국내 육성된 향미 품종의이앙시기별 이화학적 특성 및 향기성분 비교 분석

1. 본 연구의 향미의 품종별, 이앙시기별 이화학적 특성 평가한 결과 품종간의 차이는 나타나지 않았으며 단백질 함량은 5.8~7.3%로 나타났고 5월 22일 조기이앙시 평균 6.4%로 가장 낮았으며 지방 함량은 조기이앙시 평균 $2.6{\pm}0.1%$, 보통기이앙시 평균 $2.5{\pm}0.1%$, 만기이앙시 평균 $2.2{\pm}0.1%$를 나타내어 이앙시기가 빠를수록 높은 경향을 나타내었다. 2. 향미 품종 중 Hyangmibyeo 2 ho가 강하점도의 값이 152.3RVU로 가장 높아 전분의 구조가 호화되기 쉬운 구조적 특성을 가지고 다른 품종에 비해 밥맛이 우수 할 것으로 판단되며 이앙시기는 조기나 보통기 이앙이 좋을 것으로 판단된다. 3. 향미 품종, 이앙시기별 향기성분 정량 분석 비교에서는 향기성분 등 중 대표적으로 2-acetyl-1-pyrroline (2AP)를 지표성분으로 정하여 정량분석 한 결과 품종 중에는 Aromi가 $41.7{\sim}66.7{\mu}g/100g$으로 가장 높은 2AP의 함량을 나타내었고 이앙시기의 영향은 모든 품종에서 각각 보통기이앙시 평균 $37.4{\mu}g/100g$, 만기이앙시 $31.5{\mu}g/100g$ 조기이앙 시 평균 $37.4{\mu}g/100g$ 순으로 나타났다. 최적 이앙시기는 생산력 검정 등의 다양한 요소를 고려해 볼 때 6월 5~20일 사이에 이앙하는 것이 최적으로 판단된다. BACKGROUND:The Aromatic rice which is characterized by the flavor of Nurungji when cooked rice, and consumption is increasing recently. The purpose of this study was to investigate the physicochemical characteristics and aroma components of five aromatic rice cultivars according to transplanting time. METHODS AND RESULTS: Quantitative analysis of protein, fat, fatty acid and essential amino acid for five aroma rice cultivars(Hyangmibyeo 2 ho, Aromi, Mihyang, Aranghyangchal, Heughyang)and transplanting time was analyzed by crude protein analyzer, gas chromatography (GC), liquid chromatography (LC) and viscosity analysis was done by using rapid viscosity analyzer (RVA). The content of 2-acetyl-1-pyrroline (2AP) was determined by gas chromatography mass spectrometer. (GC-MS) As a result, the average protein and lipid contents were 6.5% and 2.4%, respectively. The content of essential amino acid showed the highest content at 104.4mg/g. There was no significant change in normal nutrients during the transplanting time. By RVA, cv.Hyangmibyeo 2 ho showed the highest peak and total setback viscosities and lowest breakdown viscosity in early transplantation. The content of 2AP in flavor varieties and transplanting time was quantitatively analyzed by GC-MS. Among the cultivars, Aromi showed the highest 2AP contents at $66.7{\mu}g/100gin$ normal transplanting time. CONCLUSION: cv.Aromi and Hyangmibyeo 2 ho were excellent physicochemical properties and 2AP components contents amongaromatic rice cultivars tested. Theiroptimaltime to transplant was at the beginning of June in the area of Miryang.

This paper reports some experimental results on the machining performance of ground & non-ground milling inserts. Five kinds of milling inserts were manufactured without grinding process and one milling insert was manufactured with grinding process. Machining experiments were carried out to compare the performance of ground & non-ground inserts. This experimental result indicate that tool wear, cutting force and surface roughness of the each tool. From the result five milling inserts that have non-grinding process and one milling insret that have grinding process compared appear.

This study analyzed the self-assessment system that to estimate the tax liability themselves to pay the tax and have legislative purpose to admits the advantages of the information requirements of the tax liability and to participated tax administration. It is important process for correct self-assessment that is commodity classification. There are problem about error declaration in self-assessment process. This study analyzes countermeasure for prevent of error declaration by related persons of import process. This study also analyzes the roles and responsibilities of customs brokers and the importance of consignor’s request in the customs clearing process for imports. Furthermore, we present consignor’s cooperation plan with customs brokers in order to prevent declaration errors in the import process. One of the contribution of the current study is that we propose and establish a theory about the customs duty self-assessment system of Korea, additional tax system, and the custom broker’s operation and responsibility as prescribed in the Korean law. The results of this study may be used as useful resources to recognize many registration points, in reference to the examples by conducting concrete analysis of precedent cases.

In this study, using AlN materials produced by two different sintering techniques, grinding experiments were performed under various grinding conditions, including different table speeds and cut depths. In order to measure the grinding force, a tool dynamometer was used. Surface roughness measurements and a digital microscope were also was used. The grinding forces were higher at a higher table speed and a higher cut depth. The experimental results show that the grinding characteristics of the two workpieces are similar.

In this study, the wear characteristics of end mills for CFRP processing were investigated according to the tool materials and coating types. Three kinds of tool materials and two types of coatings were used for comparing the machining performance. The flank wear of the end mill tool and the surface condition of the workpiece were compared. The K6UF material shows the most excellent performance among the three materials used in the experiment. The Tetrabond coating showed better processability in comparison of two kinds of coatings.

Neurilemmoma is a bemgn tumor of nerve sheath origin, apparently derived from the Schwann cells, which may arise from any myelinated nerve fiber Although it is a relatively common tumor, it is rarely seen in the oral cavity. Actually the greatest majority of oral neurilemmomas have been reported in tongue and cheek, and most of them have been in small size. The following case is reported because of the large tumor size and its unusual location in the area of submandibular gland. It seems to arise from the mylohyoid nerve of the fifth cranial nerve. A 35-year-old man came to the department of oral and maxillofacial surgery of Kyung-pook University Hospital in October, 1994, for treatment of an egg-sized mass in the left submandibular area which had been noticed 7 months before The mass was excised under general anesthesia, and the postoperative course was uneventful. The gross specimen was ovoid, measuring 38×18×15mm, and well encapsulated with thin fibrous capsule. Histopathological finding indicated neurilemmoma composed of Antoni type A and type B tissue.

경피적 척추성형술은 PMMA를 붕괴된 척추체에 경피적으로 주사하여 통증을 완화시키고 척추체를 구조적으로 보강하는 시술이다. 척추성형술은 아주 효과적인 치료방법이기는 하나 합병증이 전혀 없지는 않다. 척추성형술의 많은 합병증은 주로 PMMA 누출과 관련되어 있다. 대부분의 누출은 증상이 없고 또한 폐색전증은 매우 드물지만 시술도중 PMMA의 혈관내 이동을 조기에 발견하지 못할 때 발생할 수 있다. 저자들은 천식으로 인한 기침으로 내원한 환자의 흉부X선에서 우연히 PMMA에 의한 폐색전증을 진단하였기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Percutaneous vertebroplasty consists of the percutaneous injection of polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) cement into a collapsed vertebral body in order to obtain pain relief and mechanically strengthen the vertebral body. This procedure is now extensively used in treating osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture. It is an efficient treatment, but it is not free of complications. Most complications after vertebroplasty are associated with PMMA leakage. Pulmonary embolism of PMMA is rare, but this can occur when there is a failure to recognize venous migration of cement early during the procedure. We encountered a case of a patient with asymptomatic pulmonary embolism because of PMMA after percutaneous vertebroplasty. Chest X-ray and CT scanning revealed numerous tubular branching opacities that corresponded to the pulmonary vessels at the segmental and subsegmental levels. (Tuberc Respir Dis 2006; 61: 184-188)
A Study on the Performance of Cermet Reamer for Transmission Parts

In this study, Cermet Reamers for planet carrier was manufactured and the machining characteristics were analyzed through processing experiment. Cermet reamer with ∅14, ∅15, ∅18, and ∅21mm was used and machining characteristics were compared and analyzed by observing tool wear, machining hole dimensions and surface roughness. In the flank wear of the tool, the result is less than 0.2mm, which is the target value for each tool size. The experimental results of the machining hole dimensions show the results of the process control range of 3/100 or less according to the size of the tool. Also, the surface roughness measurement result showed a value of less than 0.5 μm in the process control range for each tool size. As a result of observing the experimental results of each ∅, the results satisfied the process standard in both the tool wear, the machining hole dimension and the surface roughness.

The uniform gas distribution between anode channels of the indirect internal reforming type molten carbonate fuel cell (MCFC) is crucial design parameter because of the electric performance and the durability problems. A three-dimensional computational fluid dynamics (CFD) analysis is performed to investigate flow characteristics in the anode channels and manifold under different pressure drop and channel temperature conditions. The combined meshes consists of hexadral meshes in the channels and polyhedral meshes in the manifold are adopted and chemical reactions inside the MCFC system are not included because of computational difficulties associated with the size and geometric complexity of the system. Results indicate that the uniformity in flow-rate is in the range of pm 0.048 % between the anode channels when the pressure drop of anode channel is about 150 Pa. A gas flow-rate uniformity decreases as the pressure drop of anode channels decreases and as the temperature difference between indirect internal reforming (IIR) channels and anode channels increases.
