The causes of increasing the leisure which is considered as a symbol of the matured society can be described in various ways. They are generally composed of the increase and centralized in population, in dustrializatlon, urbanization, the promotlon of educational and cultural level etc. In addition to these causes, there are other concrete one's, the extension of average span of human life the shortening of working time, the development of transportation vehecles and increase of disposal income. The difficult problem which we will confront in the approaching matured society so that we don't understand the meaning of leisure which is naturally produced in the course of changing social environments. We must, therefore, capture the characteristics of modern leisure preferences and leisure behaviors in relation to this problem, the leisure development center in Japan declared that the modern leisure society contains the following four characteristics; (1) one takes a greater interest in the objects near him. (2) one would like to plan to make use of spare time. (3) one tends to get excited in the leisure behavior. (4) one has a strong tendency for wasting time. The prospects for the changing of peoples time, expenditure, the expectation of leisure are in support of the above declaration. Therefore, the future matured society will strongly take up the leisure pattern. Conclusively, our country should also attempt to research people's leisure pattern to stabilize the leisure system, and to provide people with the right view to the leisure. In addition, it is necessary to develop the leisure utilization, to enlarge the leisure space, and to centralize and actualize the leisure policy.

중고차 시장의 의제매입세액공제제도에 대한 후생효과 분석

This study theoretically analyzes the welfare effect on the deduction of deemed input tax in used car market in Korea. We exam how the competitive equilibrium is achieved in the used car market where firms or individuals sell their used cars through dealers. The deemed input tax system plays a role of subsidy to the used cars sold by individual sellers. We find that this deemed input tax system works negatively to firm sellers while it increases the profit of individual sellers and the welfare of buyers. We also find that the optimal deduction rate of deemed input tax which maximizes social welfare should be higher as value added tax rate increases, cost of dealers increases, cost of firm sellers increases, and cost of individual sellers decreases. 본 연구는 부가가치세가 존재하는 중고차 거래시장에서의 의제매입세액공제제도가 사회후생에 미치는 영향을 분석한다. 이를 위해 법인 또는 개인 중고차 판매자가 자신의 중고차를 중개업자를 통해 구매자에게 판매하는 시장에서 경쟁균형이 어떻게 나타나는가를 살펴보았다. 중고차 시장에서의 의제매입세액공제제도는 개인 판매자로부터 구매하는 중고차에 대해 중개업자에게 지급하는 보조금 역할을 한다. 이러한 의제매입세액공제제도는 법인 판매자에게는 부정적이지만 개인 판매자와 중개업자와 구매자의 후생에는 긍정적 영향을 미친다. 또한 사회후생 측면에서 바람직한 의제매입세액 공제율은 부가가치세율이 높을수록, 중개업자 및 법인 판매자의 비용이 높을수록, 그리고 개인 판매자의 비용이 낮을수록 상승한다.

단층 파라미터에 따른 확률론적 지진해일 재해곡선의 민감도 분석

Logic trees for probabilistic tsunami hazard assessment include numerous variables to take various uncertainty on earthquake generation into consideration. Results from the hazard assessment vary in different way as more variables are considered in the logic tree. This study is conducted to estimate the effects of various scaling laws and fault parameters on tsunami hazard at the nearshore of Busan. Active fault parameters, such as strike angle, dip angle and asperity, are adjusted in the modelling of tsunami propagation, and the numerical results are used in the sensitivity analysis. The influence of strike angle to tsunami hazard is not as much significant as it is expected, instead, dip angle and asperity show a considerable impact to tsunami hazard assessment. It is shown that the dip angle and the asperity which determine the initial wave form are more important than the strike angle for the assessment of tsunami hazard in the East Sea. 확률론적 지진해일 재해도 평가를 위한 로직트리는 지진발생 패턴의 다양성을 고려하기 위해 많은 변수를 고려하여 구성된다. 고려되는 변수가 많아질수록 재해도 평가 결과는 다양한 패턴으로 변화한다. 본 연구에서는 로 직트리에 제시되어 있는 다양한 단층 파라미터 변수와 스케일링 규칙이 부산 근해에서의 지진해일 재해도에 미치는 영향을 평가하였다. 로직트리에 제시된 변수 중 주향각, 경사각 및 단층변위분포 변수의 값을 변화시켜가며 지진해 일 전파모의를 수행하고, 그 결과를 이용하여 민감도 분석을 수행하였다. 그 결과 주향각 변수가 재해도 평가 결과 에 미치는 영향은 예상보다 크지 않은 반면, 초기수면의 공간적 분포에 영향을 줄 수 있는 경사각과 단층변위분포의 영향이 크게 나타났다. 이는 주향각보다는 초기수면의 형상을 결정하는 경사각과 단층변위의 공간분포가 동해 지진 해일의 재해도 평가에서 중요인자임을 보여준다.

This study is showed reliability and validity of item of measurement to measuring authenticity of cultural tourism festival. And more over, authenticity of Gwangalli-eobang festival, one of the Busan cultural tourism festivals was researched experientially. Four general conclusions were drawn from the results of the research. (1) 15 items were selected to measuring authenticity of cultural tourism festival. and, it was constructed 3 factors of Objective authenticity, Experiential authenticity and Constructive authenticity; (2) Perceived level of authenticity(seven point scale) on Gwangalli-eobang festival by the visitors were output average 4.92 point for Objective authenticity, 4.37 point for Constructive authenticity and 4.24 point for Experiential authenticity; (3) Result of cluster analysis about authenticity of Gwangalli-eobang festival is showed two clusters; (4) Result of correlation analysis between demography characteristics, age and marriage status, and authenticity clusters found to be significantly related. The singles in twenty group gave highest authenticity rating and reversely the married people in thirty group gave lowest authenticity rating to Gwangalli-eobang festival.
