The term "Littre's hernia" was originally defined by Reinke in 1841 as "the presence of a Meckel's diverticulum in any hernia sac." Littre's hernia is a very rare disease, which accounts for less than 1 % of all Meckel's diverticula. We report a case of Littre's hernia experienced in a 45 day-old infant.

비상탈출을 유도하는 USN 기반의 스마트 소방시스템 디자인 연구

본 연구의 목적은 화재·재난 사고의 긴급대처 및 비상탈출을 유도하는 USN 기반 소방시스템 디자인을 개발하는 것이다. 연구방법은 USN의 개념과 국내·외 소방시스템과 스마트 소방시스템 디자인 개발 현황을 문헌 조사하였고, 이를 기초로 하여 5가지의 Insight Keywords(Visibility, Portable, Universal, Reliability, Immediacy)를 바탕으로 디자인 전략 방향(Volume Nature, Brilliant Hole, Urban Solid, Active Standard)을 도출하였으며, USN 기반의 스마트 소방시스템에 필요한 아이템별로 임베디드 콘솔박스, 화재감지센서, 유독가스 방지용 마스크, 화재 진압용 소화기, 대피용 유도등을 디자인하여 전문가의 평가를 통해 최종 디자인을 개발하였다. USN 기반 소방시스템 디자인 개발은 화재·재난으로부터 국민의 재산과 생명을 보호하는 중대한 역할과 기능 담당하고 있기 때문에 화재와 재난예방 및 진압을 보다 효율적으로 수행하기 위해 제품에 대한 성능향상과 제품의 형태와 사용자 환경을 중요시한 융·복합적(기술·기능·디자인)으로 개발하였으며, 기존의 디자인 개발에만 치중하던 디자인의 역량을 넘어, 새로운 디자인 비즈니스 모델로서 안정적인 사업화로 추진할 수 있다는 측면에서 디자인중심의 비즈니스 모델개발 연구사례로 가치가 있다고 생각한다. The purpose of this study is to design a smart fire protection system based on USN(Ubiquitous Sensor Network) that help the emergent handling of fire and agile escape urgent disaster situations. To understand the problem and find the seeds and needs of solution, Desk research of the concept of USN, domestic and foreign fire protection system and cases of design solutions of smart fire protection system was conducted. Based of the desk research, five insight key words (Visibility, Portability, Universality, Reliability, Immediacy), and four design strategic directions (Volume Nature, Brilliant Hole, Urban Solid, Active Standard) were defined, and USN-based design solution system including embedded console box, fire detection sensors, gas mask, and flashlight for escape were proposed and were evaluated by experts of fire fighting. Since the USN-based fire protection system is taking an important role and function of protecting the lives and property of the people, diverse design ideas for performance improvement which can efficiently perform the precautionary measurement and handling of the fire and disasters were tested comprehensively in terms of technology, functionality and design. The design proposal has high potential of industrialization and commercialization, and further studies for building a stable business model is recommendable.

예술과 가전을 접목한 아트가전(Art DIOS) 디자인 개발 : Art DIOS 개발 사례를 중심으로

This study aimed to suggest ways of development along the New Art DIOS art which by implementing an art concept based on changing trends can be a successful case to stimulate the artistic sensibilities of consumers through cases of design development for entire products. For the study a sound basis in the concept of Art appliances was developed through studying the literature and a category of design and sensitive consumption values through Art appliances were studied. Prior to developing a concrete design annual design trends were investigated and the trend images that would be suitable for Art DIOS were predicted by analyzing the relations between the main trends and refrigerators. Then the New Art DIOS design with three images was developed: Elegant Luxury Luminous Future and Neo-Natural. In addition the environments that the suggested refrigerators would express in the kitchen interior were materialized by attempting an image-matching between design and refrigerators. There are a few ways in which such results could be developed. First we should recreate one conceptual kitchen interior with various product lines. Second we should develop technologies to express various themes. Third companies should actively utilize art marketing strategies to raise the quality of their products and the value of their brands in order to target global markets. 본 연구는 변화하는 트렌드를 기반으로 예술개념(Art Concept)을 이어나갈 아트가전(New Art DIOS) 제품디자인 개발 사례를 통해 소비자의 예술적 감성을 자극하는 성공적인 사례가 될 수 있도록 발전 방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 연구방법은 문헌연구를 통해서 아트가전의 개념을 이해하고 디자인의 범주와 아트가전을 통한 감성적 소비가치를 연구하였다. 구체적인 Art DIOS 디자인 개발사례를 분석해본 결과로 연도별 디자인 트렌드를 조사하여 주요 트렌드와 냉장고와의 관계 분석을 통해 Art DIOS에 적합한 트렌드 이미지를 예측하여 Elegant Luxury(엘레건트 럭셔리) Illuminous future(일루미너스 퓨쳐) Neo-Natural(네오 네츄럴)의 세 가지 이미지로 New Art DIOS 디자인을 전개하였다. 그리고 디자인 냉장고와의 이미지 매칭(Image matching)을 시도하여 주방 인테리어에서 제시한 냉장고가 어떤 분위기로 표현되는지 구현해 보았다. 이러한 연구 결과를 발전시키기 위한 방안은 첫째 다양한 제품군으로 하나의 제안적인(Conceptual) 부엌 인테리어로 재탄생시켜야 한다. 둘째 다양한 테마 표현을위한 기술력을 발전시켜야 한다. 셋째 글로벌 시장을 겨냥한 제품의 품질 및 브랜드 가치를 높이기 위해 기업에서는 아트마케팅 전략을 적극 활용해야 한다.

무인 출입관리 시스템 디지털 도어록 디자인 연구

디지털 도어록은 특성상 기능적인 보안성과 소비자의 편리성을 고려하여 제품을 생산하는 것이 중요하다. 본 연구에서 개발한 무인출입 관리 시스템 디지털 도어록은 더 이상 보안 수준의 도어록 개념이 아닌 보안, 통신, UI 기술 구현의 편의성을 소비자 측면에서 제고하여 제품 외형의 견고성 및 신뢰성을 추구하면서 보안기기로서의 전문성 및 트렌드를 반영하여 확장성 및 호환성을 고려한 구체적인 디자인이다. 특히 본 연구에서는 개발 전 무인기지국에 설치된 도어록의 사용성을 분석하기 위한 사전조사를 실시하였고, 디자인 기초단계에서는 디자인 콘셉트, 방향(형태, 소재, 색상, 디자인 이미지)을 설정하였고, 디자인 분석 결과를 반영하여 디자인 전략방향을 설정하여 디자인을 완성하였다. 그리고 최종 디자인 경쟁력 검증을 위한 설문 조사 실시로 MOTP를 활용한 QR Code 디지털 도어록 디자인을 평가함으로써 제품에 대한 충분한 이해와 분석으로 제품의 완성도와 가치를 높이기 위한 구체적인 디자인 프로세스를 확립하였다. 따라서 디지털 도어록은 IT와 디자인이 융합해서 만들어진 디자인 특화 상품으로서 제품 생산과 판매에 직접적으로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. Due to the nature of the product, it is important to produce digital door locks considering functional security and consumers" convenience. In this study, the automatic gate management system door lock was developed considering security, communication, convenience of UI technology in the aspects of consumers and a concrete design with expandability and compatability that provides solidity and reliability as a security device was established. In this study, particularly, a preliminary research was carried out to analyze the usability of the door locks installed at unmanned base stations. In the basic phase of designing, the design concept and directions regarding shape, material, color, and design image were set, and the new design was completed reflecting the analysis result of the design. In order to confirm the competitiveness of the final design, a survey was conducted, and a concrete designing process was established to increase the degree of completion and the value of the product by assessing the QR code digital door lock design using MOTP. Therefore the digital door lock, being a design-specialized product created from IT and design convergence, is expected to be used directly for production and sales.

자전거 이용 문화 확산을 위한 공공시설물 디자인 사례연구

본 논문은 자전거를 이용하는 많은 사람들을 위해공공환경의 경관과 장소를 고려한 다양하고 차별화된신개념 자전거 거치대 디자인을 개발하는 것이 목적이다. 연구방법은 국내외 자전거 거치대 현황을 고찰하기위해 국내외 정보 D/B 및 네트워크 검색, 논문을 통해 문헌 조사하였고, 이용자의 자전거 거치대의 문제점과 개선 방안을 모색하고자 FGI 설문조사를 실시하였다. 자전거 거치대 시스템 디자인 개발을 위해 개념과 재료 및 소재를 구성하고 자전거 거치대의 형태를도심형, 레저형, 키오스크, 거치대 스테이션으로 분류하여 디자인을 개발하였다. 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자전거거치대 디자인 개발은 디자인 영역에서 환경디자인 기술, 제품디자인기술, 그래픽/멀티미디어 디자인기술 등 각 분야의 전문적 디자인기술을 융합한 종합디자인을 기반으로 개발되었다는 점에서 시사 하는바가 크다. 둘째, FGI 설문조사 결과를 수렴한 디자인 개발은사용자 경험디자인(UXD; User Experience Design)기술을 통해 인터페이스 디자인(Interface Design)의기술 향상에 도움을 준다. 셋째, 자전거거치대 디자인은 시대에 부응하는 친환경 녹색성장의 대안으로서 공공환경에 부합하는 차별화된 디자인을 개발함으로서 다양한 공공시설에 설치할 수 있고 각 지자체의 관광아이템으로 적용하여Slow city 및 친환경 생태도시의 이동수단으로 활용될 수 있다. 끝으로 자전거거치대 디자인 개발은 감성품질을 확보하고 사용하기 편리하도록 디자인 되어 사용자들의만족을 통한 자전거 이용 활성화에 기여할 것으로 기대된다. 무엇보다도 공공 자전거거치대를 적극 활용할수 있는 자전거 산업 정책의 전환이 필요하다. In the paper, novel and distinguished design solutions for bicycle parking system, which are suitable for various location and environmental landscape are suggested. The research methods involve information database search, internet search, and references through paper database for the survey on the present situation of bicycle rack designs and systems. In addition, a series of FGI survey with bicycle users was conducted to find out the problems and solutions of extant bicycle parking systems. The concepts and their materials were studied, and four types of design were developed including a city type, a leisure type, a Kiosk, and a bicycle rack station. The result of the study is as follows. First, this study is significant in that the development of the bicycle parking system design is based on the combination of total design including art design, environmental design, product design, graphic and multimedia design. Second, to increase the UXD(User Experience Design) quality, the design concepts were developed based on the analysis result of FGI survey to improve the interface between bicycle users and bicycle rack system. Third, the development of bicycle parking system will help the national and local governments install unmanned bicycle parking racks at various public places and sightseeing places as the bicycle is a practical alternative for building energy saving of slow-cities and realizing eco-environment green growth. In addition, the aesthetic quality and convinience of the design will satisfy the emotional and practical wants of the users and is expected to increase the use the bicycle. Furthermore, the governmental bodies can consider to make use of practical design solutions of promoting bicycle use, in order to improve the energy-saving plan, to make better environment, and to increase the life quality of citizens..

디지털 프리미엄 제품 디자인 방향성에 관한 연구 : 프리미엄 휴대폰을 중심으로

This paper intended to use design as the space suitable for future consumers' requirements through the development of interior design of camping cars by type and usage for the spread of leisure culture suitable for the Korean market. It determined various design directions through the construction of the trend of the times and through the classification by keyword. For the development of camping car designs by type the trend of interior design by year (2007 2008) was examined and based on it the design by keyword and type was researched and the camping car suitable for the purpose of use was designed. The interior design of camping cars should be used as the basic data for various types of leisure vehicles as well as camping cars. Secondly it should be used in the jobs related with long-term leisure activities. Third from the viewpoint of ergonomics and space use it should be applied to the modules of mobile homes or camping towns. Fourth the businesses involved in camping cars should use the proposed design by type and usage in order to make low-priced popular camping cars suitable for Korean circumstances and should actively invest. Fifth they should meet with consumers' requirements produce differentiated and unique camping cars and create new demand of camping cars not only in the domestic market but also in the overseas markets. They are the ways to spread and settle new leisure culture. 본 연구의 목적은 한국시장에 적합한 레저문화 확산을 위한 유형 및 용도별 캠핑카의 실내디자인 개발을 통하여 미래 수요자의 요구에 알맞은 실내디자인을 활용하고자 연구하였다. 본 연구의 방법은 시대적 트랜드 방향성 구축 및 키워드 유형별 실내디자인을 개발하기 위해 문헌 및 외국 캠핑카 일류업체를 벤치마킹을 활용하고 수요자를 대상으로 니즈 파악 및 디자인 방향을 수립하였다. 유형별 캠핑카 디자인 개발은 년도별(2007 2008) 트랜드 디자인 경향을 직시하고 이를 바탕으로 키워드 유형별 디자인을 도출하여 사용 목적에 따른 용도별 캠핑카를 디자인하였다. 한국형 레저문화 확산을 위한 유형 및 용도별 캠핑카의 실내디자인 활용방안은 다음과 같다. 첫째 캠핑카는 물론 다양한 유형의 레저용 차량에 기초 자료로 제공한다 둘째 장기적인 레저 활동과 관련 있는 직종에서 활용되어야 한다 셋째 인체공학과 공간 활용의 차원에서 모빌 홈이나 캠핑마을의 모듈 등에 적용한다. 넷째 캠핑카 관련업체는 국내실정에 알맞은 저렴한 보급형 캠핑카를 제작하기 위해 제시한 유형 및 용도별 디자인을 활용하고 적극적으로 투자해야 한다. 다섯째 수요자의 요구를 충족시켜주고 차별화 독창성 있는 캠핑카를 제작하여 국내는 물론 해외시장에서 캠핑카의 신 수요창출로 확대시켜야 하며 이것이 곧 새로운 레저 문화 확산 및 정착을 위한 활용 방안이라고 사료된다.

가정용 다용도 초음파 세정기 융합 디자인 연구

본 연구의 배경 및 목적은 다음과 같다. 다양한 식생활문화로 인해 미생물 및 먹거리의 잔류농약에 대한 불안함에서 보호받기 위해 초음파 세정제품들이 개발되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 세정전용 용기와 초음파 발진부의 결합과 분리가 가능한 가정용 초음파 세정기 융합 디자인을 개발하는 것이다. 본 연구의 연구방법 및 내용, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 연구방법은 문헌조사를 통해 국내·외 초음파 세정기 기술과 디자인권리 출원 추이를 통한 디자인 현황을 조사하였고, 융·복합, 사용자 경험 디자인, CMF 트렌드 분석을 통해 디자인 키워드 및 디자인 요소별 구조 방향을 구성하였다. 그리고 아이디어스케치, 렌더링을 통해 디자인을 단계별로 전개시킨 후 전문가의 평가와 협의를 통해 보완 발전시켜서 최종 디자인을 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 개발한 가정용 다용도 탈부착 초음파 세정기의 시사점은 첫째, 본 연구는 사용자의 조작성과 사용성을 고려한 디자인의 영역과 초음파의 기술적인 영역이 결합된 융합적 연구 사례이다. 둘째, 초음파 응용 디바이스 분야와 새로운 조형을 통한 소비자 니즈에 부합되는 맞춤형 디바이스 개척이다. 셋째, 세정의 효과를 증대시킬 수 있고, 친환경적인 세정기로 발전 가능하다. 무엇보다도 디자인 중심의 융합 연구·개발되었다는 데 의의가 있다. 향후에는 연구·개발한 초음파 세정기의 상용화를 위하여 제조·유통·마케팅·서비스 네트워크 구축 및 비즈니스 파트너로서의 협력이 필요하다. Ultrasonic cleaning products are being developed to alleviate people’s fear and to solve the problem on remaining microorganism and residual agricultural chemicals. The purpose of this paper is to develop a convergent design of ultrasonic cleaner which is composed of detachable ultrasonic generator and washing container. The methodology and contents, and the result of the study is as follows. As a desk research, domestic and foreign ultrasonic washing technology and design patent trend has been researched, and user experience design study and CMF design analysis was conducted to derive design keywords and design structures of extracted design factors. Based on the keywords and structural directions, concept sketches and rendering were visualized and refined to the final designs through the evaluation and discussions with the experts in this area. The implications of the multi-purposeful and detachable ultrasonic cleaner design is firstly that, this is the convergent design study of design field which is specialized in the maneuverability and usability of users, and the ultrasonic technical field is well collaborated. Secondly, this is a case of development of tailored device that maximize the usage of ultrasonic applied device and satisfy the needs of users through new aesthetic shape. And lastly, this can increase the effect of cleaning, thus possibly can be developed as an eco-friendly cleaner. This is meaningful as a design-centered convergent research and development case. To commercialize this ultrasonic cleaner system, to build the network and to establish the collaboration as business partners of the manufacturing, logistics, marketing and service is necessary.
