집단경험이 빈곤ㆍ결손가정 청소년의 사회심리적 특성에 미치는 영향

Considering that it will be possible for poor and broken family's adolescents to achieve emotional stabilities, the improvements of sociality and the developmental changes of their attitudes to life, if they have the structured growth group experiences, this study was aimed to suggest the various roles of social worker who wants to utilize the group experiences in solving social-psycological problems of these adolescents in practices of social welfare agencies, by examining the effects of these experiences on their social-psycological characteristics. In addition, this study was carried out by analyzing the changes of these social-psycological characteristics, before and after the group experiences, of 28 adolescents of poor broken families, who were composed of 12 experimental groups with these experiences over 10 sessions, and 16 compartive groups without them. The results of this study are as follows: First, the structured growth group experiences affected remarkably on the stabilizations of the emotion of poor and broken family's adolescents. Secondly, these group experiences affected remarkably on the improvements of their sociality. Thirdly, these group experiences affected remarkably on the developmental changes of the attitude to their life. In conclusion, the social worker should play an important role in helping the group to enjoy a progressive series of program experiences, and is required to have the roles as an active participant, change agent and facilitator to help the group toward self-discovery, in order to solve the social-psycological problems of poor and broken family's adolescents. To solve various problems related to these adolescents of poor and broken family, it is required to encourage the effect of professionals, and to develop more effective programs useful for these social workers in practical activities.
노인요양시설 입소노인의 인권이 종사자 학대충동에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to research influence of the human right factor of elderly in nurshing home that affects to abuse-drive conditions to staff. The results were as followings : First, the research shows that the elderly in nurshing home's emotional abuse-drive factor to staff has higher mean point than relational or helping ones. Secondly, the elderly in nurshing home, as the recognition of the right of live is higher, the emotional abuse-drive and helping abuse-drive to staff is likely to be exposed. Thirdly, influence factors about emotional abuse-drive condition to staff by human right factor is 'when be damaged their self-esteem', 'when be received unsatisfactory nurshing service', 'when not use clean clothes and bedclothes', 'when not be offered individualized menu', and then 'when not be accepted their complaint'. influence factors about relational abuse-drive condition to staff by human right factor is 'when not allowed to enter with own things', 'when be exposed private information without permission'. and then influence factors about helping abuse-drive condition to staff by human right factor is 'when be refused demand of service', 'when be forced to work', 'when be received unsatisfactory nurshing service', 'when using possession without permission', 'when be forced to be isolated', 'when not be accepted their complaint', and 'when not be offered individualized menu'. 노인요양시설 입소노인을 대상으로 이들의 인권보호 인식정도가 종사자에 대한 학대충동에 미치는 영향을 조사분석한 결과 첫째, 요양시설 입소노인은 자유권 요인 중에 ‘강제 격리 생활’, ‘강제 노동 동원’, ‘자의적인 입소’ 및 ‘자유로운 통신 사용’을, 생존권 요인 중에 ‘맞춤식단 식사’, ‘개인적 수치심 인식’, ‘자랑할 만큼 좋은 시설’, ‘자존심 손상하는 언행’, ‘개인물품 소지입소’ 등은 인권보호 수준이 상대적으로 낮다고 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 요양시설 입소노인은 관계적 학대충동상황 또는 수발적 학대충동상황 보다 종사자에 대한 정서적 학대충동상황이 높게 나타났으며, 종사자에 대한 정서적 학대충동요인은 ‘무력한 존재감을 들게 할 때’, ‘본인과 가족 무시할 때’, ‘이해하지 못한다는 느낌을 줄 때’, ‘타가정과 비교할 때’, ‘문제 경청 외면할 때’, ‘과도한 간섭과 반대를 할 때’ 등의 순으로 나타났다. 셋째, 요양시설 입소노인들의 생존권과 종사자에 대한 정서적 학대충동 및 수발적 학대충동 간에는 정적(+) 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타나 생존권에 관한 인식정도가 높을수록 종사자에 대한 정서적 학대충동과 수발적 학대충동상황이 유발될 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 요양시설 입소노인의 종사자에 대한 정서적 학대충동에 영향을 미치는 인권보호 요인은 ‘충분한 수발서비스’, ‘자존심 손상하는 언행’, ‘맞춤식단 식사’, ‘청결한 의복과 침구사용’, ‘불만사항 수시접수 절차’ 등이, 종사자에 대한 수발적 학대충동에 영향을 미치는 인권요인은 ‘서비스 요구 거부’, ‘충분한 수발서비스’, ‘강제 노동 동원’, ‘맞춤식단 식사’, ‘불만사항 수시접수 절차’, ‘재산임의 사용’ 및 ‘강제 격리 생활’ 등이 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
