The purpose of this study is to develop a business model that uses renewable energy centered on solar power to generate electricity by using the roof of an apartment and utilize it in the form of distributed resources. Therefore, using Eco-science methodology optimized to develop a convergence industry model, service derivation through analysis of new and renewable energy environments, an innovation model of the existing ecosystem to implement the service, and a business model based on the innovation ecosystem were designed. As a result, an innovative business model that applied a virtual fee offset system using solar power generation facilities in the idle space on the roof of an apartment in the city was presented.

This paper describes a study regarding the correlation between the predicative verb tense-aspect used in Russian texts and the communication register. According to the communication register grammar, the tense-aspect of Russian predicative verbs play significant roles in conveying communication intention of the speaker. The main reason behind this phenomenon is that sentences with similar structures incorporate completely different communication intentions based on the tense-aspect of the predicative verbs used. When analyzing texts, therefore, one must consider the roles played by the three functions of predicative verb aspects: aorist, perfect and imperfect. From the predicative verb tense perspective, one must consider the text time (physical/incident-action incurred/incident-action perceived) and the communication register time (actual/general/universal) in addition to the general tense. Such time categorization is based on the premise that the correlation between the observer and the incident-action is established by not only the direct observation of the observer, but also human intelligence capabilities that are unrelated to the time factor. According to the communication register grammar, there is always a specific observer involved in reproduction register texts. Furthermore, the actual time‘s three points in time - text, incident-action incurred and incident-action perceived - are always identical. On the other hand, there is no particular observer‘s perspective in information register texts. Here, the information register time is the general time, and there are cases where the text point in time is identical with the incident-action incurred/perceived points in time. These facts help us understand how usage of the predicative verb in a sentence can alter the speaker‘s communication intention.
TCP/IP에서 퍼지 논리를 사용한 선택적 셀 제거 방식에 관한 연구

본 논문은 ATM(Asynchronous Transfer Mode) 서비스 분류 중 UBR(Unspecified Bit Rate)과 ABR(Available Bit Rate)상에서의 인터넷 TCP/IP(Transmission Control Protocol-Internet Protocol) 트래픽에 관한 연구이다. 퍼지 논리 예측은 트래픽 처리량의 효율성과 공정성을 개선하는 데 사용된다. 본 논문에서는 TCP/IP에서 셀 제거 방식에 기반한 UBR 서비스 버퍼 방식으로 퍼지 논리를 사용하였다. 이는 퍼지 논리 선택적 셀 제거 방식이라고 부른다. 이 방식의 주요 특징은 스위치의 차후 예측 버퍼 상태에 따라서 동적으로 새로 들어오는 패킷을 수락할 것인지 제거할 것인지를 결정한다는 것이다. 이는 제거 인수의 산출을 위해 퍼지 논리 예측의 사용으로 수행된다. 패킷 제거 결정은 이러한 제거 인수와 예측 초기값에 의해 결정된다. 시뮬레이션을 수행하여 제안된 방식이 TCP/IP의 효율성과 공정성 측면에서 현저하게 개선된 것을 알 수 있다. ABR 서비스에서 TCP/IP를 연구하기 위하여 퍼지 논리 ABR 서비스 버퍼 관리 방식을 이전의 연구로부터 근접하거나 정확한 공정율 계산 ER(Explicit cell Rate) 스위치 알고리즘에 적용하였다. 그리하여 기존의 방식과 퍼지 논리 제어 방식의 성능을 비교하였다. 시뮬레이션 결과는 TCP 패킷 손실율이 0이고, 퍼지 논리 제어 방식이 최대한의 효과를 내며 작은 버퍼 크기로 완벽한 공정성을 갖는 것을 보여준다. 퍼지 논리 제어 방식은 VBR 트래픽과 혼용되었었을 때 낮은 셀 손실을 갖고 보다 높은 효율성을 보여준다. This paper presents some studies on the Internet TCP/IP(Transmission Control Protocol-Internet Protocol) traffic over ATM(Asynchronous Transfer Mode) UBR(Unspecified Bit Rate) and ABR(Available Bit Rate) classes of service. Fuzzy logic prediction has been used to improve the efficiency and fairness of traffic throughput. For TCP/IP over UBR, a novel fuzzy logic based cell dropping scheme is presented. This is referred to as fuzzy logic selective cell drop (FSCD). A key feature of the scheme is its ability to accept or drop a new incoming packet dynamically based on the predicted future buffer condition in the switch. This is achieved by using fuzzy logic prediction for the production of a drop factor. Packet dropping decision is then based on this drop factor and a predefined threshold value. Simulation results show that the proposed scheme significantly improves TCP/IP efficiency and fairness. To study TCP/IP over ABR, we applied the fuzzy logic ABR service buffer management scheme from our previous work to both approximate and exact fair rate computation ER(Explicit cell Rate) switch algorithms. We then compared the performance of the fuzzy logic control with conventional schemes. Simulation results show that on zero TCP packet loss, the fuzzy logic control scheme achieves maximum efficiency and perfect fairness with a smaller buffer size. When mixed with VBR traffic, the fuzzy logic control scheme achieves higher efficiency with lower cell loss.
