We in this paper have defined the concept of ε-symmetric relation between the Lagrangean relaxation and the Bender's decomposition. This links the solutions of the Lagrangean subproblems and those of the Bender's subproblems even under positive duality gaps. As an application we have discussed the reduction of the size for a special class of problems.

대구·경북지역의 산업단지 집적경제 추정연구 - 밀도·개방성·특화·다양성을 중심으로 -

Although scholars of regional economics have long considered agglomeration economies an important foundation of regional economic growth, studies explaining the mechanisms at work have been relatively rare. Using a unique data set of 8,907 individual firms nested within industrial districts in the Daegu-Gyeongbuk Region, this study proposes an empirical model for analyzing agglomeration economies of industrial districts. Findings indicate that the effects of agglomeration economies are conditional on the features of the industrial districts wherein individual firms are embedded. Especially, I find that the levels of network diversity in an industrial district are found to have significantly positive effects on firm productivity. In contrast, both the levels of location quotient, which measures the Marshallian specialization externalities, and those of network openness are not significantly associated with firm productivity. I also find that locating in an “over-embedded” industrial district may have a detrimental effects on firm productivity. 산업단지는 지역경제의 성장기반을 구성하는 근본적인 축의 하나이다. 그러나 최근의 급변하는 산업경제 조건에 대응하기 위한 전략적인 조정이 요청되고 있는 부문이기도 하다. 이러한 맥락에서 본 연구는 대구·경북 지역 중소기업을 대상으로 산업단지의 집적경제를 추정하기 위한실증분석 모형을 제안하였다. 먼저 최근 지역학 문헌의 논의를 계승해 산업단지 집적경제의 구성요소를 네트워크의 밀도와 네트워크 개방성, 역내 업종 구조의 특화와 다양성으로 정의한 뒤, 각 구성요소를 대표하는 측도를 수집하였다. 분석 자료는 한국산업단지공단 공장설립관리정보시스템 DB에 기준했으나, 사업체의 실적 정보를 추가적으로 수집하기 위해 기업신용조사·평가기관인 ㈜한국기업데이터의 기업DB를 함께 이용하였다. 분석 결과는 본 연구가 제시한 집적경제의 네 가지 구성요소 중에서 네트워크 밀도와 산업 다양성의 역할을 강조하고 있다. 특히 지나치게 네트워크가 고착되어 있거나 업종구조가 특정부문에 편중되어 있는 산업단지에서는 개별사업체의 생산성이 오히려 제약될 수 있다는 실증결과가 도출되었다.

Die vorliegende Arbeit beabsichtigt, die historische morphologische Entwieklung der Stammformen bei den starken Verben der Klasse 3b im Deutschen zu untersuchen. 1. Das Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es, die Bildung der drei Stammformen des starken und schwachen Verbs im nhd. Verb 'hauen' und die Herkunft des Stammauslauts 'b' im starken Pra¨teritum zu untersuchen. Zu diesem Zweck wurden erstens die idg, und die germ. Wurzel ermittelt und dann der historische Stammformen vom nhd. st. Verb 'hauen' untersucht. Zweitens weil das sw. Verb neu im Germ, gebildet wurde und die germ. Wurzel ermittelt und dann der historische Stammformen des nhd. sw. Verbs 'hauen' behandelt. 1. Die idg. und die germ. Wurzel des nhd. st. Verbs 'hauen' sind jeweils idg. ^(*)ka￣u-/^(*)keu- und germ. ^(*)haw(w)a-. Die idg. Wurzel geho¨rt zu der idg. a-Ablautreihe und daraus entsteht das st. Verb Kl.7, das zur e￣2 im Pra¨t. gebraucht wird. Das wird seit germanischer Zeit u¨berliefert. Im Pra¨t. PI. ist der Stamm auslaut 'w' im mhd. seit dem 14. Jh. 'b' geworden. Also ist mhd. hiewen zu nhd. hieben gewor- den. Danach auch im Pra¨t. Sg. ist ahd. hiow > mhd. hiew zu nhd. hieb geworden. 성소수자의 행동 변화와 기독교 윤리적 함의 : 게임이론을 바탕으로

세기 들어 한국 사회는 명백한 성소수자의 사회 행동 변화를 경험하고 있다. 이 논문은 게임이론을 활용하여 성소수자의 행동 변화에 해 분석하고, 분석결과에 하여 성 지향에 한 통인 성경해석의 에서 윤리 함의 를 논하다. 성 지향에 한 개인 간의 화를 상정하는 게임모형을 제안하 고, 이성애자와 성소수자가 서로 같은 의견을 표출하는 것이 게임의 균형임을 설명하다. 이 게임모형은 한 사회 다수가 성소수자의 성 지향을 표면 으로 수용하는 비율인 사회 수용률이 특정 수을 과하게 되면 합리 의사 결정자인 성소수자가 집단행동을 통해 자신들의 의견을 사회에 표출하게 됨을 설명한다. 이 특정 수의 사회 수용률을 임계 수용률로 정의하다. 이 임계 수용률은 사회 갈등 회피성향이 작은 성경으로 바람직한 사회일수록 보다 낮은 값을 갖게 된다. 따라서 이런 사회에서 통 성윤리가 약화되지 않고 존 되려면 사회 수용률이 보다 더 낮게 유지되어야 한다. 이런 분석을 토로 성경 성윤리의 내면 확신에 한 정직윤리의 실천이라는 기독교 윤리 함의 가 도출되었다. 그러나 이러한 정직윤리 실천의 자리는 사회 공론의 장이 아니 라 개인 삶의 자리라는 을 강조하다. 그리스도인 개인의 삶에 지속되는 정직윤리 실천이 산상수훈의 교훈처럼 사회에 확산되는 것을 기해 본다. 이를 통해 지까지의 서구 사회의 경험과는 다르게 성소수자 개인의 자유로운 자기표 과 함께 성경 성윤리가 지속으로 존되는 사회를 바라볼 수 있게 된다. Korean society has recently been observing distinct behavioral changes of sexual minority groups. This paper analyzes the behavioral changes of the sexual minority using game theory, and interprets them from the traditional viewpoint of Christian ethics on sexual orientation. A hypothetical game model is developed and analyzed. The concept of critical rate for accepting the sexual orientations of the minority is suggested and discussed regarding the society’s propensity to avoid social conflicts. The critical rate provides a decision making criterion for the intelligent sexual minority to alter their group behaviors. Since a society with greater freedom of expression has also a smaller value of critical rate, it could be important to keep the society’s acceptance rate of the minority’s sexual orientations below the critical rate. In this light, an honesty practice is asserted for casual conversations that one should express plainly one’s belief in traditional Christian ethics on sexual orientation. Continual and extended practices of this honesty conceive hope for a society where the biblical sexual ethics are invariantly respected without harming the freedom of expression for sexual minority.

Development of Automated Test Equipment to Improve the Measurement Uncertainty of Seismic Acceleration Sensors: Focusing on Tilting-Type Equipment

This study developed an automated seismic acceleration sensor test equipment to improve the high measurement uncertainty of existing test equipment with the tilting method. The equipment was developed by setting the legal standards for seismic acceleration sensor test equipment and the problems of existing test equipment as performance indicators. The problems with the existing test equipment, which was manually operated, included measurement error owing to handling vibration, occurrence of angle error according to the observation field, and measurement method without considering hysteresis. The developed equipment satisfied the legal standards, and the problem of measurement error owing to handling vibration and angle error according to the observation field of view was improved by attaching a servo motor and precision level to the measurement equipment. Hysteresis control has been improved by adding the delay time control function of dedicated software (S/W). The developed automated seismic acceleration sensor test equipment can be used for the testing of seismic acceleration sensors, and the operating software reduced measurement uncertainty in the testing of seismic acceleration sensors.
