        교량의 경관조명연출디자인 평가항목 도출에 관한 연구

        도시 공간에서의 교량경관 조명연출의 목적은 교량과 주변의 수변 공간을 아름답게 연출할 뿐만 아니라 사람과 자동차에 대하여 안전성 및 쾌적성을 확보함과 동시에 야간경관의 심미적 공간을 연출한다. 또한 환경과의 조화, 그리고 지역의 문화성, 역사성, 상징성과 융합하여 도시의 새로운 아이덴티티를 창출하기 위한 것으로서, 관광자원으로서의 부가가치를 높일 수 있으므로 최근에는 정부가 적극적으로 교량 경관조명을 활성화시키고 있으나 매뉴얼화 된 디자인과 설계기준의 부재로 교량의 예술적, 문화적 품위가 저하되고 있는 실정이므로 조속히 우리풍토에 적합한 교량 경관조명의 설계지침과 평가방법 등 이 확립되어야 하겠다. 이러한 이유로 본 연구에서는 도시미관을 향상시키기에 최적의 장소로 여겨지고 있는 한강의 교량 중 조명시설이 설치된 교량을 평가 대상으로 채택하여, 문헌고찰과 설문조사를 중심으로 예비평가항목 구성단계 및 전문가 검증 단계를 거쳐, 평가항목별 상관분석 및 인자분석 결과, 평가항목을 인자해석에 의해 중요변인으로 하고 분산 분석과 평균값 비교를 통해 중요 항목과 일반항목으로 구분하였고, 이를 바탕으로 전문적이고 표준화된 평가를 유도할 수 있는 교량형식별 경관조명의 평가항목을 도출하였다. It is an attempt to suggest the standard valuation method of the environmental illumination for the bridges across the Han-river from an aesthetic point of view, deviating from the technical and traditional viewpoint. In Korea the current evaluation criterion to verify the value of bridge design has a partiality for the technical and structural safety rather than the sentient beauty on the whole. However, the recently cultural reform of Korean mass society with the elevation of the standard of living forces the engineering designers for bridges to focus not only on competing physical structures but also on enhancing the formative beauty including the illumination effects for night view. Additionally, the new policy, which transforms the environments around the Han-river into the major tourist attractions has been executing strongly by the city authorities to revitalize the symbolic, historic, and cultural identity of the capital city with the introduction of the high-quality environmental illumination for the bridges. As a result, It becomes necessary to establish the manual and standardization of the environmental illumination planning for the city in terms of the formative beauty, and this study is to suggest the valuation model method of the environmental illumination for the bridges as the initial step of the standardization. In the study, the valuation items of the standard questionnaire are selected by the documentary records and the consultation of various experts in architecture, design, fine art, urban planning and even administration to verify the essential elements of the aesthetic beauty with the local amenity and the environmental harmony for the chosen bridges across the Han-river.

        여성노인의 게이트볼 운동이 신체조성 및 혈중지질에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to clarify the influence on bodily body composition and blood lipids by implementing the comprehensive gate-ball games with 60s or older women for 12 weeks. Subjects of the study were 20 new senior women members registered in the gate-ball exercise at resident autonomy centers in Jcity, and it was classified for 8 members who continued the gate-ball exercise for 12 weeks and 10 members who were withdrawn within one month from the membership registration and undertook for 50 minutes a day with three days a week class. For the variable inspection, in order to measure the body composition, the bioimpedance equipment was used, and for the physical fitness test, Senior Fitness Tes was implemented. And, in order to survey the level of lipoprotein, the subjects were taken for blood of 10 ml from the anticubital vein, and it is sent to the Green Cross Reference Lab. to analyze TC, TG, and HDL-C. The data were analyzed by using the two-way ANOVA with repeated measures, and the statistically significant level is set for a=.05. The measurement result was shown as follows. 1. From the exercise group implemented with the 12 weeks of the gate-ball Program, weight, body fat rate, body fat volume, and abdomen fat volume showed the significant difference before and after the gate-ball exercise. However, there was difference between the two groups. 2. From the exercise group implemented with the 16 weeks of the gate-ball exercise, the total cholesterol and HDL showed the significant difference before and after the gate-ball exercise. However, there was difference between the two groups. The outcome of this study showed that the long-term gate-ball exercise for aged women would have positive influence on body composition and blood lipids.

        12주간 걷기 운동이 비만 아동의 체구성, 인슐린 및 렙틴에 미치는 효과

        The aim of this study was to examine the effect of weight control program on blood lipid profiles and body composition in obese children 30 between aged 10 to 12 were selected as for the subjects having %fat of over 20~25%. They were divided into two groups with 30 boys and girls. The groups were called walking group and non walking group. The duration of these walking programs is 12 weeks. The data from each program were analyzed which the result is as follows. First, After 12 weeks of walking program, body weight, % body fat, and BMI of walking group decreased respectively. but hight is increase both group. Second, the changes of insulin and leptin were decreased significantly after 12 weeks in the walking exercise group(p<.001). Insulin showed the significantly low levels in the walking exercise group than those in the control group after 12 weeks(p<.001).

        여대생들의 일회성 중강도 유산소 운동 시간에 따른 혈청지질, 지질과산화물 및 항산화효소의 변화

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the changes of acute moderate aerobics time on serum lipid, malondialdehyde and superoxidedismutase in college women. Ten subjects(n=10 ; 20.0±.94 yrs ; 172.4±3.09 ㎝; 63.3±5.7 ㎏; 23.4±2.74 ㎏·m-2 )were participated in this study who college women. Data(serum lipid, MDA, and SOD) were collected 4 times at rest and every 15 minutes during 45 minutes aerobic walking or running on treadmill. Results were as follows ; 1) Changes of serum lipid Total cholesterol(TC), Low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), and Triglyceride(TG) has show significant differences measurement of times(p<.05). but High density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) has no significant difference measurement of times(p>.05). 2) Changes of malondialdehyde(MDA) and Superoxide Dismutase(SOD) MDA and SOD has no significant differences measurement of times(p>.05). Summary of result, aerobic exercise were improve of serum lipid (TC, LDL-C, TG) less than 30 min in college women. but over the 30 min. are apt to reduce efficacy of exercise. And also moderate aerobic exercise has no Changes on MDA and SOD in college women. Consequently moderate aerobic exercise are necessary to reduce serum lipid and do not worry about oxidative stress in human body in this study.

        복합Vitamin 섭취가 유산소운동 후 SOD 및 MDA에 미치는 영향

        To study the changes in the antioxidant enzyme, lipid peroxide and aerobic exercise performance, 15 college students who exercise regularly five times a week were selected and divided into three groups. Each group chose 5 students at random. They were given vitamin A, C and E medication, and also performed treadmill exercise with 70% O2max for twelve weeks. Then they were measured for SOD, MDA and aerobic exercise performance. The results of the study are as follows. First, the active rate changes of SOD before and after exercise due to the duration of vitamin medication showed a noticeable difference in each group. The test showed the SOD active rate tends to get higher. (p<.001) Second, there was not a remarkable difference in MDA density change by the types of vitamin medication, but the test showed a considerable difference in the MDA density changes by the duration of medication after aerobic exercise. MDA density tends to get lower(p<. 05, p<.001). In conclusion, lack of vitamin experienced symptoms such as anorexia, headache, asomnia, constipation, aprosexia. Therefore it has suggested that lack of vitamin excessively would be problem in daily life. Considering these results, by taking vitamin mixed supplement, it may improve sulfation enzyme to protect sulfation activity. It may be a positive influence for the recovery ability of athletes and general person who exercise regularly.

        좋은 체육수업'의 관점과 특징에 대한 중등학교 예비교사 및 현직교사 간 중요도 인식 차이

        이 연구의 목적은 '좋은 체육수업' 관점과 특성을 예비교사와 현직교사 간 중요도와 인식을 알아보는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 전라북도 중등학교 체육교사 직무연수에 참석한 선생님들 67명과 사범계열 교생실습을 마친 학생들 61명을 대상으로 구분하여 결과의 차이를 살펴보았다. 그 결과 '좋은 체육수업' 관점의 중요도는 예비교사가 관계-구성-결과-전달의 순으로 나타났으며, 현직교사는 관계-구성-전달-결과의 순으로 중요하게 인식하였다. 둘째, '좋은 체육수업' 특징 중 교육내용에 대한 예비교사와 현직교사 간 중요도 인식 차이의 결과는 '학생의 흥미를 고려한 교육내용'과 '일상생활과 관련 된 실제적인 교육 내용'에서 통계적 유의미하게 나타났다. 셋째, 교육방법에 대한 중요도 인식 차이의 결과는 '학생이 적극 참여하는 활동 수업', '핵심적인 교육내용을 잘 설명해 주는 수업' 그리고 '학생에게 권한과 책임ㆍ선택권을 주는 수업', '흥미와 동기를 자극하는 방법의 수업', '다양한 특성ㆍ 능력ㆍ스타일을 반영하는 수업', '다양한 교구ㆍ매체를 활용하는 수업', '다양한 교육방법을 활용하는 수업', '수업 목표를 분명하게 제시하는 수업' 순으로 통계적 유의미하게 나타났다. 넷째, 교육환경 및 분위기의 중요도 인식 차이는 '균등하고 공평한 기회가 주어지는 수업'에서 통계적 유의미하게 나타났다. 다섯째, 교육평가의 중요도 인식 차이는 '절대평가ㆍ개인의 발전 평가를 실행하는 수업'과 '지식이해와 기능을 적용하는 수업 평가'에서 통계적 유의미하게 나타났다. 그 결과 경력별로 중요도 인식의 순서에는 차이를 보이고 있지만 항목은 일치하는 경향이 나타나고 있음을 알 수 있다. This study aimed to investigate the differences between secondary school teachers and pre-service teachers in important recognition degree in the aspect and the features of 'Good PE class' between secondary school pre-service teachers and in-service teachers. As the results from the investigation, it was appeared that for the pre-service teachers, the importance priority in the aspect of good PE class was the relationship-composition-outcome-delivery in order, but in-service teachers recognized the relationship the most importantly and followed the relationshipcomposition- delivery-outcome in order. Second, the result investigating the both groups' differences in important recognition degree about the educational contents among the features of good PE class showed that the educational contents considering students' interest and the practical, educational contents related to daily life were statistically significant. Third, the results investigating the both groups' differences about the important recognition degree about the education methods appeared that the 'activity class that students actively participate in' was the most statistically significant, and followed the 'class well explaining the key educational contents', the 'class giving the authority, responsibility and choice opportunity to students', the 'class stimulating students' interest and motives' and the 'class reflecting students' various characteristics, abilities and styles', and then the 'class utilizing various learning tools', the 'class utilizing various education methods', and the 'class giving equal, fair opportunities to students' in statistical significance order. Fourth, for the both groups' difference in important recognition degree about the educational environment and atmosphere, it was appeared that the 'class giving equal, fair opportunities to students' was statistically significant. Fifth, for the both groups' difference in important recognition degree about the educational evaluation, it was appeared that the 'absolute evaluation-class conducting the evaluation on individual student's development degree' and the 'class evaluation applying the knowledge-understanding and the function' were statistically significant. From the results, while the both groups showed some difference in the order recognizing the importance of education depen ding on teacher's career period, but they tended to show the same responses in the measuring items.

        피드백유형에 따른 중학생의 학습의욕 및 학습태도의 관계

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between middle school students" learning motivation and learning attitude according to the type of feedback to provide basic data to help students" teaching methods. To achieve the purpose of this study, 854 middle school students enrolled in middle schools located in the Jeonbuk region were analyzed to analyze the relationship between the middle school students" learning motivation and learning attitude according to the type of feedback. Data processing was analyzed using SPSS 25.0 Program. First, it was found that there was a significant difference in the learning motivation of middle school students according to the type of feedback. Second, it was found that the learning attitudes of middle school students according to the type of feedback were partially significantly different. Third, it was shown that the learning attitudes of middle school students according to their learning motivation differed partially. Therefore, through feedback, teachers need to use the effects of feedback more efficiently to create plans to guide students" lessons more efficiently and use them as a tool for students.
