        그린광고가 소비자태도에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구 : 메시지 효과에 관련하여

        요즈음 환경에 대한 교육적 의미와 그린제품의 보다 많은 확산과 환경보호의 차원에서 그린광고의 필요성과 중요성이 증가되고 있음에도 불구하고 광고 전략상의 문제로서 특히 그린광고에 대한 연구가 거의 이루어지지 않은 점에 착안하여 소비자들의 환경에 대한 인식을 북돋우고 그린제품 구매자뿐만 아니라 비그린제품 구매자의 그린제품 구매를 유도한다는 차원에서 그린광고에 대한 연구를 하였다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 그린광고가 소비자태도에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구로서 특히 메시지구조(결론생략/제시)측면과 관여를 고려한 상황에서 그린광고가 어떠한 메시지구조로 이루어져 있을 때 효과적인가를 알아보기 위해 그린/비그린제품 광고가 소비자의 인지/감정/행도에 대한 태도에 따라 어떠한 차이를 보이는지를 알아보고, 그린/비그린제품 광고의 경우 메시지구조(결론생략/제시)에 따라 어떠한 차이를 보이며 어떠한 메시지구조를 취할 때 광고의 효과가 나타나는지를 살펴본다. 그리고 그린/비그린제품 광고의 관여(고/저)에 따라 차이를 보이는지를 분석하고 어떤 상황에서 어떠한 메시지구조를 선택하는 것이 효과적인지를 살펴본다. 즉, 수많은 광고에 노출되고 있는 소비자들이 그린광고에 대해서는 어떠한 시각을 갖고 있으며 그린광고의 형태에 메시지의 결론을 제시해서 설득적인 의도를 표현하는 것이 효과적인지 메시지의 결론을 생략해서 설득적인 의도를 숨기고 소비자들이 스스로 추론하고 정보탐색을 하도록 하는 메시지구조가 그린광고의 형태에 효과적인지를 밝혀서 앞으로의 그린광고의 제작 및 메시지구조 측면에 있어서 그린광고의 효과와 개선에 도움을 주고 그럼으로써 많은 그린제품 확산에도 기여하고자한다.

        공정성과 조직유효성에 관한 연구 - 조직몰입, 직무만족과의 관계를 중심으로 -

        This study has uncovered some important relationships among employees perceptions of distributive justice and procedural justice and organizational commitment and job satisfaction and organizational effectiveness. The present study attempts, first, to identify the perceived justice in promotion and transfer, performance evaluation, pay raise, job allocation and job fire. Second, to determine the relative importance of DJ(distributive justice) and PJ(procedural justice). Add to that two's justice's impact organizational committment, job satisfaction and to examine relationships of organizational committment, job satisfaction. Third, to examine relationships of organizational committment, job satisfaction and organizational effectiveness. The research is the identification of a modest but significant relationship between the two justice and organizational commitment and job satisfaction and organizational effectiveness. The result make it clear that employee find that right personnel management of fairness.

The research is the identification of a modest but significant relationship between the two justice and organizational effectiveness. The result make it clear that employee find that right personnel management of fairness. To summarize the result of three variables's relationship influence is as below. The results indicated that perceptions of procedural justice as much organizational effectiveness than do perceptions of distributive justice. As also predicted, the perception of distributive justice did not impact organizational effectiveness. Therefore, Partially supporting the hypothesis. The research implications of these study suggest that great causality should be this paper' research model in three variables. The result indicate that manager must pay attention to employees perceptions of procedural justice and distributive justice.

      • 국가 간 비교를 통한 노인장기요양 보험제도 개선방안

        노인이 겪는 네 가지 고통인 빈곤, 질병, 역할상실, 외로움 중에서도 의료보장과 소득보장은 시급하게 해결되어야 할 최우선 과제들이다. 그런 차원에서 2008년에 실시된 노인장기요양보험제도와 기초노령연금제도는 우리나라의 노인복지정책을 진일보 발전시키는 첫걸음이라고 할 수 있으며 두 영역의 중요성 때문에 ‘2008년을 대한민국 노인복지의 원년’이라고도 한다. 하지만 우리보다 먼저 장기요양보호서비스를 시행하고 있는 복지선진국들 대다수가 만성적 재정 부족과 시행착오를 경험하고 있는 것을 볼 때, 제도의 안정적 운영과 개선을 위해서는 장기요양서비스의 제도 운영 전반에 걸친 면밀한 분석이 필요하다는 걸 알 수 있다. 이를 위해 복지선진국들과 우리나라의 제도를 Gilbert와 Terrel(2005)이 제시했던 정책분석틀을 적용하여 “누구에게 무엇을 어떻게 서비스 할 것인가?”의 요소로서 노인장기요양보험제도의 특징을 대상체계, 급여체계, 재원체계, 전달체계로 분석영역을 분류하여 문헌연구를 통한 비교․분석 후 현실적 문제점과 향후 개선방안을 제시해 보았다.

        This study examined the individual investors' Behavior and proposed the research task how significant difference within and among investor's personality types. First of all, we investigated factors that influence individual investor's investment behavior, such as, openness, will to achieve, self-monitoring. As result investors who have lately five number of holding stock are more dependent on openness and will to achieve.

        The purpose of this thesis is to help the teachers in school to widen the knowledge and to understand the North Korean society by comparative analysis of South and North Korean elementary school's mathematics education process and text books. It is needless to say that we need to have more knowledge and understanding about North Korea as the international and national situation is changing so rapidly these days. One of the most effective ways to understand North Korea is to understand their education. So, 1 wrote this thesis as a way of getting ready for the united Korea by knowing mathematics texts and their system, composition, contents of elementary school in North Korea If this little try is going to be a help in anyway, I will try to do a better study in future.

        신노사문화 구축에 관한 제언

        Under the pressure of competition and efficiency in the 21st century, many firms need to adapt the system of new labor relationship, labor management' innovation. In global economy and information time, country and company have become a business imperative core strategy. Industrial and Labor management culture is more innovation and sustain, development. Therefore, This paper review, the new era of 21st century of knowledged based information society, new labor management culture's shape and the possibility of strong corporate culture's impact. This study suggested several improvement ways of Labor Management. The directions of participation in decisions in labor relation as follows: A manager and employee cope with partnership each other, open management is to successfully operate. Then investment enlarge human resource development, career development, education & training's enforcement etc. Employee are creativity and innovation task centered interested in the working conditions. First of all, employee has to not only effort to productivity improvement, but also voluntarily capacity improvement. These changes are hot issues to employee as well as to manager. Also, Government role is very important. They provide to constructive infra and human resource management should be develop as well as supported to knowledge based employee in socially responsible management. Finally, new labor relations culture' practice can effort the growth to improve upgrading strategy the sound labor-manager.

      • 지식경영의 핵심요인이 조직유효성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 - 건설산업을 중심으로 -

        The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between core factor of Knowledge Management(KM) and organizational effectiveness. The objects of study are middle manager in hosing construction and civil engineering and construction industry, and the sample size is 228. The core factor of KM and indicator of organizational effectiveness are drawn by literature survey. The core factors are classified into human capital, organizational capital, structural capital, (to put it concretely), job capability, human relation, strategy, information technology, process, sharing culture, leadership, measurement. The indicator of organizational effectiveness are measured by job satisfaction, organization loyalty, competitiveness. The main results of this study can be summarized as the following. 1) The core factor of KM has a positive relationship to organizational effectiveness. Especially, the core factor of sharing culture and leadership are strongly relationship with organizational effectiveness. 2) There was a high positive correlation between job satisfaction and organization loyalty. 3) Human, structural, and structural capital had a different affect on organizational effectiveness. 4) The more job position and educational level high, the more they recognized that KM is necessary for their organization. 5) Among the success factor in KM, the factor of job capability was well perceived to respondent. According to this study, we can analyzed the relationship between success factor and organizational effectiveness, and drawn the most influence success factor on organizational effectiveness. Concurrently, the results of this study will be useful guidelines for shaping the KM operation framework in construction industry.

        This paper have three kinds of purposes that is based on the past data. A business culture is composed of a visible common conceptualization in 1980’s. After I look into the solution related on measuring of the business culture. In this study I try to attempt a new access of the business culture and test business culture to stand a competition advantage through the relationship business culture between business strategy. This study also suggest an really useful alternative idea on the new business culture to korean enterprise.
