고성능 액체 크로마토그래피에 의한 기능성 헤테로 고리 화합물의 분리(II)

헤테로 고리 화합물인 isoquinoline과 외부치환체로서 $COOCH_3$, CN 및 $CH_3$ 작용기들이 치환된 화합물들의 혼합물을 정상 및 역상법으로 분리 한 결과, 이동상의 종류에 따라 용리순서에 용매화 효과가 나타났다. 또한, 헤테로 고리 화합물 내부의 방향족성이 없는 2-methylindoline과 방향족성이 있는 2-methylindole, 그리고 헤테로 원자가 질소와 산소인 benzoxazole과 질소와 황인 benzothiazole의 머무름거동은 정상 액체 크로마토그래피의 경우 시료 분자와 충진제의 흡착 표면과의 흡착력으로 설명할 수 있었고, 역상 액체 크로마토그래피의 경우는 시료와 정지상과의 소수성 상호작용 등으로 설명할 수 있었다. Normal phase or reversed phase liquid chromatographic separation of isoquinoline of heterocyclic compounds and structural isomers of external substituents, $COOCH_3$, CN and $CH_3$ has been carried out by using several different columns and various mobile phases. From this results, the order of elution of heterocyclic compounds appears to depend on the solvent effect with kinds of mobile phases. Retention mechanism of normal phase system for 2-methylindoline, 2-methylindole, benzoxazole and benzothiazole was also studied depending on adsorption strength between solute and stationary phase of column. However, retention factors of reversed phase system were found on hydrophobic interaction with solvophobic effect.

As an emerging e-retail model, private shopping malls are transforming the traditional retail systems· These malls are expanding in Europe and the United States and have recently arrived in Korea· This study investigates the relationships among the usefulness of SNS (Social Networking Sites), shopping values, and purchase intentions for fashion products in private shopping malls· The analysis was based on a survey of consumers, aged between 20 and 39, who recently purchased fashion products from a private shopping mall· Two hundred samples were used in the final analysis· The study employed descriptive statistics, Cronbach`s alpha, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation modeling· The relationships among usefulness of SNS, shopping values, and purchase intentions was verified through structural equation modeling· More specifically, the usefulness of SNS significantly influenced the utilitarian shopping values as well as purchase intention of fashion products· Utilitarian shopping values, in turn, significantly influenced hedonic shopping values and purchase intention· Further, hedonic shopping values had a significant effect on purchase intention.
시각정보의 존재여부에 따른 7~8세 발달성 협응장애아동의 정적자세 조절

The study investigated static postural control in childern with developmental coordination disorder(DCD) in conditions with vision and without vision. Six children with DCD and 6 matched control children in the age of 7-8 years participated in this study. There were six task conditions with and without vision while standing on one or two legs. Three dependent measure were assessed to examine differences in the static balance control. There were the excursion, velocity, and area of the center of pressure(COP). The results exhibited that children with DCD showed a greate degree of sway as compared to TD children. When standing on two leg with eye closed, the anterio-posterior direction of COP excursion was larger for DCD group than TD group and. it was statistically significant. Also, the group differences were more prominent when they were standing on dominant leg with their eye closed. The general conclusion may be drawn from this study was that children with DCD suffer from inefficient static postural control only in the difficult or absence of vision case. This could be a cause in delayed motor development in these children.
빅데이터 분석을 이용한 3D프린팅 패션에 대한 인식 연구

차세대 융복합 기술인 3D프린팅은 제조업의 혁신과 함께 사회와 소비문화에도 영향을 끼치고 있다. 패션산업에도 3D프린팅이 활용되고 있는데, 빠르게 변화하는 기술과 소비자 취향을 고려할 때, 최근의 웹상에 나타나는 빅데이터의 분석은 현재 상황을 이해하는 중요한 방법이 된다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 빅데이터 분석을 통해 3D프린팅 패션에 대한 인식과 경향을 살펴보는 것이다. 이를 위하여 소셜 매트릭스 프로그램인 텍스톰을 이용하여 최근 2년간의(2017년 12월∼2019년 11월) ‘3D프린팅’과 ‘패션’에 대한 빅데이터를 수집, 전처리하고, 빈도와 TF-IDF를 분석하였다. 중심성 및 구조적 등위성 분석은 UCINET 6 프로그램을 이용하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, ‘패션’, ‘프린팅’, ‘3D프린팅’, ‘기술’, ‘활용’, ‘디자인’ 등이 높은 빈도를 보였다. 둘째, 빈도수 상위 50개의 단어에 대해 TF-IDF, 연결중심성, 위세중심성 분석을 실시하여 해당 단어가 데이터에서 갖는 중요성을 분석하고, 빈도와 중심성에 있어 차이를 보이는 단어들을 확인하였다. 셋째, 구조적 등위성 분석인 CONCOR 분석을 실시한 결과, ‘산업’, ‘직업’, ‘디자인 교육’, ‘3D 프린터 활용’의 4그룹으로 분석되었다. 본 연구는 빅데이터를 활용하여 3D프린팅 패션에 대한 현재적 관심과 인식을 파악함으로써 관련 산업에 대한 통찰력을 제공하였다. 또한 텍스트마이닝과 구조적 등위성 분석 등을 수행함으로써 3D프린팅 및 패션산업의 잠재적 이슈들을 파악하였다는 점에서도 의의가 있다. 3D printing, a prime example of the next-generation convergence technologies, is bringing about innovation in the manufacturing industry and affecting the society as well as the consumption culture. Also, the fashion industry is embracing 3D printing technology. Considering rapidly changing technologies and consumer tastes, big data appearing on the web has been a valuable methodology to understand current trends. Against this background, the purpose of this study was to examine the perceptions and trends of 3D printing fashion through big data analysis. The data containing two key words, ‘3D Printing’ and ‘fashion’, were collected using Textom from December 1, 2017 to November 31, 2019. Preprocessing, extracting matrix data, frequency analysis, and TF-IDF were performed by Textom. For centrality analysis and structural equivalence analysis, UCINET 6 program was used. The results are as follows. First, this study found major key words related to 3D printing fashion. The top 6 words were ‘fashion’, ‘printing’, ‘3D printing’, ‘utilization’, ‘technology’, and ‘design’ in the order of frequency of use. Second, TF-IDF, degree centrality, and eigenvector centrality analysis on the top 50 words in frequency showed the importance of each word in the analyzed data. Through a comparative analysis, it turned out that frequency was not proportional to centrality among many key words. Third, CONCOR analysis as a structural equivalence analysis categorized the key words into 4 groups. Each group was characterized as industry, job, design education, and 3D printer utilization. This study, using the big data on the Web, identified current interests and perception to offer an compelling insight to 3D printing fashion industry. Also, the text mining and the structural equivalence analysis of the study contribute to discover potential issues to emerge from the 3D printing industry and the fashion industry.

The volume of the functional clothing market is gradually growing in Korea. This study intended to identify the relationship among benefits sought in clothing, well-being health consciousness, age, and purchase intention of functional clothing. A survey data was collected from 380 male ranging from 20 to 59 years old and was analyzed SPSS 17.0. As a result, six clothing benefit factors were identified and labeled as attraction improvement, social position, figure flaw compensation, individuality, comfort, and economy. The influences of benefits sought in clothing on the purchase intention was found. Also well-being health consciousness and age moderated the effects of benefits sought in clothing on the purchase intention.
