어린이집 원장의 윤리강령 중요도와 실천수준에 대한 인식 본 연구의 목적은 어린이집 원장들의 윤리적 실천을 지원하기 위해서 어린이집 원장의 윤리강령에 대한 중요도 및 실천수준에 대한 인식을 조사함에 있다. 연구문제는 다음과 같이 설정하였다. 첫째, 어린이집 원장의 개인배경에 따른 윤리강령의 중요도에 대한 인식은 어떠한가? 둘째, 어린이집 원장의 개인배경에 따른 윤리강령의 실천수준에 대한 인식은 어떠한가? 셋째, 어린이집 원장의 윤리강령의 중요도와 실천수준에 대한 인식의 차이는 어떠한가? 본 연구의 대상은 충청북도지역 어린이집 원장 294명이며, ‘어린이집 원장 및 교사 윤리강령’(한국어린이집총연합회, 육아정책연구소, 2010)의 항목을 설문지로 사용하였다. 설문에서 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 23.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였으며, 빈도와 백분율 산출, 일원변량분석(one-way ANOVA), 대응표본 t-test를 실시하였다. 이 연구의 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 어린이집 원장의 윤리강령의 중요도에 대한 인식수준은 매우 높게 나타났다. 하위영역별로는 ‘영유아에 대한 윤리’가 가장 높게 나타났으며, ‘동료에 대한 윤리’, ‘사회에 대한 윤리’, ‘가정에 대한 윤리’ 순으로 나타났다. 그러나 원장의 개인배경에 따른 윤리강령의 중요도에 대한 인식은 유의미한 차이가 없었다. 둘째, 어린이집 원장의 윤리강령의 실천수준에 대한 인식도 높게 나타났다. 하위영역별로는 윤리강령의 중요도 인식에서와 마찬가지로 ‘영유아에 대한 윤리’가 가장 높았으며, ‘동료에 대한 윤리’, ‘가정에 대한 윤리’, ‘사회에 대한 윤리’ 순으로 나타났다. 그리고 원장의 개인배경에 따른 윤리강령의 실천수준에 대한 인식은 유의미한 차이가 없었다. 셋째, 어린이집 원장의 윤리강령의 중요도와 실천수준 간에는 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 윤리강령의 중요도와 실천수준의 차이는 영역 중에서 ‘영유아에 대한 윤리’가 가장 큰 차이를 보였고, ‘가정에 대한 윤리’, ‘사회에 대한 윤리’, ‘동료에 대한 윤리’ 순으로 나타났다. 연구결과에서 원장의 개인배경에 따라서 윤리강령의 중요도에 대한 인식의 차이가 없는 것은 최근 어린이집 원장들이 아동학대 문제를 심각하게 느끼고 윤리의식도 점차 증가되기 때문이라고 볼 수 있다. 원장의 개인배경에 따라서 윤리강령의 실천수준에서 차이가 없는 것은 윤리의식이 경력, 학력, 전공 등에 의해서 쉽게 변화되는 것이 아니기 때문이라고 볼 수 있다. 어린이집 원장들은 윤리강령의 중요도와 실천수준에서의 차이를 인식하고 있는데, 이러한 격차를 해소하기 위해서는 보다 지속적이고 체계적인 보육윤리에 대한 교육이 필요하다. ※ 주제어 : 어린이집 원장, 윤리강령, 교직윤리

The pastor and the christian are interested in cure by Spiritual gifts. Also it can tease them. The pastor has a lot of matters to solve their commissions. The bible says many miracles and orders to believe them. But unfortunately even pastors have no experience of healing by the Spiritual gifts and put no confidence in them. The church has been the reality to make Jesus's saving power and to show his authority in history. Now the church's commissions are to do what Jesus's works and to succeed what the early church's traditions. If that is the church's commission, then it may natural that the church seizes original Jesus's healing ability again. In spite of its importance, so far pastors have ignored it because of misunderstanding and lack of the spiritual works. So healing ministry through Spiritual gifts needs to develope and to make a theory. There are four ways in God's cure generally. First, God gives the cure with technology and science. Second, God heals through the service and the sacred ceremony. Third, God works with all the christian's prayer. And the fourth, God takes care with the various Spiritual gifts which given to the church. In this thesis, I studied on the healing ministry through Spiritual gifts, which can be used in my or somebody's pastoral duties. In here I used "healing" that the weak or the sick is cured by the Spiritual gifts which given to the saints and then glorify to God through it. I studied relationship between healing and Spiritual gifts. I hope it makes the way of cure in my pastoral duties and the chance to be wide understanding about healing works. I studied this thesis with books. In following contents, I summarized chapter by chapter. In chapter Ⅰ - an introduction - I wrote the issue, the purpose, the point and the studying method. In chapter Ⅱ, I described the negative point of view and problems of the healing ministry. And I explained the reason of decline as the point of bible and theology. In chapter Ⅲ, I explained the healing and gifts in chapter 12 of 1 Corinthians and classified them into three kinds. In chapter Ⅳ, I described why God gives us gifts, how to develop the gifts and what to work in the pastoral duties. In chapter Ⅴ, I explained the healing ministry of Jesus which related with gifts and also the actions of it in pastoral duties. In chapter Ⅵ, I concluded this paper with summary from Chapter Ⅰ to Ⅴ. The healing ministry is Jesus's command. Jesus spent much of his time for his public life to heal the handicapped and the troubled. When he sent his twelve apostles into the world, he ordered healing. Also he commanded healing when he was sending 70 evangelists. And he made the command of healing to his disciples and all the christians. So we must do it for his command. God obviously wants to spread the healing ministry by us in the world. God expects the power of the healing works in this world by the name of Jesus and the power of Holy Spirit. I think that the church needs more to be opened mind for approaching to the healing ministry through the Spiritual gifts. I hope that this paper provides some help to understand for the ministry by gifts. The logical explanation for the ministry through gifts is quite difficult. Because it is the private and subjective experience. Sometimes, it can be looked critically. However, Spirit needs not to study, but has to be understood as the personal experience, the Godly awe and the communion of God and man. I want that many people released from their troubles by the abundant works of the healing through the simple faith of ministers who do not restrict the work by Spiritual gifts. So God is glorified and the gospel rings powerfully. Finally, my thesis will not be good enough to cover the entire issues related with the healing ministry through Spiritual gifts. Because I described it as practical study to the minister's needs. It may be necessary to have the deeper scientific research and the discussion.

동화 구연을 활용한 초등학교 영어 수업모형 연구

7차 영어교육 과정에서의 영어과 교육목표는 의사소통능력뿐만 아니라 영어 교육을 통한 사고력 및 창의력 신장까지 지향하고 있다. 이러한 목표에 도달하기 위해서는 현재 사용되고 있는 교과서 내용에 아동들이 흥미를 느낄 수 있는 동화들을 병용 사용하는 것이 바람직하다고 본다. 4학년 교과서에 제 5단원과 제 7단원에 적합한 동화 “The Three Little Pigs” 와 “The Little Red Hen”을 사용하여 구연 전, 구연 중, 구연 후 과정으로 나누어 다양한 수업 활동을 설정하고 진행 내용을 제시하였다. 이러한 수업을 위해서 더 많은 교재 개발과 수업 방법 연구 등이 필요하다고 본다. The objectives of English education in elementary schools are to enable children to communicate in English and to help them improve thinking as well as creativity. To accomplish these objectives, stories would be the better materials than textbooks which present only situations and expressions. The purpose of this thesis is to find effective ways of applying storytelling and to introduce relevant activities in elementary school English. In this study, stories which are related to learning aims and contents of the units of the textbook for grade fourth were selected and presented. using two of stories, "The Three Little Pigs" and "The Little Red Hen", selected for unit 5 and unit 7, two lesson plans are presented. Each story takes four classes and the process was divided into pre-storytelling, while-storytelling, post-storytelling. Various activities for students were introduced in each stage to help children well motivate and understand English better.

Haplotype analysis of SLA class I genes by PCR-SSP in Korean native pigs

돼지의 주조직적합복합체 (Major histocompatibility complex: MHC)인 SLA (Swine Leukocyte Antigen)는 이종간 장기이식 (xenotransplantation)과 관련하여 면역학적 장애를 극복하기 위한 중요한 연구과제로 인식되고 있다. 이 SLA 유전자는 돼지 7번 염색체의 동원체 가까이에 위치하고 있으며 3개의 class 지역으로 나누어진 SLA class I, class II 그리고 class III로 구성되어 있다. 본 연구에서 한국재래돼지의 SLA class I에서 MHC 기능과 아주 밀접한 관련이 있는 SLA-2, -3 그리고 -1 유전자를 PCR-SSP (Polymerase chain reaction-sequence specific primer) 방법으로 allele 및 hapolotype을 분석하였다. 74마리 한국 재래돼지의 genomic DNA samples과 미국 University of Michigan에서 제작한 SLA class Ia low resolution group-specific primers를 이용하여 본 실험을 수행한 결과 14두의 SLA class Ia 동형접합체 개체를 확인할 수 있었으며 6개의 SLA haplotype을 분석할 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통하여 밝혀진 haplotype들은 Hp/Lr-5.0 (SLA-2*w08xx, SLA-3*05xx 그리고 SLA-1*04xx), Hp/Lr-7.0 (SLA-2*05xx, SLA-3*07xx 그리고 SLA-1*08xx), Hp/Lr-31.0 (SLA-2*01xx, SLA-3*07xx 그리고 SLA-1*“blank”), Hp/Lr-56.0 (SLA-2*jh01, SLA-3*03xx 그리고 SLA-1*w11xx), Hp/Lr-59.0 (SLA-2*jh02, SLA-3*05xx 그리고 SLA-1*w11xx) 그리고 "P" haplotype (SLA-2*06xx, w09xx, SLA-3*“blank” 그리고 SLA-1*w12xx) 이 관찰되었다. 또한 "P" haplotype은 한국재래돼지에서 발견된 SLA class Ia의 새로운 haplotype인 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구에서 확인된 한국재래돼지에서의 SLA haplotype과 SLA 동형접합체 개체들은 앞으로 동종간 또는 이종간 장기 이식에 관한 연구와 면역학적 저항성을 연구하는데 중요한 연구재료가 될 것으로 사료된다. The porcine major histocompatibility complex (MHC) is called SLA (Swine Leukocyte Antigen) and related to the immune response and disease resistance of the host. The SLA has been mapped to porcine chromosome (SSC) 7 near the centromere and it has been divided into three class regions, namely class I, class II and class III. In this study, we presented the 14 SLA specific alleles and 6 haplotypes in the three functional classical class Ia genes, SLA-2, SLA-3 and SLA-1, in 74 Korean native pigs using the PCR-SSP (Polymerase chain reaction-sequence specific primer) based SLA typing panel from University of Michigan, USA. Haplotype of SLA class Ia genes was analyzed by combination of identified specific alleles using low resolution (Lr) typing method in each of the animals. The results indicated that 6 haplotypes were identified in this breed. They are Hp/Lr-5.0 (SLA-2*w08xx, SLA-3*05xx and SLA-1*04xx), Hp/Lr-7.0 (SLA-2*05xx, SLA-3*07xx and SLA-1*08xx), Hp/Lr-31.0 (SLA-2*01xx, SLA-3*07xx and SLA-1*“blank”), Hp/Lr-56.0 (SLA-2*jh01, SLA-3*03xx and SLA-1*w11xx), Hp/Lr-59.0 (SLA-2*jh02, SLA-3*05xx and SLA-1*w11xx) and "P" haplotype (SLA-2*06xx, w09xx, SLA-3*“blank” and SLA-1*w12xx). The "P" haplotype was also observed as a new haplotype of SLA class Ia genes in Korean native pigs. Also, 14 SLA class Ia homozygous animals were observed in this study in Korean native pigs. These SLA homozygous animals will be useful for allo- and xeno-transplantation experiments and subsequent analyses in immune responses.
