        GPS를 이용한 서울대학교 전파천문대의 WGS84 좌표 결정

        We determined the precise three dimensional WGS84 Coordinates and the sea level height of Seoul Radio Astronomy Observatory (SRAO). In this study, we performed the simultaneous GPS observations at SRAO and Seoul GPS Reference Station(SGRS) of Korea Astronomy Observatory(KAO) for 3.5 hours from 17KST on October 27, 1999. We employed two different antennas, i.e., chokering antenna at SGRS of KAO and L1/L2 compact with groundplane antenna at SRAO. But we employed same type of receivers, i.e., Trimble 4000SSI at both observing places. The observed data were processed by GPSURVEY 2.30 software of Trimble with L1/L2 ION Free technique and broadcasting ephemeris of GPS Satellites because of very short baseline between SGRS of KAO and SRAO. We determined WGS84 latitude, longitude, height and the sea level height of SRAO with $37^{\circ}\;27'\;15.'\;6846N\pm0.'\;0004,\;126^{\circ}\;57'\;19.'\;0727E\pm0.'\;0002,\;204.89m\pm0.02m,\;181.38m\pm0.17m$, respectively.

        인성人性과 물성物性에 대한 소고: 메타버스와 인성론을 중심으로

        인문학의 주요 관심사 중 하나는 인성에 대한 탐구이다. 특히 동서양 철학 계의 인성론에서는 이데아idea, 이성, 존재, 인仁, 이理, 성선性善, 성악性惡 같은 개념을 통하여 인간의 본성을 탐구해 왔다. 이 같은 학문 동향에서 설명하기 힘든 메타버스 metaverse의 출현은 가히 혁명적 사태라고 하겠다. 인간이 현실과 가상 세계를 넘나들며 활동하는 메타버스에서는, 특정 인간을 표상하는 ‘디지털로 만들어진 가상 인물’이 타인을 표상하는 가상 인물과 인간관계를 하는 현상이 일어나고 있으며, 그 영역과 기능이 확대되고 있다. 알파고처럼 딥러닝을 통해 강화 학습을 하는 가상 인물은 인간을 모사하는 수준에서 벗어나 스스로 행동하는 단계로 발전해나가고 있다. 인간의 아바타로서 회의를 하고 업무를 하는 수동적 수준을 넘어서, 인공지능이 인간이 당면한 문제를 상담해 주거나 스스로 농담을 하거나 빅데이터를 기반으로 지식을 가르치는 활동을 하고 있다. 인공지능에 기반한 전자적 인간은 실제 인간보다 외모나 행동이 더 매력적인 경우가 늘어나고 있고, 강화 학습하는 전자적 인간이 인성 측면에서 인간에 비하여 부족한 면이 없는 현상도 나타나고 있다. 인공지능의 발전에 따라서 사회적 규율 측면에서 인간 범주가 기존의 ‘자연인’과 ‘법인’ 외에 ‘전자적 인간’이 추가되는 동향이 확산되고 있으며, 메타버스의 영역 확대와 기능 발전을 고려할 때 인성과 물성을 이항대립적 관점에서 벗어나 검토할 필요가 있으며 이에 대한 다양한 후속 연구가 필요하다. One of the main interests of the humanities is the exploration of ‘human nature人性’ In particular, in the personality theory of Eastern and Western philosophical circles, human nature that is defined through concepts such as Ideas, reason, Sein, Ren仁, Li理, Good Nature性善, and Evil Nature性惡 has been exploring with being unlike ‘physical property物性’ The emergence of a metaverse that is difficult to explain in such an academic trend is truly a revolutionary event. In the metaverse, where humans cross the real world and the virtual world, a phenomenon is occurring in which ‘digitally created virtual characters’ representing a specific human being have a human relationship with a virtual character representing another person. A cyberperson who performs reinforcement learning through deep learning like AlphaGo is developing from the level of imitating humans to the stage of self-judgment and action. Artificial intelligence is engaged in activities such as consulting on problems facing humans, joking around with themselves, and teaching knowledge based on big data. Cyberpersons, based on AI, are increasingly attractive in appearance and behavior than real humans, and outperform humans in personality. In this regard, in terms of social discipline, as the human category is expanding, the addition of ‘electronic human’ in addition to the existing ‘natural person’ and ‘corporate person’ is spreading. It is necessary to review the modern personality theory that has been built without reflecting the metaverse and cyberperson, and various follow-up studies on this are needed.

        경계성 성격장애의 교육과제에 대한 연구: 학생선수의 인격교육을 중심으로

        이 연구는 ‘성격장애’(personality disorder, 정신의학에서는 ‘인격장애’라고 번역함)가 증가하는 현상에 주목하여, 학생선수의 인격교육을 중심으로 ‘경계성 성격장애’(경계선 성격장애, Borderline Personality Disorder)의 교육과제를 알아보는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 성격장애와 인격교육 관련 국내외 선행연구를 고찰하여, 학생선수의 경계성 성격장애를 예방 및 개선할 수 있는 교육과제를 모색하였다. 본 연구의 결과, 학생선수는 경기에서 승리해야 하는 과도한 스트레스와 가족과 떨어진 생활 속에서 경계성 성격장애가 일어날 가능성을 지니고 있음을 알 수 있다. 또한 경계성 성격장애는 의학 분야에서는 치료해야 할 정신질환이지만, 국민건강관리 측면에서는 간과되는 경향이 있으며, 교육 분야에서는 지식과 기술 교육에 치중하는 가운데 교육과제로 인식되지 못하여 왔다. 그 주된 이유는 경계성 성격장애자가 정신의 건강과 질환 현상을 모두 나타내는 경계성 특징을 지니고 있는 점에서 찾을 수 있다. 경계성 성격장애자는 이분법적 사고를 하면서 불안정한 정서와 충동적 행위를 간헐적으로 나타낼 뿐 항상 정신질환 상태를 나타내는 것은 아니다. 그렇지만 경계성 성격장애가 사회에 물심양면의 피해를 일으키는 점을 고려하여, 임상에서 빈도가 높은 이 성격장애를 예방·개선하는 교육과제에 주목할 필요가 있다. 경계성 성격장애를 예방하고 개선하기 위하여 지(知, cognition) 측면에서는 지식과 기술 일변도의 교육에서 벗어나 객관성을 높여주는 교육을 강화해야 하고, 정(情, affect) 영역에서는 이타성을 높여주는 교육을 강화해야 하며, 의(意, volition) 측면에서는 자율성을 높이는 교육을 강화해야 하겠고, 이와 관련된 프로그램 개발을 위한 후속 연구가 필요하다. The purpose of this study is to search for educational tasks of Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) focused on Moral Character Education (MCE) for student-athletes with considering trend of rising mental disorders. To achieve this, reference studies were conducted in both BPD and MCE field. According to the results of this study, student-athletes have the possibilities of BPD under stresses to win in sports events and living apart from her/his family. Also BPD has differently been treated among medical science, legal circles & public health management, and educational world. BPD is an obvious mental disease within medical science, but it is not an object of management in public health. Korean schooling does not have any countermeasure educational program against BPD. The main reason is that people with BPD usually represent both normal and abnormal mental phenomena. Most people who have BPD, with dichotomous thinking, suffer intermittently from both problems of regulating emotions and ones of impulsive & reckless behavior. Considering one with BPD actually harms other(s), we have to do efforts to decrease the mental disorder by MCE. To prevent and remedy it by MCE, we need to lead an individual student-athlete towards objectivity in terms of cognition, altruism in terms of affect, and autonomy in terms of volition. Further related studies are needed to make the more detailed educational programs.

        인성교육진흥법의 문제점과 그 원인에 대한 연구

        The purpose of this paper is to search for main problems and causes of “Promotion Law of Character Education” (PLCE). Concerning this, in these days, there have been pro and con arguments for and against PLCE in Korean society. Proper studies of PLCE, however, have not been done to resolve conflicts because it was made last year. Results revealed that PLCE has both structural inconsistency and conceptual problems among PLCE statutes. This means that there are some serious limitations in educational contents and ways by PLCE. Especially eight core values/virtues for character education (good manners, filial piety, honesty, responsibility, sensibility of respect, consideration, mutual understanding, and cooperation) and three core capabilities (knowledge, communication ability, ability to resolve conflict) are confused among the statutes. Also PLCE is not a traditional moral character education of Korean society, and it is not a character education in U.S. society. Therefore we should find a way to correct the structural inconsistency and problems by the conceptual confusion.

        가족실태와 가족체계이론의 괴리에 대한 비판적 검토 -청소년 관련 가족 연구를 중심으로-

        The purpose of this paper is to provide development tasks of family studies related with Korean youth by a critical examination on the separation between family reality and family systems theory. To achieve it, this paper reviewed the trends of theoretical changes and domestic family reality changes, and analyzed the characteristics of family studies related with Korean youth. As a result, it reveals that established family studies have some limitations connected with old-fashioned systems theories and/or Korean traditional family norms. In terms of research methods and viewpoints, Korean youth studies of family structure and function have been mainly conducted by quantitative research, whose study plans were framed by variables derived from family systems theory, thus not reflecting changes of family structure and function fostered by new communication in information society. As an attempt of overcoming such limits with family systems theory oriented approaches, this paper suggested that Korean youth studies of family should explore diverse issues and factors, and employ varying theories and methods, such as critical or feminist perspectives, constructionist or deconstructionist analyses, and phenomenological or hermeneutic approaches.

        학생상담 실적평가의 인성교육적 개선과제 - 국립대 학생지도비 제도를 중심으로 -

        본고에서는 2015년부터 국립대에서 시행된 학생상담 실적평가의 인성교육적 개선과제를 고찰하였다. `국립대학의 회계 설치 및 재정운영에 관한 법률`(약칭 `국립대학회계법`)에 의해 추진된 교육·연구·학생지도비 제도에 따라서, 국립대에서는 학생상담 실적이 평가되고 있으나 그 역사가 짧아 개선과제가 적지 않다. 무엇보다도 교원이 강의실 밖에서 학생을 만나는 교육활동을 무리하게 범주화하여 사업비 항목화 하였고, 그 소요시간과 학생수 등으로 계량화하였다. 또한 학생상담을 교원자격 없는 행정직원도 할 수 있는 활동으로 규정하여 사업비성 비용 항목으로 만들었다. 그렇지만 대학에서의 학생상담은 엄연히 수업 외적인 가르침과 배움이 일어나는 전인교육의 만남이며, 대학 인성교육은 전문지식 교수에 치중하는 강의실 밖에서 다양한 학생상담을 통해 이루어지고 있다. 이러한 학생상담은 자기은폐 성향을 지닐 수밖에 없는 내담자 대학생과 상담자 사이에서 이뤄지는 전문적인 교육활동이다. 그럼에도 불구하고 그 실적평가는 연구비 관리처럼 사전 공고된 항목과 사전 제출된 계획서의 달성으로 평가되고 있다. 회계관리 측면에서 학생상담을 계량화, 표준화, 항목화해 버린 것이다. 게다가 내담자로부터 상담만족도 조사를 받게 하는 가이드라인 예시와 이를 준수해 학생 대면 상태에서 상담만족도 조사를 한 사례가 있으며, 그 사진 등 입증자료와 상담내용이 제출되고 있다. 따라서 교육기본법에 명시된 교육목적과 고등교육법에 규정된 대학과 교원의 기능을 회복하도록 인성교육 측면에서 상담실적평가에 대한 개선이 필요하다. This paper aims to search for developmental tasks inherent in the “Student Counseling Service Evaluation”(SCSE), as driven since mid to late 2015 from the standpoint of Moral Character Education(MCE), with a particular focus on “Student Counseling Allowance Systems”(SCAS) in Korean national universities. According to “Teaching, Researching, and Student Counseling Allowance Systems”(TRSAS) under the National University Financial Accounting Law, SCSE should be conducted in all Korean national universities. It is found that SCSE as a part of TRSAS has some problems in terms of MCE. More specifically, SCSE has been carried out only within quantitative elements and in accordance with pre-arranged counseling plans. It is true, however, that forms of counseling are very diverse, in that they include almost all aspects of students` lives, because student counseling is an integrated part of the education process. It is also neglected in SCSE that student counseling entails a mutual relationship between a counselor with professional knowledge and his or her client student, who may tend toward self-concealment. This concealment is a significant factor in psychological consulting, and so on. There is a case, nevertheless, in which a counselor should receive satisfaction survey report(s) face-to-face from the client student(s). As such, the SCSE has some inappropriate elements in view of the MCE. As such, the SCSE need to be reformed with attention to the MCE.

        학교의 복지와 인권 논쟁에 대한 교육철학적 반성

        The purpose of this paper is to do educational philosophical reflection on welfare and human rights in Korean schools, focused on free school lunches (FSL) and student human rights ordinances (SHRO). To accomplish it, in this paper, the various previous studies and research data including the related laws and regulations were analyzed to figure out the current situation and the change of FSL and SHRO in Korea. Also, to find out the differences between selectivism and universalism in terms of school welfare. Results revealed that there is little difference between selectivism and universalism in terms of school welfare. The different types of welfare opinions have been derived from political principles. The one political party has suggested that FSL and SHRO are the important factors for the welfare and human rights of students, but the other has done that FSL does not need for all the students and SHRO will run interference with teachers' rights. Like this, the differences and basic problems lie in the political principles. Further, most previous approaches and studies do little have any analyses in view of educational philosophy. With respect to the results, therefore, it may be reasonable to study welfare and human rights such as FSL and SHRO in terms of educational philosophy.

        홍익인간의 통일이념화 과제

        The purpose of this paper is to suggest current Korean academical tasks for reunification idealization of Hong-ik-in-ghan(HIIG, 弘益人間) thought that was derived from the founder of the Korean nation, Tan-gun(TG, 檀君). HIIG, which was the founding ideology of Ancient Chosun as the contents of the earliest King Tan-gun, is a Korean traditional expression meaning the worthy life to provide wide benefits to all the human societies and others. Throughout its history, by TG, Korean people have been animated by strong feelings as an ethnic population. Most Koreans, ranging from children to adults, look upon Tan-gun as the personification that symbolizes their national identity. Even both South and North Korea, divided by Western political ideologies or democracy and communism, suggest TG’s history as the national epic, and also have a national holiday and holy places to celebrate him. It represents that TG is an important key in understanding the Korean thoughts and solving their conflicts. However there are significant different understandings of TG. The differences are variantly explained: TG in South Korea has been understood as the legendary founder of Korea, while in North Korea as the real history establishing Ancient Chosun. North Korea has claimed they had dug up the TG’s mausoleum in Pyongyang district in 1993. Further, HIIG thought in South Korea has been interpreted in terms of Western citizenship and anti-communism since around 1949, while in North Korea in terms of the class-struggle history of Karl Marx's socialist perspective and the Juche political ideology. Although North Koreans look upon TG as the founder of the Korean people, they have the tendency of anti-HIIG in view of socialist ideology. These differences are indicative of great limitations for HIIG thought to become the national ideology of Korean reunification. Thus this paper attempts to provide a guideline for confronting academical tasks to reduce the differences between South and North Korea, in terms of study domains, methodologies, historical approaches, and philosophical study field. Results of this study are reported as follows: “Different Understandings on TG & HIIG within South and North Korea” (Chapter Ⅱ), “Causes of Different Understandings between South and North Korea” (Chapter Ⅲ), and “Current Academical Tasks on Idealizing of HIIG for Korean Reunification” (Chapter Ⅳ).

        한국, 대만, 오스트리아의 분묘에 나타난 죽음관

        The views of death those are so fundamental to our way of seeing the world influence human lives, cultures, religions, value systems and so on. This paper, therefore, is to interpret views of death expressed in Korean, Taiwan (Chinese Taipei), and Austrian graves. That is different from previous studies because of escaping the realm of theoretical perspectives and discussion. The followings were suggested for the interpretation of views of death expressed in Korean, Taiwan, and Austrian graves: ‘academic importance of views of death,’ ‘methods studying views of death,’ ‘summary of Korean, Taiwan, and Austrian graves,’ ‘characteristics views of death,’ ‘subject of views of death,’ ‘comparison of Korean, Taiwan, and Austrian views of death,’ ‘tasks for follow-up studies,’ and so on. Results revealed that Korean view of death expressed in graves is going mountain-ancestor. Taiwan view of death expressed in graves is going house-ancestor. And Austrian view of death expressed in graves is beautifully going to the Jesus. Considering those views of death, it is needed for following studies to make clear detailed cues of various views of death in other countries including Korean, Taiwan, and Austria.
