        공동구의 정량적 경제성 평가를 위한 항목별 중요도 분석

        기존 공동구에 관한 VE/LCC 연구는 정량적 방법을 통하여 편익(7개 항목), 비용(5개 항목)에 대하여 서울시의 주요 10개노선을 대상으로 비용-편익 분석을 통한 공동구의 경제적 타당성을 검토하였다. 기존 공동구에 관한 VE/LCC 연구는 정량적 방법을 통하여 편익(7개 항목), 비용(5개 항목)에 대하여 분석을 수행하였다. 이에 본 논문에서는 3개의 항목(교통사고감소, 차량소음저감, 사회 경제 손실)을 추가하여 서울시 주간선도로 61개 구간에 대하여 경제성 평가를 분석 하였다. 교통사고감소 항목은 사업시행으로 절감할 수 있는 교통사고 비용을 개량화한 것이며, 차량소음저감 항목은 사업시행으로 발생하는 소음 변화량을 나타낸 지표이다. 마지막으로 사회 경제손실 항목은 공동구의 시공으로 인하여 지역경제에 미치는 영향을 금액으로 나타낸 것이다. 편익은 10개의 항목, 비용은 8개의 항목들 중 우선 추가 항목들의 금액을 비교 분석 하였으며, 개착식 및 터널식 공동구에서 추가된 항목들과 전체 항목들이 각 분석에 미치는 영향 정도를 분석하였다. 분석의 결과로 공동구 경제성 평가시 기초 및 상세 모델에 적용되는 항목들을 분석하여 공동구 설계시 보다 효율적인 경제성 평가가 가능하도록 하였다. 본 연구에서 추가로 제시된 항목들을 포함한 기초 및 상세 모델의 경제성 평가는 공동구 설계시 자주 활용될 것으로 판단된다. The VE/LCC study on the existing multi-utility tunnel examined the economical feasibility of the collective area through the cost-benefit analysis of the ten major routes of Seoul for the benefit (7 items) and the cost (5 items) through quantitative methods. In this paper, we analyzed the economic efficiency of 61 sectors by adding 3 items (reduced traffic accident, reduced vehicle noise, social-economic loss). The reduced traffic accident item is an improvement of the traffic accident cost that can be saved by the implementation of the project, and the reduced vehicle noise item is an indicator of the amount of noise change caused by the implement of the business. Finally, the social-economic loss items represent the impact on the local economy due to the construction of the multi-utility tunnel. The amounts of the additional items were compared and items added in the open type and tunnel type multi-utility tunnel were analyzed for each analysis. Result on the analysis, it analyzed the items applied to the basic and detail models in the economic evaluation of the multi-utility tunnel design, and makes it possible to evaluate the economic efficiency more efficiently. The economic evaluation of the basic and detailed models including the items presented in this study will be often used in the design of the multi-utility tunnel design.

      • 불확실성을 고려한 철도 교량의 LCC분석 시스템 개발

        Recently, the demand on the practical application of life-cycle cost effectiveness for design and rehabilitation of civil infrastructure is rapidly growing unprecedentedly in civil engineering practice. Accordingly, it is expected that the life-cycle cost in the 21st century will become a new paradigm for all engineering decision problems in practice. However, in spite of impressive progress in the researches on the LCC, so far, most researches in Koreahave only focused on roadway bridges, which are not applicable to railway bridges. Thus, this paper presents the formulation models and methods for uncertainty-based LCCA for railroad bridges consideringboth objective statistical data available in the agency database of railroad bridges management and subjective data obtained form interviews with experts of the railway agency, which are used to anew uncertainty-based expected maintenance/repair costs including lifetime indirect costs. For reliable assessment of the life-cycle maintenance/repair costs, statistical analysis considering maintenance history data and survey data including the subjective judgments of railway experts on maintenance/management of railroad bridges, are performed to categorize critical maintenance items and associated expected costs and uncertainty-based deterioration models are developed. Finally, the formulation for simulation-based LCC analysis of railway bridges with uncertainty-based deterioration models are applied to the design-decision problem, which is to select an optimal bridge type having minimum Life-Cycle cost among various railway bridges types such as steel plate girder bridge, and prestressed concrete girder bridge in the basic design phase.

        MPI 노드 내 통신 성능 향상을 위한 매니코어 프로세서의 온-패키지 메모리 활용

        고성능 컴퓨팅 환경을 위해서 최근 등장한 차세대 매니코어 프로세서는 전통적인 구조의 메모리와 함께 고대역 온-패키지 메모리를 장착하고 있다. Intel Xeon Phi Knights Landing(KNL) 프로세서의 온-패키지 메모리인 Multi-Channel DRAM(MCDRAM)은 기존의 DDR4 메모리보다 이론적으로 네배 높은 대역폭을 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 MCDRAM을 이용하여 MPI 노드 내 통신 성능을 향상시키기 위한 방안을 제안한다. 실험 결과, 제안된 기법을 사용할 경우 DDR4를 사용하는 경우와 비교해서 MPI 노드 내 통신 성능을 최대 272% 향상시킬 수 있음을 보인다. 또한 MCDRAM 활용 방법에 따른 성능 영향뿐만 아니라 프로세스의 코어 친화도에 따른 성능 영향을 보인다. The emerging next-generation manycore processors for high-performance computing are equipped with a high-bandwidth on-package memory along with the traditional host memory. The Multi-Channel DRAM (MCDRAM), for example, is the on-package memory of the Intel Xeon Phi Knights Landing (KNL) processor, and theoretically provides a four-times-higher bandwidth than the conventional DDR4 memory. In this paper, we suggest a mechanism to exploit MCDRAM for improving the performance of MPI intra-node communication. The experiment results show that the MPI intra-node communication performance can be improved by up to 272 % compared with the case where the DDR4 is utilized. Moreover, we analyze not only the performance impact of different MCDRAM-utilization mechanisms, but also that of core affinity for processes.

        운동지속에 따른 월경곤란증 및 혈관염증인자의 변화

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify dysmenorrhea symptoms, related markers (PGE₂, PGF2α, TXB2) and inflammatory markers (TNF-α, IL-6, CRP) and to examine the effects of continuous exercise program on identified symptoms and related markers in menstruating women in their 20s. Method: A structured exercise program was provided 3 times a week with each 60-minute session including a five-minute warm up with stretching exercises, 8 large-muscle exercises using weight training machines and a five-minute post-exercise stretching. Each large-muscle exercise was repeated ten times, and one session of exercise included all eight large muscle exercises. Results: In the period, Dysmenorrhea VAS (p<.001), Menstrual pain VAS (p<.001), PGE₂ (p<.001), PGF2α(p<.001), TXB2 (p<.001), TNF-α(p<.001), IL-6 (p<.001), and CRP (p<.001) showed significant differences in all variables. In the group, 4-week exercise group, 8-week exercise group, and 12-week exercise group, Menstrual pain VAS (p<.001), PGF2α(p<.01), TNF-α(p<.001), IL-6 (p<.001), and CRP (p<.01) showed significant differences. Conclusion: In this study, most participants who suffered from Dysmenorrhae according to exercise continuation and discontinuation showed a slight decrease in pain and inflammatory response in 4 weeks exercise participation. 8 weeks, and 12 weeks of exercise participation showed a significant decrease in all variables, and for the relief of Dysmenorrhea symptoms and menstrual pain, it is thought that at least 12 weeks of exercise can have a great effect.

        트레이닝 세트방법의 차이와 디트레이닝이 신체조성, GH, IGF-1에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 일반 남자 대학생을 대상으로 웨이트 트레이닝 세트방법(ascending set, descending set, drop set)의 차이에 따른 신체조성, GH, IGF-1의 변화를 트레이닝 전, 트레이닝 8주 후, detraining 2주 후 차이를 규명하여 일반 남자 대학생들에게 적합한 세트방법을 제시하고자 하였다. 골격근량 증가만 나타났던 ascending set와 체지방량 감소만 나타났던 descending set에 비해 골격근량 증가와 체지방량 감소가 같이 나타났던 drop set가 신체조성에 긍정적인 변화를 나타냈으며, 트레이닝 8주 후 세 그룹 중 가장 높은 증가폭과 detraining 2주 후 다른 두 그룹에 비해 트레이닝 전보다 높은 수준을 유지했던 drop set의 GH 농도수준을 비추어 보았을 때, drop set에서의 GH의 반응이 긍정적인 신체조성 개선을 보여 drop set가 ascending set와 descending set보다 일반 남자 대학생들에게 효과적이며 적합한 웨이트 트레이닝 세트방법으로 사료된다. This study aims to investigate the differences in body composition (body weight, skeletal muscle mass, body fat mass), GH and IGF-1 that differ by a weight training set method(ascending set, descending set, drop set) before training, 8 weeks after training and after 2 weeks of detraining; and to suggest the appropriate training strategy for typical male university students. Drop set is suggested as the effective training set method for typical male university students for its positive effects in body composition in comparison to ascending set showing increased skeletal muscle mass only and descending set resulting in decreased body fat. In addition, drop set group exhibited the biggest range of increase in GH concentration at 8 weeks after training among three groups and maintained the relatively higher level of GH after 2 weeks of detraining than before the training when comparing with the other two groups. Hence, based on this assessment, it is advised that drop set is more effective and appropriate training set method for typical male university students since GH response from drop set has positive influence to the improvement of body composition.

        12주간 복합운동이 비만 중년여성의 혈중지질 및 염증인자에 미치는 영향

        This study was conducted by asking a total of 58 women who had no history of regular drug intake, surgery or eating disorder, and were obese with 25% or more body fat. Based on the standard of 200kcal energy consumption during aerobic exercise to reduce body fat, aerobic exercise time was calculated for the subjects, and the comprehensive exercise included exercise intensity O<sub>2max</sub> 50% and anaerobic exercise intensity 1RM 50%. The different effects on blood lipid levels, blood vessel inflammatory factors were analyzed, and the results were as follows. TC(p<.001), TG(p<.001) decreased significantly after exercise, HDL-C increased significantly after exercise(p<.001), TNF-a(p<.001), IL-6(p<.01) and Homocysteine(p<.001) decreased significantly after exercise. There were no significant CRP changes for periods, groups. Based on the results above, it was confirmed that changes in the internal body environment due to obesity activated by blood lipid levels, blood vessel inflammatory factors, which is secreted from various cells and stimulates infections.
