        가감선방패독탕(加減仙防敗毒湯) 투약을 통한 탈모증 치험 1례 - 임파선염을 동반한 다발성 원형탈모증 치료를 중심으로

        Objectives : This is a clinical report on a 27-year-old patient with Multi-patched Alopecia Areata(AA) assumed to be occurred by chronic lymphadenopathy, and treated by oriental medicine treatment. Methods : The patient was treated by herb medication and acupuncture. The improvement of the patient was judged by magnifying glass, camera and VAS scale. Results & Conclusions : The AA patches were shown the regrowth of hair. And the pain from lymphadenopathy was disappeared. Oriental medicine treatment including Gagamsunbangpaedok-tang $(Ji\bar{a}ji\check{a}nxi\bar{a}nf\acute{a}ngb\grave{a}id\acute{u}-t\bar{a}ng)$ was effective to regrow hair on AA patches and reduce the symptom of lymphadenopathy as well.

        Gagamyeonryunggobon-dan(Ji?ji?nyanlinggub?n-d?n) induces hair regrowth effect from activating hair follicle

        Objective : The purpose of this study is to report the hair regrowth effect of Gagamyeonryunggobon-dan on ICR mice from measuring the change of diverse factors.Methods : Gagamyeonryunggobon-dan was treated by oral administration with 2.5㎎/㎏/day amount for 3 weeks per mouse everyday. Hair regrowth was estimated by change of morphology, angiogenesis, hair follicle activation. The change of morphology was observed with external, internal change and sebaceous gland. Angiogenesis was estimated by image analysis, capillary distribution and angiogenic chemokine(MIP-2). Hair follicle activation was estimated by PCNA, IGF-2 and serotonin.Results : 1. Gagamyeonryunggobon-dan treated group had more and thicker hairs than the group not treated. Especially well developed sebaceous glands were seen in dermis of treated group. 2. Gagamyeonryunggobon-dan treated group had more capillaries near hair follicles of subcutaneous layer and more 2019% MIP-2 positive activity than the group not treated. 3. Gagamyeonryunggobon-dan treated group increased positive activity up to 596% in PCNA, 187% in IGF-2 and 547% in serotonin more than the group not treated.Conclusion : These results shows that Gagamyeonryunggobon-dan have the hair regrowth effect through verifying change of morphology, angiogenesis, chemokines. Consequently Gagamyeonryunggobon-dan is expected to apply to take care of extensive hair loss symptoms.

        멀티대역 네트워크 선택기 시스템 구현

        본 논문에서는, 해상에서 가용한 LTE, 초단파(VHF), 단파(HF) 통신 서비스 중에서 네트워크 환경에 따라서 최적의 통신 대역을 결정하는 멀티대역 네트워크 선택기 (MNS: Multi-band Network Selection) 시스템을 리눅스 기반의 소프트웨어로 구현한다. 구현된 소프트웨어는 네트워크 인터페이스, MNS 서버, 사용자 GUI로 구성된다. 2조의 MNS 시스템을 구축하여 구현된 MNS 시스템의 기능을 실내 시험을 통하여 검증한다. 이를 위하여, ITU-R M.1842-1 Annex1과 Annex4를 각각 준수하는 2종의 VHF 통신 링크는 소프트웨어적으로 에뮬레이션하고, HF 통신은 한 MNS 시스템의 송신(수신)을 다른 MNS의 수신(송신)에 직접 연결하여 실내 기능 검증이 가능하도록 한다. LTE, 초단파, 단파 각 통신 링크의 인위적인 단절 또는 재연결에 따른 구현된 MNS의 단절 없는 해상 통신 서비스 기능을 검증한다. 구현된 MNS 시스템은 e-navigation 등과 같은 다양한 해상 통신 서비스에 활용 가능하다. In this paper, we implement a multi-band network selection (MNS) system based on Linux operating system which determines the optimal communication link for given network conditions among the available LTE, very high frequency (VHF), and high frequency (HF). The implemented software consists of a network interface, an MNS server, and a user GUI. We perform indoor test to verify the function of the implemented MNS system using two sets of MNS system. To this end, two types of VHF communication links that follow ITU-R M.1842-1 Annex 1 and Annex 4 are emulated in software. In addition, the HF transmission (reception) port of one MNS is directly connected to the HF reception (transmission) port of another MNS. We demonstrate through indoor tests that the implemented MNS system can support seamless maritime communication service in spite of artificial disconnection or re-connection of LTE, VHFs, and HF. The implemented MNS system is applicable to various maritime communication services including e-navigation.

        중증 아토피피부염 환자 89명의 한의학적 치료 효과에 대한 후향적 연구

        Objectives : The purpose of this study is to report the effectiveness of a Korean Medicine Treatment on 89 severe atopic dermatitis patients all through 12 months. Methods : The degree of atopic dermatitis was measured in Objective SCORAD Index (OSI) with photos of patients. Then, the OSI score was estimated according to gender, age and intensity. Results : 1. The ratio of male to female was 41.57 : 58.43. The 24.72% of patients were in 0~11 year-old group, 16.85% were in 12~18 year-old group and 58.43% were in the group above 19 years old. 2. The initial OSI score was 64.43 and the final was 37.03 after 12 months. After 3, 6, 9, 12 months, the OSI score was significantly lower than the initial visit. 3. There was no significant difference between male and female patients on age, OSI scores and OSI improvements. 4. The patients who treated acupuncture were significantly older then who not treated. The OSI improvement had no significant difference whether treated with acupuncture or not. 5. There was no significant difference among 3 different age groups on initial OSI scores. The OSI improvement of 0~11 year-old group was significantly higher than the other groups after 12 month treatment. 6. The OSI score of 97.75% was decreased after 12 month treatment compared to initial visit. 7. After 12 month treatment, the distribution of severe atopic dermatitis was decreased from 100% to 37.08%. 8. There was no significant difference betweent steroid group and non-steroid group on OSI scores at initial visit and after 12 month treatment. Conclusions : The OSI Score of severe atopic dermatitis patients was decreased on the significant rate with Korean medicine treatment for 12 months.

        뉴스진위 및 인지욕구에 따른 정보수용자의 수용(이해)과 확산영향에 대한 탐색적 연구

        The purpose of this study was to explore the factors influencing acceptance (e.g., comprehension,) and diffusion of information recipients' by depending on the authenticity of news. Specifically, this study has examined the effects of the news contents(political vs. general), need for cognition(high vs. low) and authenticity of the News(real news vs. fake news) on both acceptance and diffusion of news. Based on previous work, this study has developed a conceptual model to present each research hypothesis and tested it by conducting experiments as the follows. As a result, according to the authenticity of the news and the contents of the news (political and general), the acceptance of political contents was high regardless of the authenticity of the news, and the acceptance of real news was higher than that of fake news. However, in the proliferation (comment), both the political contents and the general contents showed the characteristic of spreading (commenting) fake news rather than real news. contrary to this, the cognitive level did not show any significant difference in acceptance (understanding) and proliferation (comment, sharing, recommendation). This study provides academic implications in that it examines the influences of accepting (comprehension) and diffusion (comment, sharing, recommendation) of real news and fake news. It also provides practical implications for responding to fake news and new marketing strategies in an environment where contents are delivered through diverse social media.

        단절 없는 해상 통신 네트워크를 위한 멀티대역 네트워크선택기 시스템 설계

        디지털 통신 기술이 발전하면서, 기존의 전통적인 해상 통신 기술뿐만 아니라 디지털 초단파(VHF) 통신 시스템 및 LTE-M 등과 같은 새로운 해상 통신 기술의 등장으로, 해상에서는 통신 방법의 다양성이 증대되고 있다. 바다에서는 모든 통신 방법이 사용가능 할 수도 있지만, 위치에 따라서 일부 통신 방법만이 사용가능 할 수도 있다. 본 논문에서는 가용한 여러 해상 통신 대역 중에서 네트워크 환경 및 사용자의 요구 조건에 따라 최적의 통신대역을 결정하고 통신대역을 전환하여 단절 없는 통신서비스를 제공할 수 있는 멀티대역 네트워크 선택기 (MNS) 시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 멀티대역 네트워크 선택기 시스템은 미들웨어 계층의 클라이언트와 서버 통신방식을 취하며, ITU-R M. 1842-1의 Annex1 및 Annex4 규격을 만족하는 2-종의 디지털 초단파 통신 시스템과 LTE 및 단파 통신 (HF) 시스템이 인터페이스 될 수 있도록 구성되고, 각 통신 대역에 우선순위를 부여하여 최적 통신 대역 결정 알고리즘을 설계한다. As digital communication technology evolves, the diversity of maritime communication methods has benn increasing due to the emergence of new maritime communication technologies such as digital very high frequency (VHF) communication systems and LTE-M as well as traditional conventional maritime communication systems. At sea, all maritime communication methods may be available, but only some communication methods may be available depending on the location. In this paper, we propose a multi-band network selection (MNS) system that can provide seamless maritime communication service by switching to an optimal communication band among available communication systems, depending on network environment and user requirements. The proposed MNS system in the middleware layer is designed to be able to interface with two types of digital VHF communication systems that satisfy Annex 1 and Annex 4 of ITU-R M. 1842-1, LTE, and high frequency (HF) communication systems. We assign priority to each communication band, and design an optimal communication band determination algorithm based on this priority.

      • GeoRSS기능을 활용한 축제정보 사이트 구축

        기존 축제정보 웹사이트에서 지리 정보가 텍스트 중심으로 제공되어 지리정보의 효율적인 전달이 이루어지지 않는다는 문제점이 있었다. 이를 극복하기 위해 지도를 기반으로 축제관련 최신기사를 위치기반으로 매쉬업하여 표출하는 축제정보 사이트를 구현하였다. 축제관련 신문 기사 제공방법으로 GeoRSS 기능을 활용함으로써 신문기사를 통해 최근 축제정보를 지도를 기반으로 한눈에 파악할 수 있도록 하였다. 축제정보를 지도기반으로 재조직함으로써 정보전달이 효율적으로 이루어지는 것을 확인할 수 있었고, 지도기반 최신정보 제공의 가능성과 GeoRSS 기술의 활용가능성을 확대하였다. This study has been implemented a map-based festival information website with Google Map to overcome a limit that existing festival information web sites supplied location information only through text-based format. To get the newest festival information, this website uses GeoRSS function which transform rss feed offered by newspaper websites into location based information. Through this function, internet users can see festival information at a glance on the basis of a map. Through this study we confirmed the efficiency of offering location based festival information and possibility of GeoRSS function to provide the newest festival information.

        아토피피부염 환자 1035명의 장기간의 한의학적 치료효과에 대한 후향적 연구

        Objective : The purpose of this study is to report the effectiveness of a long-term Korean Medicine Treatment on 1035 atopic dermatitis patients Methods : Objective SCORAD Index(OSI) is used for measuring the degree of atopic dermatitis with photos of total 1035 atopic dermatitis patients who has visited oriental clinic from January 9, 2011 to October 31, 2013. Then, OSI was estimated according to gender, age, period of treatment and intensity. Results : 1. The ratio of male to female was 44.4 : 55.6. All patients were constituted with 26.5% of 0~11 year-old group, 15.7% of 12~18 year-old and 57.9% of 19 and more year-old. 2. The ratio of OSI improvement was significantly higher in women than in men after 3 month treatment, but there was no significant difference after 6, 9 and 12 months. 3. The OSI improvement of 0~11 year-old group was significantly higher than the other groups after 3 month treatment. But at the other periods of treatment, there was no significantly difference of the improvement among 3 different groups of age. 4. After 3, 6, 9 and 12 month treatment, the score of OSI was significantly lower than before treatment. After 12 month treatment, the score of OSI was lowest compared to the other periods of treatment. 5. The final OSI score of 87.7% patients was decreased compared to the initial. 6. All patients had been divided with 1.93% of the mild, 22.7% of the moderate and 75.4% of the severe by OSI intensity at initial visit. At final visit, the composition of patients was changed to 14.6% of the mild, 53.7% of the moderate and 31.7% of the severe. 7. The mild patients had got 42.56% of OSI improvement at the final. And the moderate had got 37.72% of OSI improvement at the final. 8. The severe patients had got 36.76% of OSI improvement at the final. And 89.2% of the severe had got decreased final OSI score compared to the initial. Conclusion : There was a definite decreasing of OSI score on the significant rate of Atopic dermatitis patients who had been treated by Korean medicine treatment at least for 3 months.

        해상 멀티대역 네트워크를 위한 수직 핸드오버 프레임워크 설계

        해상 멀티대역 네트워크에서 가용한 해상 통신들을 통합 운용하여 다양한 멀티미디어 서비스를 단절없이 제공하기 위해 수직 핸드오버 기술은 필수적이다. IEEE 802.21에서 육상 무선 네트워크를 위한 수직핸드오버 기술을 권고하나, 해상의 VHF, HF, 위성 네트워크는 고려되지 않아 해상 멀티대역 네트워크에 적용하기 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 해상 멀티대역 네트워크에 적용할 수 있는 수직 핸드오버를 위한 논리 구조와 참조 통신모델을 제안하고, 관련 명령어를 재정의한 수직핸드오버 절차를 제안한다. 이는 해상 멀티대역 네트워크 구현 시, 수직핸드오버에 대한 참조 모델로 유용하게 적용될 수 있다. 더욱이 해상 멀티대역 네트워크를 위한 수직핸드오버 기술은 IEEE 802.21과 연계되어 육상과 해상 전체를 아우르는 이기종 무선 네크워크의 실현에 적용할 수 있다. It is necessary for maritime multi-band networks, which provide ships with diverse and seamless multimedia services, to perform vertical handover. As IEEE 802.21 WG has standardized vertical handover technologies for terrestrial wireless networks that do not consider VHF, HF, satellite networks, they cannot be directly applied to maritime multi-band networks. In this paper, the vertical handover framework for use in maritime mutlti-band networks is proposed, which includes the logical architecture, the communication reference model, re-defined handover primitives, and the handover process. The proposed vertical handover for maritime multi-band network can be applied in the ocean alone, as well as to the heterogeneous wireless networks which embrace both terrestrial and maritime networks.

        수중 네트워크의 전파 비대칭성을 고려한 BTB-TDMA 성능 분석

        수중 음향네트워크에서 노드의 위치와 이동속도에 따라 변화하는 전파지연 시간을 추정하여 시간 블록이라는 새로운 슬럿 단위로 노드들의 전송 스케줄을 설정하는 Block-Time-Bounded Time Division Multiple Access (BTB-TDMA) 매체접속제어 방식이 제안되었다. 본 논문에서는 노드의 이동으로 인해 상향(uplink)과 하향(downlink)의 전파지연이 비대칭적이 되고, 이에 따른 수신 충돌이 BTB-TDMA의 성능에 미치는 영향을 시뮬레이션을 통해 분석한다. 이를 위해 전파지연 비대칭성으로 인한 수신 충돌률, 채널접속지연, 채널효율을 수학적으로 모델링하고, 수중노드의 수, 네트워크 범위, 수중노드의 이동 속도에 따라 BTB-TDMA 시간 블록의 길이를 변화시켜 광범위한 시뮬레이션을 수행한다. 시뮬레이션 결과의 분석을 통해, 네트워크 환경에 따라 수신 충돌을 최소화 하면서, 채널 접속지연과 채널효율 성능을 최대화할 수 있는 시간 블록 값을 도출할 수 있는 성능지표를 제시한다. A Block-Time-Bounded Time Division Multiple Access (BTB-TDMA) medium access control protocol, which estimates the propagation delay of nodes according to their location and moving velocity information, has been proposed for underwater acoustic networks. BTB-TDMA provides nodes with their transmission schedules by a time block that is a time unit, newly designed for BTB-TDMA. In this paper, we investigate how the receiver collision, that is induced by the asymmetry between node's uplink and downlink propagation delay due to its mobility, affects the performance of BTB-TDMA. To do this, we analytically obtain the collision rate, the channel access delay, and the channel utilization by considering the asymmetry of propagation delay. Then, simulations are extensively performed with respect to the length of a time block by varying the number of nodes, the network range, and the node's velocity. Thus, the simulation results can suggest performance criteria to determine the optimal length of a time block which minimizes the collision rate and concurrently maximizes the channel access delay and the channel utilization.
