        Workplace abusive supervision has become a social issue and the purpose of this study was to identify the influence of supervisor’s abusive supervision on subordinates’ in-role behavior, organizational citizenship behavior, and deviant behavior and to further examine the mediating effects of perceived stress on the relationships and the moderating effects of perceived coworker support on relationship between abusive supervision and perceived stress. The study design was a cross-sectional self-reported questionnaire and sampled 288 full-time employees. Data were conducted with SPSS 20 and AMOS 18 to empirically test the study hypotheses. As a result, this study found that perceived stress mediated the relationships between supervisor’s abusive supervision and subordinates’ in-role behavior, organizational citizenship behavior (OCBI, OCBO), and deviant behavior. And the study found that perceived coworker support moderated the relationship between abusive supervision and perceived stress. In addition, supplementary analysis was conducted to test whether the study model supported a mediated moderation model. The study found significant effects of mediated moderation of perceived stress with PCS on relationship between abusive supervision and OCBI and in-role behavior while it did not find significant effects of mediated moderation of perceived stress with PCS on relationship between abusive supervision and OCBO and deviant behavior.

        The purpose of this study is to draw the better employment support programs by analyzing employment support programs of korean and foreign universities and the features of each program. Each university has committed employment support program to improve the employment rate. Universities changed and departmentalized form of programs to adapt hiring method that companies required. Thus, I look around the issues of employment support programs that K University implemented to keep pace with these changes and propose improvements. Recently youth unemployment is not readily be recovered after financial crisis and the severe cold wave of employment. Government, the Ministry of Employment and Labor try to solve through employment policies and a variety of business and universities charged and operated the government’s employment- related business, or tried to struggle for student’s career and job searching activities by preparing own fund. But comparing with majors of university, university’s employment support program do not operate systematically and show inefficient operating modes by short term operation of the program. Awaring of these issue, this study aim to set up improvement plan by looking at employment support programs of local and foreign universities. To achieve this goal, research issue was set as follows. First, How do university students for employment support programs recognize? Second, How do university students for the operating status of program and problem recognize? Finally, What is the improvement that university student’s are aware of the support program for employment? To achieve the purpose of the study, the questionnaire complete by reference to the previous studies related this study and were questionnaire after the pilot test was performed.
