      • Histamine이 토끼의 순환가호산구수와 임파구수에 미치는 효과

        The author investigated the effect of histamine on the circulatory pseudoeosinophil and lymphocyte counts in the normal rabbits and the rabbits treated with either bilateral sham-adrenalectomy, unilateral or bilateral adrenalectomy, hypophysectomy, splenectomy, or cervical section. Histamine was injected intramuscularly 0.25 mg. per kg. of body weight, and changes of the peripheral pseudoeosinophil and lymphocyte counts were observed. The results of the studies were statistically analysed and discussed, and are summarized below. 1. In the normal animals injected with histamine, a marked pseudoeosinophilia and lymphopenia were noted. 2. In the bilateral adrenalectomized animals, a leukocytosis due to the influence of the operation was temporarily noted, and after a definite period, there was a tendency to decreased numbers of pseudoeosinophils and to relatively increased numbers of lymphocytes. 3. Effect of histamine on changes of pseudoeosinophil and lymphocyte counts in the animals, bilaterally sham .and unilaterally adrenalectomized, is identical essentially with the effect that was noted in the normal animals. 4. Injecting histamine 72 hours after bilateral adrenalectomy, revealed no change in pseudoeosinophil count but the relative lymphocytosis was inhibited. Giving histamine 96 hours after bilateral adrenalectomy, produced no. change in pseudoeosinophil and lymphocyte counts. 5. When histamine was injected in the animals treated with hypophysectomy, splenectomy, or cervical section, pseudoeosinophilia and lymphopenia were noted as in the case of the normal animal injected with his tune alone. 6. The adrenals have a role in the mechanism regulating circulatory pseudoeosinophil and lymphocyte counts in the rabbits. 7. Neither hypophysectomy nor splenectomy has any effect on the abnorml picture of peripheral leukocyte counts induced with histamine administration. 8. The abnormal peripheral leukocyte. counts do not seem to be of central origin. 9. It is uncertain whether the abnormal peripheral leukocyte counts induced with histamine injection are the result of direct influence of histamine on the adrenals or of stimulation by this drug to other organs that nay be controlled by the adrenals.

        매실 복숭아씨살이좀벌에 대한 유기농업자재 선정 및 방제적기

        The mortality was tested to organic control materials to the E. maslovskii adults by the dipping method in laboratory. As the result, in 2014, the extracts of Neem Ⅰwas not shown control effect by 10.2% control efficacy to E. maslovskii adults in laboratory. The extract of Sophora flavescens roots was shown 84.7% mortality. And other 5 materials were shown 100% insecticidal activity to the adults in laboratory. I n 2015, Plant extract+pyrolignous acid Matrine 0.45% and Plant extract Matrine 0.5+paraffin oil 8% were shown 100% and 94.6% control efficacy, respectively. In the Japanese apricot orchards, the fruit damage rate was low on spray at 21th April in Daap, Gwangyang city, and 8th May Hwangjeon, Suncheon city in Jeonnam province in 2014. The fruit damage rate differed from spray timing and materials, but it was considered that the control of E. maslovskii should be in late April to early May. Otherwise, in 2015, the fruit damage was significantly low in late April spray in Daap, but no significant was in between one spray at 21th, 27th April and 2 spray that days. Meanwhile, the control effect was better 2 times spray of the days in Hwangjeon, Suncheon city in Jeonnam province. Therefore, in organic Japanese apricot, the use of insecticidal materials recommended to control over twice spay in from meddle to late April.

        Preparation with Laser Ablation and Photoluminescence of Y3Al5O12:Ce Nanophosphors

        We prepared Y3Al5O12:Ce (YAG:Ce) nanophosphors with a mean size of 15 nm by using laser ablation of micron-sized commercial YAG:Ce target phosphor in 1,4-butanediol. The photoluminescence properties of the YAG:Ce nanophosphors were compared with those of micron-sized YAG:Ce phosphor. The elimination of backscattering effect was confirmed by the optical properties of the YAG:Ce nanophosphors. The thermal stability of the YAG:Ce nanophosphors was also examined for the use of high power white LED. We convinced that the laser ablation method in 1,4-butanediol is an adequate method for the preparation of YAG:Ce nanophosphors for high power white LED with enhancement of the transmittance of the blue light from the InGaN chip.

        Cathodoluminescence Properties of Red-Emitting Sr1−x Ca x S:Eu Phosphors

        Sr1− x Ca x S:Eu (x = 0, 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8, 1) phosphors were prepared from CaS, SrS, and EuS via a solid-state reaction in air. The cathodoluminescence (CL) spectra of the Sr1− x Ca x S:Eu phosphors for the moderate voltage ranging from 4 to 10 kV were obtained to test their usefulness in field emission displays (FEDs). The maximum wavelength of the CL spectra of the Sr1− x Ca x S:Eu phosphors increases from 629 to 668 nm as the mole fraction of calcium increases up to x = 0.8, and then decreases to 663 nm at x = 1. The relationship between the CL spectra and crystal structures of the Sr1− x Ca x S:Eu phosphors was determined.

        Tuning of the Emission Color of Ba1−xGa2S4:xEu2+ Phosphors for Use in Three-Band White LEDs

        Ba1-xGa2S4:xEu2+ (x = 0.10, 0.25, 0.50, 0.75, 1.0) phosphors were prepared by performing a solid-state reaction. The PL spectra of the Ba1−xGa2S4:xEu2+ phosphors were recorded. Very broad excitation bands are located in the range 300–480 nm, which suggests that the Ba1−xGa2S4:xEu2+ can be used as color emission phosphors when pumped with an excitation of 465 nm, which is the wavelength of a commercial blue-emitting diode. The emission wavelength at the maximum PL intensity (λmax) for the Ba1−xGa2S4:xEu2+ phosphors increases gradually from 504 to 548 nm as the mole fraction of europium ions (x) in the phosphors increases. The variation in λmax for the Ba1−xGa2S4:xEu2+ phosphors with the mole fraction of europium ions can be interpreted in terms of the crystal structures of the Ba1−xGa2S4:xEu2+ phosphors. A three-band white emission was obtained by coating a mixture of Ba0.5Ga2S4:0.5Eu2+ and CaS:Eu2+ phosphors onto the surface of a blue-emitting diode.

        Fine-Tuning the Emission Color of a Transparent Suspension of SrMoO4:Eu3+,Tb3+ Nanophosphors

        The emission colors of transparent suspensions of SrMoO4:Eu3+,Tb3+ nanophosphors in hexane could be finely tuned for use in multicolor transparent displays. The emission color in the green–red spectral region was tuned by changing the concentrations of the Eu3+ and Tb3+ activator ions. SrMoO4:Eu3+,Tb3+ nanophosphors with diameters of 5 nm were synthesized via solvothermal reactions in a hexane–water bilayer system consisting of Sr-oleate, Eu-oleate, and Tb-oleate complexes in hexane and an aqueous (NH4)6Mo7O24 solution. A simple phase-transfer method was used to prepare the Sr-oleate, Eu-oleate, and Tb-oleate complexes in hexane from aqueous Sr(NO3)2, Eu(NO3)3, and Tb(NO3)3 solutions with the assistance of sodium oleate, oleic acid, and oleylamine.
