        궤양성(潰瘍性) 대장염(大腸炎)2예(例)

        The case 1; the patient was 23 years old woman who entered with the chief compiaints of bloody diarrhea and lower abdominal pain. The routine laboratory examinations showed leucocytosis and high titer for Salmonella a.itigen. Roentgenological examination of the colon revealed edematous change, stiffness and distortion of mucosa with marked dilatation of the colon. Medical treatment with ACTH, prednisolone and antibiotics was given, but she expired on the 11th hospital day. The case 2; the patient was forty three years old man who entered with fever, lower abdominal painn and bloody diarrhea. Laboratory examinations showed leucocytosis and high titer for Salmonella antigen. He was underwent total colectomy and ileorectostomy. Postoperative biopsy findings of the colon revealed a marked necrosis in mucosa and upper part of submucosa, and an active infiltration of neutrophiles with exudative changes in deeper part of submucosa and muscularis. The patient expired on the first postoperative day.

        신개발 키토산 제재의 지혈 효과에 대한 비교

        Purpose: Many hemostatic agents and dressings have been tested with variable degree of success. Chitosan has a positive charge, it attracts red blood cells, which have a negative charge. Our goal is to test the efficacy of new developed chitosan-based hemostatic materials in providing durable hemostasis in a high-flow arterial wound model. Methods: We compared each group with SD rats motality tests and in vitro blood compatibility test by blood clotting index (BCI). We devided the SD rats into 6 groups (N =15) by type of hemostatic agents. A: 100% nonwoven chitosan (degree of the deacetylation: 90%). B: 50% N-acetylation on nonwoven of chitosan gel (degree of the deacetylation: 50%). C: 60% N-acetylation on nonwoven of chitosan ge (degree of the deacetylation: 40%)l. D:Cutanplast^®. E: HemCon^® F: Gauze. In vivo test, a proximal arterial injury was created in unilateral femoral arteries of 90 anesthetized SD rats. Each materials was made same size and thickness then applied to the injury site for 3 minutes. In vitro test, we compared each group with BCI in human blood. Results: In vivo test, group A showed lower motality rate of 46% than any other groups, Group B and C showed lower motality rate of 60% than group D and E's motality rate of 66%. In vitro test, BCI of group A (30.6 ± 1.2) and B (29.3 ± 1.0) were showed nearly about group D (29.1±1.8) and E (27.4 ± 1.6). Group C (37.1 ± 2.0) showed higher BCI than group A and B, it means group C decreased blood clotting. Conclusion: In conclusion, this study suggests a newly developed chitosan-based hemostatic materials induced durable hemostasis and increased blood clotting, and are considered as effective biologic hemostatic agents.

        저항률이 다른 내부 물체의 검출을 위한 32-채널 생체 임피던스 측정 시스템

        In this paper. we describe a 32-channel bioimpedance measurement system It consists of 32 independent constant current sources of 50 kHz sinusoid. The amplitude of each current source can be adjusted using a 12-bit MDAC. After we applied a pattern of injection currents through 32 current injection electrodes. we measured induced boundary voltages using a variable-gain narrow-band instrumentation amplifier. a Phase-sensitive demodulator. and a 12-bit ADC. The system is interfaced to a PC for the control and data acquisition. We used the system to detect anomalies with different resistivity values in a saline Phantom with 290mm diameter The accuracy of the developed system was estimated as 2.42% and we found that anomalies larger than 8mm in diameter can be detected. We Plan to improve the accuracy by using a digital oscillator improved current sources by feedback control, Phase-sensitive A/D conversion. etc. to detect anomalies smaller than 1mm in diameter. 인체의 각 조직은 서로 다른 저항률(resistivity)을 가지고 있고. 심장의 박동이나 호흡과 같은 생리현상은 해당 생체조직의 임피던스를 변화시킨다. 본 논문에서는 인체 내부에 존재하는 비정상 조직의 크기와 위치를 검출하기 위한 32-채널 생체 임피던스 측정 시스템에 대하여 기술한다. 이러한 기술은 유방암 조직의 경우와 같이 배경 조직과는 저항률이 다른 비정상 조직을 검출하는 경우에 응용할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. 32-채널 생체 임피던스 측정 시스템을 위하여 32개의 복합형 전극과 32 채널의 정전류원을 사용하였다. 임피던스의 측정을 위해 50kHz의 정현파 전류를 주입하고. 유기되는 전압을 가변 이득 협대역 계측용 증폭기로 측정하고, 그 크기를 위상감응복조기로 검출하였다. 검출된 임피던스 신호는 A/D 변환하여 PC에 입력하였다. 전해질 팬텀을 이용한 실험에서 전체 시스템의 정확도는 2.42%이며, 직경 270mm인 팬텀 내부에 존재하는 직경 8mm 이상인 물체의 크기와 위치를 검출할 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과를 기초로 다채널 생체 임피던스 측정 시스템의 정확도를 개선하여. 직경 lmm 이내의 물체를 검출하는 것이 향후의 연구 목표이다 이러한 정확도를 가지는 생체 임피던스 계측 시스템을 개발하면. 인체 내부의 임피던스 분포를 측정하는 EIT(electrical impedance tomography) 시스템과, 최근에 연구되고 있는 자기공명 임피던스 단층촬영(MREIT, magnetic resonance electrical impedance tomography)에도 응용이 가능할 것이다.

        Mediator release from mast cells and conceivably circulating basophil leukocytes is intimately involved in the pathogenesis of immediate hypersensitivity. The study of the basophil histsmine releasability may be very helpful to understsnd the pathogenesis of allergic disease. Some studies have been performed in ragweed pollen sensitive allergic rhinitis and asthma using human basophils, but controversy still remains about the difference in releasability between the disease entity and relation with other immunologic parameters. The mugwort pollen induced peripheraI histamine releasability in nine rhinitis patients and thirteen asthma patients was studied to evaluate the difference between the disease entities and to compare with other parameters, such as skin reactivity, RAST, and allergen induced bronchial hyperreactivity. Mugwort pollen induced peripheral basophil histamine release was obeserved at the concentration of 1 x 10 ' to 1 x 10 w/v and it showes dose dependent fashion. But histamine release was not observed in normal control. Maximal net histamine releasability of asthma group was 73+-5.9% which was significantly greater than that of rhinitis group 39.1+- 7.2% (p<0.05). But there was no significant correlstion between the degree of allergen induced bronchisl hyperreactivity and histamine releasability. We concluded that pollen induced basophil releesability is allergen specific and it is useful for confirming the offending allergen and for differential diagnosis of rhinitis and asthma. But basophil histamine releasability can not reflect the severity of asthma. Further study for the difference between intrinsic basophil releasbility and effect of several cytokines on basophil releasability should be inveatigated.

      • 超急冷法에 의한 非晶質薄膜의 合成과 熱特性硏究

        非晶質薄膜의 合成과 그 薄膜의 熱的特性에 關한 硏究는 많은 흥미와 注目의 對象이 되고있다. 그런데 Electrochyromism 特性을 갖는 MoO₃, WO₃는 單獨으로는 非晶質薄膜이 形成되지 않고 여기에 alkali를 첨가하면 비로소 일정한 mole비의 領域에서 晶質薄膜이 形成되거나, 또는 超急冷法의 方法을 사용할 때에 可能하다. 本 硏究는 超急冷法을 사용하여 MoO₃- WO₃계에 alkali대신 Al₂O₃를 첨가시켜 Al₂O₃- MoO₃- WO₃三成分系 非晶質薄膜을 合成하고, 이 系에 대한 物性을 檢討하였다. 이 때 Al₂O₃의 첨가로 이 薄膜이 熱的으로 安定化 되었고 IR-spectrum의 Ptern은 Alkali를 함유할 때 比하여 正常的인 spectrum이 얻어지지 않았고 Al₂O₃- MoO₃- WO₃三成分系로 되는 Glass化 領域은 Al₂O₃10-25 mole(%),MoO₃0~10 mole(%), WO₃75~85 mole(%)의 範圍에 존재함을 알 수 있었다. The study on the amorphous film synthesis and the thermal characteristic of that film has became the object of public attention and interesting a lot. However, MoO₃, WO₃with the charactersistic of electrochyromism independently couldn't make the amorphous film, when the addition of alkali in here, the amorphous film can form in the limits of the constant mole ratio or by using super cooling method. This study synthesized the amorphous film of ternary component system Al₂O₃- MoO₃- WO₃, adding as Al₂O₃instead of alkali to the system MoO₃- WO₃by supper cooling method, and then investigated the physical properties of this system. At this time the film was stabilized in thermal on account of the addition of Al₂O₃and the patern of IR-spectrum resulted in failure, an abnormal spectrum, by comparision the addition of alkali. Glasses in the tenary component system Al₂O₃- MoO₃- WO₃were showed 10-25 mole% of Al₂O₃0~10 mole% of MoO₃and 75~85 mole % of WO₃in limits.

      • 휠 오염의 주요인자 및 측정방법에 대한 연구

        Recently, "excessive brake dust" problem grow important. This problem was added at VDS item in 2003, IQS item in 2006. So we developed brake dynamometer test about "Excessive brake dust". We used the LA city brake wear test mode. For deriving test result, we rated wheel dirt level by pair comparison method for subject test and carried out object test by colorimeter and measured wear-out amount of disc and pad. For finding out relationship between object test and subject test, we did a statistical analysis.
