BLMC-VE (Very-Early Strength latex modified concrete using modified emulsified asphalt) enables early traffic opening in 4 hours after completion of concrete laying, and has excellent adhesion strength, chloride ion penetration resistance, freeze-thaw resistance, crack resistance, durability. Using its characteristics, it is used for overlaying bridge decks or concrete road pavement repair work. By completely removing the old bridge deck concrete and then paving the bridge surface, the load capacity is improved and the effect of structural repair and reinforcement is excellent. As a result of performance evaluation, BLMC-VE can prevent road icing at sub-zero temperatures and promote thawing at melting temperatures.

배수성 아스팔트포장의 배수 성능향상을 위한 유공관 설치에 관한 조사연구

Recently, human casualties caused by road accidents on asphalt paved roads on highways and national roads have emerged as a social problem. Water penetrated from the pavement layer stays in a place where it is structurally impossible to drain during porous asphalt pavement or floor plate construction, and promotes aging and peeling at the pavement layer due to freeze-thaw and pumping phenomenon. To alleviate this, drainage pipes can be installed to induce immediate drainage treatment of penetrating water, thereby increasing the durability and prolonging the life of porous asphalt pavement. In this technical note, drainage pipes used in porous asphalt pavement are examined, and it is expected that traffic accidents and human casualties can be greatly reduced by quickly draining water that has penetrated through the installation of drainage pipes.

산성수용액 환경 내 슈퍼 오스테나이트계 스테인리스강 (UNS S31254)의 용접 및 용접 후 열처리 전 · 후 부식거동

국제해사기구 (International Maritime Organization, IMO)에서는 선박에서 배출되는 이산화탄소, 황산화물 및 질소산화물을 줄이기 위해 2020년 1월부터 배출 규제해역 외 모든 해역의 선박에서 배출되는 황 함유량을 감소시키는 등 규제를 대폭 강화하였다. 규제를 만족시키기 위해 최근에는 선박 내 스크러버를 설치하는 추세이다. 한편 스크러버에 적용된 강재는 황산화물이 다량 함유된 가스 정화 시 해수가 이용됨에 따라 부식 구동력이 높은 환경에 장기적으로 노출되어진다. 이에 따라 장기적 고내식 특성을 보증할 수 있는 소재가 요구되며, 경제성 측면에서 슈퍼 타입의 오스테나이트계 스테인리스 강재 (super austenitic stainless steel, SASS)의 적용가능성이 높게 평가되고 있다. 슈퍼 오스테나이트계 스테인리스 강재를 대상으로, 부품 및 설비 등의 형상 제작을 위해 용접이 수반되는데, 용접 시 모재와 용접부간 화학적 조성 및 입열량 등 용접조건에 따라 석출되는 이차상 입자들로 인해 소재의 기계적 특성 및 부식특성이 크게 달라질 수 있다. 이에 따라 기계적 특성 및 우수한 내식성 보증이 가능한 Ni기반의 Inconel 계 합금이 적용되나, 모재와 용접부 간 화학적 조성차이에 기인한 이차상 석출의 가능성이 존재할 수 있다. 따라서 이차상 입자의 형성 감소를 목적으로 용접 후 열처리 (post weld heat treatment, PWHT)가 수행되고 있다. 하지만 실제 산업 내에서 후 열처리 수행 시, 용접부 뿐 아니라 모재 영역 또한 열이력을 동일하게 받기 때문에 열처리-냉각 프로세스 과정에서 발생되는 미세조직적 변화와 이에 따른 부식거동 변화에 대해 보다 명확하게 이해할 필요가 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 슈퍼 오스테나이트계 스테인리스 강재를 대상으로 플라즈마 아크용접과 가스 텅스텐 아크용접을 적용하여, 용접 후 열처리 전후에 따른 이차상 석출거동 차이 측면에서 공식개시에 대한 메커니즘적 원인을 규명하고, 고내식 특성을 보증하기 위한 용접 후 열처리 최적화 조건에 대한 바람직한 방향에 대해 제시하고자 한다.

There have been much studies and disscussions on the symbol of 'Nim' (lover) in Manhae's poems from various aspects. As a whole they may be listed up in three Parts as follows. ① 'Nim' is a symbol for the fatherland. ② 'Nim' is a religious symbol for Buddhism. ③ 'Nim' has some complex meaning for fatherland, lover, God, brethren, Buddhism, etc. But, these observations might have some defects and logical faults because we can hardly accept these assertions as a valid basis for arguments. Therefore we must attempt to analyze the whole content of his poem, "Silence of Nim" with sincerity. In the last analysis about the poem "Silence of Nim", we can arrive to the following conclusions. A) The meaning of "Nim" in the preface "Redundant Word" is a symbol for his fatherland and his nation which had been in a critical situation like a miserable infant lamb." B) The meaning of "Nim" in "Silence of Nim" have various special qualities as follows. ① The lover(Nim) that left him behind. ② The lover in the days old. ③ The lover that gone away from him by some unintended circumstances. ④ The lover that left away from him in the begining of Autumn season ⑤ The lover who had some absolute relationship with him ⑥ The lover who would come back to him without fail. ⑦ The lover who had not come back to him yet. ⑧ The lover who has kept silence. After all, the meaning of "Nim" (lover) in Manhae's poems must be suitable to one or more of the above-side eight categories. Among them the meaning of "Nim" appears to be the nearest symbol for the fatherland. In short, "Nim" in Manhae's poems is nothing but a representation of his fatherland "Korea" in desolated situation in which he has born and kept on living. It seems simply that he added to it some ideals of Buddhism and traditional Korean woman moral virtues.

우리 문학에 나타난, 소재로서의 〈새〉는 우리 문학의 상징법 연구에 매우 중요한 위치를 차지한다. 따라서, 우리 시가의 상징법 연구에 있어서도 자연 〈새〉를 중시하지 않을 수가 없다. 그런 뜻에서 먼저 시조 작품에 등장하는 〈새〉를 중심으로 상징법을 검토해 본 것이 본 논문이다. 시조 문학에 등장한 〈새〉를 고찰해 보면, 먼저 은둔자의 벗으로서 은둔자의 삶을 상징하고 있으며, 나아가 풍류적인 삶, 귀소 본능을 통한 조락적 애수, 귀불귀적인 망혼, 그리고 인간 세태의 풍자 등으로 나타나 있음을 볼 수 있다. 이러한 용법은 대체로 알레고리의 범주를 벗어나지 못하고 있으나, 이러한 현상도 일단 간접화란 의미에서 상징의 범주에 넣을 수 있다. 뿐만 아니라, 그 중에는 松江의 작품 〈잘 새는 □라들고…〉〈2495〉나 작자 미상의 〈곳이 진다□고 새들아…〉〈214〉같은 작품은 알레고리적 한계를 넘어 상당한 수준의 상징성을 보여 주고 있다. 단, 새의 가장 큰 특성인 비상성을 통한 상징이 보이지 않는 것이 아쉬운 점이다.

Crow was one of the very frequently refered subject in Korean ancient poetry (Shijo). The Crow has been symbolized in Korean Poetry as often as some other birds. More of less, the symbolic meaning of crow represent some ill omen or a negative conception because of its black feathers and unpleasant cry. But, this has not always been the truth; some of them represented very affirmative sympathy. For example, sometimes it gave expressions for a symbol of filial piety based deeply on Confucianism. The following are the symbolic meaning of crow in Korean ancient poetry. ① symbol of filial piety. ② symbol of physical quality. ③ symbol of black colour. ④ symbol of death. ⑤ symbol of a clique. ⑥ symbol of a powerful vassal. ⑦ symbol of a trifle life. ⑧ symbol of truth or sincerity. ⑨ symbol of the homing instinct. ⑩ symbol of the time. ⑪ symbol of the melodious. Some famous cases among them are the symbol of filial piety and the colour symbol of black and white. Among others, the work (No. 23) written by mother of Chung-Mongjoo, in an excellant master piece. It taken as important place in Korean literary history because it was written so early in fourteenth century. And it sowed us so old style of symbolism in Korean literature. Neverthless it seems that the symbolism of crow couldn't go beyond the boundary of its allegory. This is one of the great defect in the crow's symbolism. But, we may expect that those defect or imperfectness would filled up by the symbolism of contemporary poets.
