되고, 관람객 중심의 다양한 인터랙션 디자인을 활용한 체험형 전시 공간이 제시되어야 할 것이다. (Research Backgrounds and purposes) Modern exhibitions should not merely display exhibits, but should value the interaction between visitors, space and exhibits. The interaction design develops the display format from static to dynamic, transforms the actual scene from virtual scene to enhance the sensory experience in exhibition space. The purpose of this study was to examine the satisfaction of the experience in the exhibition space for visitors in an interactive design-based exhibition space. Through this, we will present the direction in which interactive design-based, hands-on exhibition space should move forward. (Research subjects and methods) This research method carried out the study in parallel with the methods of literature survey, case study and survey. The subject of this study is to select two exhibitions in Seoul since 2018 and divide visitors who have visited them into children's and adult groups and conduct them in the following research methods. First, the theoretical background and elements were sorted out through literature research. Second, we studied the experience design and proposed assessment items based on it. Third, we selected cases and surveyed visitors using assessment items to analyze the characteristics of the experience design, identify the satisfaction level, and analyze the causes. (Result) The satisfaction level of the adult group was higher than that of the child group. The adult group was satisfied with various forms of display, information sharing and meaningful sensibility formation, and was dissatisfied with the lack of music and the inability to touch the work. The children's group was satisfied with the new experience, various types of work, and showed the cause of dissatisfaction with the inability to touch the work and the difficulty of the exhibition subject. (Conclusion) This study examined the three characteristics of participation, dynamism and associativity through the expression characteristics of empirical design applied in interactive design-based exhibition space and looked at the satisfaction of visitors' experience design. First, among the expressive characteristics of participatory, satisfaction was shown in the order of visual, auditory, and perceptual. Second, among the characteristics of expression of dynamism, visitors want to easily manipulate it through experience to make good use of the exhibition space and actively utilize various contents to show the flow of space through movement. Third, in the characteristic of expression of associativity, the satisfaction of associative expression was high, and scene expression would have to be able to elicit emotion from visitors and give new recognition. Future research should prepare a plan to use a medium that maximizes the effects of exhibition themes and interests, and provide hands-on exhibition space using various interaction designs centered on visitors.

      • 저출산 인구변화에 대응한 어린이집의 보육 공간의 색채배치 연구

        Child care Center is an important place for pre-school education, and since infants spend most of their lives in nursery places, nursery places play an important role in the development of infants. Among these, the color of interior space has an important influence on a child`s psychological, physiological, and lifestyle. The growth and development of infants is closely related to color, and through the experience of color, infants feel stability and excitement in space. In the color scheme of the nursery space, reasonable color placement should induce the infant to meet the psychological needs and develop the baby`s sensibility. The purpose of the research is to analyze the color psychology of infants and study color perception and sensation of babies through the indoor space. This will be provided as a material on the rational color arrangement in child-care spaces at daycare centers according to the color psychology of infants. The analysis is carried out by means of 2 spatial cases. This study are: A(IBOBI International Child care Center),B(Victoria Child care Center). Through the case, we have drawn conclusion. Color is used as the most powerful expression language in the interior space of a daycare center, dividing the space into a space environment to create an atmosphere, control the emotions of infants, and induce the emotions of infants. The color arrangement of childcare spaces is arranged according to the color preference and psychological impact of infants by age.

      • 전시 공간의 인터랙션 디자인에 나타나는 관람자의 경험디자인 특성 연구

        With the rapid development of science and technology, the continuous updating of various emerging technology carriers and the continuous improvement of human spiritual civilization, people"s understanding of the display of information has also undergone different changes. At this time, the visitors are not only satisfied with the passive acceptance of information and one-way display communication, but the interactive interaction of information. The display in the modern exhibition is not only a simple display of the exhibits, but should focus on the interaction between the visitors, the space and the exhibits. The analysis is carried out by means of 2 spatial cases. This study are HOW Art Museum and Power Station of Art. Through the case, we have drawn conclusions. First, Visitors" participation in the exhibition space is the most direct way to engage directly with the visual, auditory, and tactile sensations and receive messages from the exhibition. Second, In the characteristics of experience design, it is possible to create interactive experiences that interact with space and human or human beings through dynamic experiences and to exchange responses and results through viewer manipulation. Third, The view of space can stimulate memory and experience by inducing the viewer"s emotions. Being able to give yourself room for imagination after the viewing is an important meaning of association. This is a newly development direction and needs a lot of research in the future.

      • 청년층 감성을 고려한 도서관 체험 공간 디자인 연구

        With the development of the times, the library is becoming a comprehensive service center, it has various functions which includes integrating exhibition, academic exchange, specification research, study and others. At the same time, the traditional mode of book retrieval is being replaced by the use of information technology. During promoted the change of library reading space period, the design model of reading space is also be influenced. Modern library space design focus more on the user experience and that is still valued user-oriented to build a warm, convenient reading and viewing environment. The analysis is carried out by means of 2 spatial cases. this study are: A(Hyundai Card Music Library),B(Hyundai Card Cooking Library). Through the case, we have drawn three conclusions. First, emotional design of space from four library by three aspects including experience, interaction, continuity. It deeper into explore the customer-centric sensual design, which provide a good reference for future library design. Second, TThe library`s spatial function is designed from the user`s point of view, which combines the space and the sensory experience to make the library"s perceptual effect become larger.
