현대사회에서 해양환경은 세계 각국이 배타적 경제수역 선포이후 해양영토 확보차원의 해양주도권 선점을 위하여 치열한 경쟁에 나서고 있으며 국내적으로는 조업구역 축소와 수산자원 감소 등 어업질서 변화에 따른 구조조정과정에서 발생하는 사회적 갈등이 증가하고 있다. 또한 해상교통량의 증가와 해양레저, 관광객 등과 같은 해상 이용인구의 확대에 따라 쾌적한 해양문화환경 조성과 각종 해상사고 방지를 위한 안전관리체제의 구축에 국민적 요구가 증가하고 있으며, 남북화해협력 분위기 조성으로 인하여 안보관련 치안수요는 점차 감소하는 대신 안전 및 해양환경 관련 치안수요는 지숙적인 증가가 예상되고 있다. 수산자원 고갈 등으로 해상범죄의 광역화ㆍ기동화ㆍ다국적화가 가속되고 주변국가와의 경제적 수준차로 인한 밀입국ㆍ밀수 등 국제성 범죄와 해상안전 및 수산관련 범죄가 증가하여 해양경찰의 역할이 증가할 전망이다. 하지만 우리나라의 해양경찰의 경우 해양경찰만이 가지고 있는 직무의 특수성과 전문성 확보를 위한 자체적인 교육훈련을 실시할 수 있는 기반이 열악한 실정에 있어 시대적인 변화에 즉각적으로 대응할 수 있는 교육훈련 전반에 걸친 개선방안이 필요로 하다. By marine products resources exhaustion and so on wide areaㆍmovingㆍmulti-national of sea crime accelerate and internationalism crime and sea safety such as illegal entry into a countryㆍsmuggling by economical level difference with the surrounding country and marine products connection crime increase and korea maritime police's part is expect to augment. However, korea maritime police's training improvement whole that can correspond urgently in change that base that can execute training that is peculiarity of job and professionalism security who the only korea maritime police has real conditions need.
응력완화 1.3$\mu$m GaInAsP/InP uncooled-LD의 다중양자우물층과 SCH층 구조에 따른 동작 특성

We have adopted the strain compensated PBH(planar buried heterostructure) - LD in which the MQW active layer consisted of 1.4% compressively strained GainAsP (E$_{g}$ = 0.905eV) wells and 0.7% tensile strained GaInAsP(E$_{g}$ = 1.107eV) barriers grown by metal organic vapor phase epitaxy (MOVPE). We hav einvestigated effects of number of wells and the structure of the separate confinement heterostructure (SCH) layer in the strain-compensated MQW-PBH-LD. The threshold current, the external quantum efficiency, the transparency current density J$_{o}$, and the gain constant .beta. have been evaluated for uncoated MQW-PBH-LD. As the number of wells increases, the internal quantum efficiency and the transparency current density decreases, whereas the gain contant increases. The small width of the SCH layer shows the large internal quantum efficiency. The small internal loss and the large gain constant have been obtained by inserting the large bandgap SCH layer.

본 논문에서는 부호화된 전자 셔터로부터 획득한 한 장의 다중 노출 영상을 이용한 HDR 이미징 방법을 제안한다. 기존 HDR 이미징 방법들은 정적인 장면을 대상으로 하기 때문에 영상 획득 시 피사체 움직임 및 손떨림 등의 모션을 처리하기 어려웠다. 또한, 노출 마스크와 같은 특수한 H/W를 이용하는 방법들은 구현/비용 문제로 실용성이 떨어진다. 제안된 방법에서는 개별 노출을 갖는 영상들을 분리하지 않기 때문에 계단 현상이 없고 세부사항을 보존할 수 있다. HDR 이미징 결과는 부호화된 전자 셔터가 장착된 프로토타입 카메라로 촬영된 실제 영상들을 이용하였으며, 본 논문의 방법이 기존 방법들에 비해 우수한 품질을 갖는다는 것을 보여준다. We propose a novel HDR imaging method using a coded electronic shutter that allows capturing spatially varying exposures simultaneously in a single image. Previous HDR imaging approaches have difficulties in capturing moving objects and handling camera shakes, since they assume the target scenes to be static. Special imaging devices such as exposure-filtering masks could reduce motion artifacts, but manufacturing costs have limited their practicality. Using the proposed framework, we extend the dynamic range of an input image without extracting the subimages for different exposures while preventing jaggy artifacts and preserving fine details. Experimental results on real images captured using a prototype camera equipped with a coded electronic shutter show that our method can generate higher quality HDR images than previous approaches.

In this study, oxidative deterioration of dried sea mussel and baby clam stored at 4±2℃ and 25±2℃ were investigated Acid value of samples were higher at 25℃ than those at 4℃ throughput the storage period And it was higher in dried baby clam than in sea mussel regardless of storage temperatures. Peroxide value of dried sea mussel and baby clam stored at 25℃ tended to decrease after 30 and 60 days, respectively. Thiobarbituric acid and carbonyl value of samples stored at 4℃ were higher than those stored at 25℃ throughout the storage period. In case of sea mussel however they were lower stored at 4℃ than at 25℃ in 30 days. Amino nitrogen increased until 60 days and then decreased in all samples. Fluorescence intensity associated with interaction between carbonyl compound and amino compound was increased with storage temperature and time but it decreased slowly after 60 days.
