The topic of this study is a survey research about the economic recognition related to economic ethics and information literacy of students(6,779) extend from elementary school to university. First, for the ability to use computers, it is recognizing that 49.6% of students are normal, 38.6% are superior, and 12.8% are inferior. In part of class, it tends to recognize that it is the superior as the level of school is the lower excepting middle school students. Second, we can find great difference between male students and female students related to purpose of using internet, 79.8% of male students are using computer to play game or entertainment(1), search data or knowledge(2), chatting or massenger(3), 70.1% of female students are using internet to search data or knowledge(1), chatting or massenger(2) and meeting of similar taste. Third, it shows a tendency that the economic activity using internet or cell-phone increases faster as the level of schools is higher. In detail, they primarily use buying or settlement of products(63%), purchasing internet service(20.9%). Fourth, for using illegal CD, not only they didn't feel guilty in all levels of schools, excepting university students, it is showed that the trust of intellectual poverty right is weaker as the level of schools is higher. So, it is becoming serious problems. It seems a task which should be supplemented through economic education of schools in the future.

본 논문은 세계화와 지식기반사회의 도래에 따른 한국경제에 있어서의 시장 메커니즘에 대한 이해와 오해를 살펴보고, 이를 극복하기 위한 경제교육의 역할을 조명하고 있다. 본 논문의 분석에 의하면 한국경제는 시장 메커니즘과 기업가에 대해서 일반대중의 강한 적개심이 표현되어있다. 이러한 한국의 시장 메커니즘에 대한 오해와 반기업적인 정서는 기업가정신을 약화시켜, 결과적으로 산업의 공동화를 가져와 `낮은 성장률`과 `높은 실업률`로 귀결될 가능성이 높다는 점을 인식해야 할 것이다. 또한 시장 메커니즘과 세계화에 대한 올바른 이해를 위한 경제교육, 특히 청소년 학교 경제교육에서 강조해야 할 사항은 다음과 같다. ① 시장경제에 있어서의 가격체제에 대한 올바른 이해가 중요하다. ② 반시장적이고 반기업적인 정서가 태동한 이유에 대한 논의가 중요하다. ③ 기업 친화적 마인드를 키워주는 경제교육이 필요하다. ④ 세계화에 대한 균형 잡힌 시각이 중요하다. This paper examines understanding and misunderstanding of the market mechanism in the Korean Economy and develops the role of economic education in the flow of globalization and knowledge-based economy. Our results provide implications on the market economy that Korean economy reflects a strong anger of citizen against both market mechanism and entrepreneur and thus, entrepreneurship is degraded by misunderstanding of the market mechanism and the atmosphere of anti-enterprise. This situation induces hollowing-out in industry and results in both low growth rate and high unemployment rate in the Korean Economy. Our results reveal that it is strongly necessary to emphasize economic education in the following respects; proper understanding of the market economy, discussion on the atmosphere of both anti-market and anti-enterprise, economic education for business mind, balanced perspective on globalization, and proper understanding for the relationship among market, government, and citizen.

In this study ot is suggested that all of us make constant efforts in all aspects to cope with the environmental problems that have threatened the existence of race. And especially it is stressed thatan ecological approach is also necessary in the field of economics. I have tried to develop the original analysis on the point of view of the beginning of analysis. It seems to me that the new way that ecological approach seeks after creats the new system which satisfied the intrinsic limitation of the fundamental desire as man and does not violate the external limitation of the resouces and environment on the earth. Therefore, it is expected to help explore the economic society of an ecological sound future. Inthis approach first of all, the existing theory of value must be re-examined and the new theory of value should be developed. So I advocate with natural theory of value based on its ecological view of tuman being. this natural of value contains the harmony between ecological system and economic system of human and takes aim at ecological sound lasting developmrnt. One of expediencies to surmount the ecological crisis on the whole earth will have to seek after an opportunity to supplement and develop a defect of the western thought in the eastern thought. Consequently, it is expected that new ecological economics will bestow relative abundance under absolute scarcity upon us, and do much for relieving and conquering alienation and frustration as well as the crisis of environment.

My purpose is to present a lesson of content and methodology which shows the role of information as an input for decision making with less than perfect information. The main contents are summarized as follows. First, this paper accepts theoretical assistance from information economics using decision making under uncertainly. As a hypothesis, information economics shows that the essence of problem is not non-information but asymmetric information and it can be concertized as the problem of adverse selection and moral hazard. Secondly, this paper introduces a procedure for a lesson with the study of student's consumption behavior. This lesson is designed to confront students with a realistic situation and work from a model of Netusil and Haupert's experiment which has been successfully used at Reed College and the University of Wisconsin. Thirdly, this paper arranges some implication for economic lesson in social studies from information economics and emphasizes the importance of cooperative competition with mutual information to solve the problem of inefficiency and unfairness of decision making due to asymmetric information.
