영상표시단말기 사용 시 머리굽힘자세가 어깨근육의 근 활성도에 미치는 영향

연구목적: 본 연구는 영상표시단말기 사용 시 머리굽힘자세(flexed neck posture)와 중립머리자세(neutral neck posture)에 따른 어깨근육의 근 활성도 변화를 알아 보기위해 수행하였다. 연구방법: 본 연구는 근골격계질환이 없는 성인 남녀 대학생 16명을 대상으로 실시하였으며, 영상표시단말기 사용 시 표면 근전도 시스템을 이용하여 머리굽힘자세(자세1),중립머리자세(자세2)에서 위등세모근의 근 활성도를 측정하였다. 근전도 신호는 %RVC(reference voluntary contraction)로 표준화하였고 두 자세간의 근 활성도를 SPSS 14.0을 이용한 짝비교 t-검정(paired t-test)을 하여 비교분석하였다. 연구결과: 자세 1에서 위등세모근의 근 활성도 %RVC의 평균은 왼쪽이 4.6%, 오른쪽이 4.4%이었고, 자세 2에서는 왼쪽이 3.9%, 오른쪽이 3.5% 으로 나타났다. 위등세모근은 자세 1에서 근 활성도가 유의하게 증가하였다(p<0.05). 결론: 중립머리자세는 머리굽힘자세 보다 위등세모근의 근 활성도를 감소시킬 수 있으므로 영상표시단말기 사용 시 중립머리자세를 유지하는 것이 어깨근육의 부담을 줄일 수 있을 것이다. Objective : The aim of this study was to determine the electromyographic(EMG) activity of shoulder muscles while watching Video Display Terminal(VDT) with flexed neck and neutral neck posture. Methods : Sixteen students performed works with flexed neck posture(posture 1) and neutral neck posture( posture 2). Electromyographic activity of the upper trapezius was measured in each posture. The EMG amplitude was normalized using the reference voluntary contraction(RVC). A paired t-test was used to compare the difference in the activity of each muscle in posture 1 and posture 2. Collected data were analyzed by SPSS 14.0. Results : The mean %RVC of the upper trapezius was 4.6%(left), 4.4%(right) in posture 1 and 3.9% (left), 3.5%(right) in posture 2. There was significant difference in the EMG amplitudes of both upper trapezius in posture 1(p<0.05). Conclusion : Muscle activity of both upper trapezius is increased in flexed neck posture. To reduce loading in the shoulder muscles during VDT working, the head must be maintained in neutral head posture.

본 연구의 목적은 사교육 완화 및 공교육 정상화를 목표로 도입된 입학사정관 제도가 실제로 사교육에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보는 데 있다. 이를 위해 2013학년도 전주대학교 신입생을 대상으로 입학사정관 전형 입학생과 일반 전형 입학생의 사교육 경험, 대학생활 및 고교생활의 차이를 분석하였으며, 입학사정관 전형 입학생들의 경우 전형 결정 시점에 따라 사교육 경험에 차이가 있는지를 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 사교육 기간, 비용 등 사교육 경험과 고교 및 대학생활에서 입학사정관 전형 입학생과 일반 전형 입학생 사이에서 유의한 차이가 발견되지 않았다. 다만, 입학사정관 전형 학생들의 대학에서의 수업 만족도가 약간 높고, 고교 시절에 봉사활동에 좀 더 적극적이었던 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 입학사정관 전형 이외의 다른 전형에 대해서도 준비를 하지 않을 수 없는 현행 대학입시제도의 현실을 반영한 것으로서, 사교육 감소를 위해서는 보다 근본적이고 체계적인 대책이 필요할 것으로 보인다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact to private education of admission officer system that is aimed to reduce private education and to normalize public education. For this, we analyzed the differences in the private education experiences and the life of high school of the 2013 freshman of the Jeonju University. According to the study, there were no differences in the periods and expenses of private education between the students admitted by admission officer and general students. But, students admitted by admission officer showed higher class satisfaction in college and more active volunteer activity in high school. These results reflect the problems of current college admission system which are excessively complex. Therefore, for the effective reduce of private education, more fundamental and systematic countermeasures are needed.
