        랫드에서 수은이 혈장 DNA와 혈액화학치에 미치는 영향

        Changes of plasma DNA contents and serum biochemical values were measured in rats administered with $HgCl_2$ to investigate the in vivo cytotoxic effects of mercury and examine the usefulness of these changes as indicators of mercury exposure and diagnosis of mercury poisoning. Rats were given once intraperitonealy $HgCl_2$(0.13. 0.32. 0.8 and 2 mg/kg b.w) and the changes of plasma DNA contents and serum biochemical values were measured at the time of 2, 4, 8, 24, 48 and 72 hours after the administration of $HgCl_2$. Plasma DNA contents began to increase from 2 hours after the administration of $HgCl_2$ in all the treatment groups significantly compared to control with dose-dependent pattern. The levels of plasma DNA reached to peak at 48 hours as 2.77, 7.60, 15.46 and 16.51 times higher than control in each treatment group of 0.13, 0.32, 0.8 and 2 mg/kgb.w, respectively and remained to be higher until 72 hours after the administration. The values of creatine kinase, aspartate aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase, lactate dehydrogenase, blood urea nitrogen and glucose of serum were increased, however the values of alkaline phosphatase, total protein and triglyceride were decreased. These changes of increase and decrease showed dose-dependent pattern but the starting time, maintenance and magnitude of change were various and characteristic according to serum biochemical indices. Among the changes of serum biochemical values, those of aspartate aminotransferase, lactate dehydrogenase and blood urea nitrogen were apparently and significantly increased compared to control from 2 to 72 hours by the administration of 2 mg/kg $HgCl_2$. This study demonstrates that plasma DNA and serum biochemical values such as aspartate aminotransferase, lactate dehydrogenase, blood urea nitrogen and etc. are valuable as biomarkers for mercury exposure assessment and diagnosis of mercury poisoning.

        전계 흡수 변조기가 집적된 다중 전극 분포 궤환형 레이저를 이용한 광신호의 협대역 변조 응답 향상

        We present the enhancement of narrowband modulation response of an optical source by integrating a dual-electrode distributed feedback (DFB) laser with an electro-absorption modulator (EAM). The dual-electrode DFB laser exhibits a multiple optical modes owing to a self-pulsation in GHz range. By modulating the laser and modulator sections of the integrated device simultaneously, 20-dB of narrowband modulation response enhancement at 6 GHz with 7-GHz tuning range has been observed. 전계 흡수 변조기가 집적된 이중 전극 분포 궤환형 레이저를 사용하여 광신호의 변조 응답 향상을 실현하였다. 이 중 전극 구조의 분포 궤환형 반도체 레이저는 자려 펄스 발진 현상으로 인해 수 기가 헤르쯔의 모드 간격을 가진 다중 광모드 발진 현상을 보인다. 이 현상을 이용하여 RF 신호에 대한 광원의 변조 특성을 6 GHz 변조 신호에 대하여 약 20 dB 향상 시켰으며, 이러한 변조 성능 향상에 대하여 7 GHz의 주파수 가변 영역을 얻었다.

        레이저 직접 변조를 이용한 광전 발진기의 성능 분석

        본 논문에서는 반도체 레이저의 직접 변조를 이용한 광전 발진기의 성능에 대한 이론적인 해석을 수행하였다. 먼저 광전 발진기를 구성 하는 각 부분의 응답 특성을 해석 하고, 이를 이용하여 광전 발진기 전체의 개방 루프 응답 특성을 얻었다. 다음으로 개방 루프 응답 특성의 크기 응답과 위상 응답 해석 결과에 루프 발진기의 발진 원리를 적용하여 광전 발진기의 발진 주파수, 스퓨리어스 톤의 간격, 위상 잡음의 성능을 도출하였다. The performance analysis of optoelectronic oscillator(OEO) based on a directly modulated semiconductor laser was theoretically achieved. First, the analysis was performed on the open response of the key components that constitute the OEO loop. Using the results, we simulated the open-loop characteristics of the OEO loop. By combining oscillation conditions of loop oscillator in addition to the open-loop magnitude and phase responses, theoretical performance analysis such as OEO's oscillation frequency, spurious tones and phase noise was successfully completed.

        콩의 논 재배시 토성 및 재배 방법에 따른 콩의 생장분석

        This study was conducted to establish the environment-friendly cropping system of soybean in paddy field with different soil textures. When the soybean was cultivated in paddy fields, growth responses of testing cultivars varied depending on soil texture and cultivation method. Growth responses of soybean in sandy loam tended to be better than those in clay, however the effect of high ridged cultivation was distinguished in clay loam. Especially, formation of rhizome nodule was significantly different depending on soils ; more numerous rhizome nodules were formed in sandy loam compared to that in clay. Plant heights of Taekwangkong and Eunhakong were highest in clay and sandy loam, respectively, while the number of pods and branches of Eunhakong were most in both soils. In clay paddy field, growth responses of Eunhakong were best among the testing cultivars, however high ridged cultivation was more appropriate to the cultivar compared to level row cultivation regardless of soils. Taekwangkong showed the highest leaf area indexes during whole growth stages. Leaf development of Daewonkong was suppressed in clay at early growth stage, while it significantly increased as growth stages progressed. Most retard leaf development was observed in early maturity cultivar, Hwaseongputkong, since it seemed to be seriously damaged by excessmoisture injury in both soils. Comparing the dry weight of top plants and roots, plant growth was more affected by soil texture than cultivation methods at early vegetative growth stage, via verses at R2 or R5 stages. In yield characters and yields at R8 maturity stage, pods number of Eunhakong was significantly higher than those of Daewonkong and Taekwangkong estimating to 107 and 124 in clay and sandy loam, respectively. The ratio of ripened seeds was highest in sandy loam in combination with high ridged cultivation, while the lowest in clay with level row. The yields of Deawonkong and Eunhakong were higher compared to other testing cultivars ranged from 182~286kg/ha depending on soils and cultivation methods. In results, growth responses and yields of testing cultivars tended to be higher in sandy loam in combination with high ridge compared to clay with level row.

        선교사 은퇴를 위한 협력과 이양

        이 논문은 서론에서 은퇴를 위하여 후임자를 선택하기 위한 성서적인 근거를 제시하면서 이에 따른 유형을 살펴본다. 이어 본론에서는 그 유형들 속에 나타나는 신학적인 입장은 무엇이며 그것이 선교학적인 의미를 가지고 있는가? 또한 유형 속의 주인공들이 선교사인가를 살피면서 성서 속의 유형들에는 어떤 것이 있는가? 그 유형들이 내포하는 현재적인 의미가 무엇인가를 살핀다. 1. 선교적 가족형(Family For Mission Model): 아브라함-이삭-야곱의 협력과 이양 2. 선교적 제도형(Institution For Mission Model): 제사장의 협력과 이양 3. 지명타자형(Designated Hitter Model): 엘리야와 엘리사 4. 선사역 후선택(Co-Op Model): 모세와 여호수아 5. 사도적 새 부대 유형(Apostolic New Wineskins Model): 예수님과 사도 유형의 선교사들이 주는 교훈은 무엇인가? 1) 선교사역의 중심이 사도직을 이어갈 신앙공동체 형성(교회)은 세상 속에서 필수적 2) 성령님의 역사와 위임 3) 선교의 역사성 4) 일관성 5) 선교지의 확장 6) 이양은 영적, 선교적 장자권을 넘기는 것이다. 7) 재산 보존과 확장: 눈에 보이는 재산도 선교의 한 부분으로 필수적으로 따라온다. 물질적인 재산을 관리하기 위한 이양이 아닌 하나님의 선교를 이루는 목적으로서 이양이 되어야 한다. 결론적으로 말해 각 유형은 선교지에서 나타난다. 선교적인 목적을 분명히 이루는 협력과 이양이 되게 함이 필요하다. 이에 선교사를 중심으로 한 선교부, 후원교회, 후임자가 하나님이 주신 문화적 위임을 잘 수행하여 하나님의 덕과 영광을 나타내야 한다. 선교사는 자신의 왕국을 건설하는 것이 아닌 하나님의 왕국을 세우는 도구이다 For retirement we need to suggest the biblical foundation for handing over to a candidate as well as to study models of handing over from the Scriptures. Main Theme is what the theological background of each model? And is there any missiological meaning of each model? What is comtemporary meaning of each model? Are main characters of each model missionaries? 1. Family For Mission Model: Abraham- Isaac-Jacob 2. Institution For Mission Model: Priesthood 3. Designated Hitter Model: Elijah and Elisha 4. Co-Op Model: Moses and Joshua 5. Apostolic New Wineskins Model: Jesus and Apostles And then these models indicate what the common meanings of each model are. 1) Church, which is a faithful community to carry on apostlehood, should be built for mission in the world 2) Inauguration and work of the Holy Spirit 3) Historical continuity of mission 4) Consistency of mission 5) Expansion of mission field 6) Handing over is to be taken spirituality and right of primogeniture of mission Therefore, co-operation and handing over is not to keep physical property but to carry on pupose of the Missio Dei. Each model should appear in mission field in order to accomplish the purpose of mission. Then missionary, mission board, supporting churches and successor should carry on the cultural mandate to show His glory and virtue in the world. Missionary is a instrument in order not to build his own kingdom but to build His Kingdom.
