Microbiological antibiotic sensitivity test can be used for the selection of the most effective antibiotic agents. The sensitivity tests of the etiological bacteria, obtaining from the maxillofacial surface wounds, abscesses, and inflammatory exudate, can be established by using the disc zone inhibition method: Difco disc, saturated with various antibiotics. By using above mentioned method, the following conclusions were drawn 1. The most prominent etiological bacteria in the field of oral surgery is staphylococcus group; 48 cases, 62.34%. 2. Pseudomonas infection is still present in oral and maxillofacial region. 3. There was no marked inequality in number between male and female; male; 43 cases, 55.84%. female; 34 cases, 44.16% 4. In 77 cases, only 4 cases have no growth in culture media. 5. Streptococcus group is still very sensitive on penicillin and erythromycin. 6. Staphylococcus group is still very sensitive on kanamycin and erythromycin, and is resistant on pencillin. 7. Pseudomonas is slightly sensitive on kanamycin and streptomycin. Some strains which increase gradually resistance to penicillin can be detected in this study. Hereafter, tests for the combined antibiotics may investigate for effective clinical results.
적응 배열 안테나에 부귀환 직교 다중사용자 검출기를 결합한 준 최적 수신기

In this paper, we propose a suboptimal receiver combining adaptive array antenna and orthogonal decision-feedback detector in DS/CDMA system. Adaptive array antenna can cancel out undesired signal using beamforming scheme. However, if there are interfering signals from undesired users with the same incident angle as that of a desired user, an adaptive array antenna cannot suppress them. The proposed receiver can cancel out remaining interference from users having nearly the same beam pattern. And we employ Orthogonal Decision-Feedback Detector (ODFD) as Multiuser detection. The ODFD performs as good as the decorrelating decision -feedback detector (DDFD) with much less complexity. Simulation results show that the proposed system provides a significantly enhanced performance. 본 논문에서는 DS/CDMA 시스템에서 적응 배열 안테나에 부귀환 직교 다중 사용자 검출기를 결합한 준 최적 수신기에 관한 성능을 분석하였다. 적응 배열 안테나는 빔 형성 기법을 사용하여 사용자 신호 방향으로는 빔을 형성하고 다른 방향의 사용자 신호로는 널(null)빔을 형성 하여 공간적으로 간섭을 제거할 수 있다. 그러나 유사한 방향에서 입사하는 사용자들 간에 대해서는 기존의 적응 배열 안테나만으로는 간섭을 제거할 수 없다. 본 논문에서는 적응 배열 안테나에 부귀환 직교 다중 사용자 검출기(ODFD)를 결합함으로써 적응 배열 안테나에서 제거할 수 없었던 유사한 입사각을 갖는 사용자들에 대한 간섭을 제거할 수 있는 수신기의 성능을 비교하여 분석하였다. 또한, 부귀환 역상관 다중사용자 검출기(DDFD)를 채택하였을 경우와도 비교하여 부귀환 직교 다중사용자 검출기를 사용함으로써 성능은 유사한 반면 복잡도를 줄일 수 있음을 보였다.

Biopsy specimens from three cases of Oral Lichen Planus were stained by histopathological technique; and histochemical technique to demonstrate P. A. S. The all lesions appeared on the buccal mucosa of molar portion and it also revealed typical Wickham's striae. Histopathology; The granular layer showed prominent, slight acanthosis with irregularly lengthened rete pegs were observed and also showed saw tooth form. The basal cell layer has been destroyed at some area by the infiltrated inflammatory cells. The infiltrated cells consisted of almost entirely of lymphocytes which were showed band-like form in the epidermis and sharply demarcated at its lower border. The basement membrane and the prickle cell layer appeared thickened and P. A. S. positive reaction.
