        아미노산 모노글리세리드류의 합성 및 계면성

        비이온성 계면활성제인 5종의 모노글리세릴 피로글루타메이트류는 초산나트륨 촉매하에 피로글루탐산과 모노글리세리드를 에스테르 반응시켜 높은 수율로 제조하였다. IR, ^1H-NMR로 그들의 구조를 확인하였고 계면장력, 유화력을 측정하였다. 반응 생성물들의 오일용액에서의 물에 대한 계면장력은 5∼9dyne/㎝까지 저하되었고, 계면장력 저하능은 모노글리세리드 피로글루탐산 에스테르의 소수성 탄소부에 의존된다. 벤젠 및 대두유에서의 유화력을 측정한 결과 대두유보다 벤젠의 유화력이 우수하였으며 유화제로서의 응용이 기대된다. Nonionic surfactants, monoglyceryl pyroglutamates, have been synthesized in a high yield by esterification of monoglyceride with pyroglutamic acid in the presence of sodium acetate catalyst. Their structures were confirmed by IR and ^1H-NMR studies. For these compounds, surface active properties including interfacial tension and emulsifying power were measured. The interfacial tensions of their oil solution against water were decreased to 5∼9dyne/㎝ and the tendency of lowering the interfacial tension was depending on the increase of carbon atom number in the hydrophobic alkyl chain of monoglyceryl pyroglutamates. The experimental results indicated that emulsifying power of the nonionic surfactant was better in benzene than in soybean oil. Due to the good surface properties, the nonionic surfactants, monoglyceryl pyroglutamates, are expected to be used as emulsifiers.

        폴리프로필렌 수지 중 카드뮴과 납 측정 숙련도 시험

        in electrical and electronic products) and WEEE (waste from electrical and electronic equipments) are practicallyused as the technical barrier in international trade (TBT) of vehicles and electrical and electronic productsrecently. Regarding such an environmental regulation, Korea Research Institute of Standards Science (KRIS)organized a proficiency testing scheme to establish the reliability of measurement results produced by the relevantresearch institutes and test laboratories in Korea. Participants were 31 laboratories related to production of theelectrical and electronic equipments and mobile vehicles. Two polypropylene samples of pellet type wereemployed as the proficiency testing materials (PTMs). Cadmium and lead were the analytes chosen amongby post on September 1st 2006, and deadline for results submission were October 10th 2006. The results ofeach laboratory were evaluated in comparison with KRISS reference values using Robustic Z-score and Youdenplot methods. The results of the various sample digestion methods were also compared. Most of participants.         폴리올류 비이온성 계면활성제의 고 / 액간 분산에 관한 연구 ( 제1보 )

        슈크로오스 팔미친산에스테르류의 수용액중에서 탄산칼슘의 고/액간 분산성을 비교 검토한 결과 모노에스테르를 다량 함유한 경우에는 양호한 분산능을 가지지만 디에스테르나 트리에스테르가 많아지게 되면 분산능이 없어지고 반대로 응집성을 갖게 된다. 또한 모노에스테르에서도 농도가 낮아지는 경우에도 응집성을 나타낸다. 분산성을 띨 때 입자는 일반적으로 친수성이지만 응집성을 띨 때는 소수성을 갖는 것으로 모노에스테르류는 Langmuir형의 흡착을 하며 흡착단면적은 슈크로오스의 추정단면적의 1/2에 해당되며 이중층적으로 흡착하고 디에스테르나 트리에스테르류는 다분자층적으로 흡착하고 있는 것으로 생각된다. 그리하여 모노에스테르는 이중층적으로 흡착하고 탄산칼슘의 입자가 친수성으로 되면 양호한 분산성을 나타내지만 디에스테르나 트리에스테르는 화학구조상 소수성을 띤것으로 작용하기 때문에 응집성을 나타내는 것으로 추론되며 소수성화된 탄산칼슘은 분산성을 갖는 것으로 본다. solid/liquid dispersion of calcium carbonate for sucrose palmitate esters was discussed. According to the results, monoester showed good dispersion ability, while di- or triester was flocculation rather than dispersion. And monoester has showed flocculation with decreasing its concentration. We considered that sucrose monoester got into shape of adsorptive double layer and of Langmuir type adsorption and its area occupied by sucrose monoester molecule was a half of the expected area of sucrose adsorption, and that di- or triester was adsorbed multilayer. Therefore when the adsorption of sucrose monoester took the form of adsorptive double layer and the surface of calcium carbonate was hydrophilic, the adsorption ability was good but otherwise one showed flocculation.

        Enflurane 마취후 발생한 간염

        We have experienced acute hepatitis after general anesthesia. We guess that acute hepatitis is caused by enflurane anesthesia. We will report this case with references. A 34 year old pregnant woman suffered from preeclamsia. She admitted for emergence repeat cesarean-section due to labor pain. In this operation general anesthesia was performanced with enflurane. The preoperative liver enzyme were normal and other tests were within normal range. She developed high fever, marked elevation of serum glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase(SGOT)/serum glutamic pyrubic transaminase(SGPT)/ alkaline phosphatase(ALP)/total bilirunbin(T-B) on the 2nd postoperative day. She recovered gradually and discharged after 13 day's hospitalization. A possible cause of the acute hepatitis in this case were considered to be the enflurane.

        Using the multiple electrodes potentiostat system with 16 Pt electrodes array, the electrochemical behaviour of and feasibility for simultaneous determination of H_(2)O_(2), L-ascorbic acid, uric acid and D-(+)-glucose were investigated. From 3 dimensional data of potential-current-time abtained by pulsed amperometric detection (PAD) method using this multipotentiostat system, the concentration of glucose can be directly measured without the interference of L-ascorbic acid. But it was abserved that uric acid affects at glucose oxidation not by oxidation-reduction reaction but by surface adsorption on Pt electrode.

        For setting forth direction of policy development for tourism resources considerations of terrain features, historical back-ground, culture and resources of a given nation must be made more than anything else and to do this analysis of the policy for development of tourism resources should be followed. In general the analysis of tourism policy involves estimation on the result of execution of tourism policy involves estimation on the result of execution of tourism policy hence economic and social cost of policy economic and social benefits must be considered. Like this either designation of tourist resorts and establishment of tourist resorts as shown during such process resulted in unsatisfactory outcome failing to perform any scientific analysis of policy for developing tourism resources due to lack of experts and intrinsic attibutes of military regime. Eventually important issues as the following remain unsettled: First, development of tourist resorts and feasibility analysis of development policy of tourist complexies which were initiated since early 1970s. Second, tourism development policy by the military regime was topdown development strategy and consequently durint the process of development policy making no opinions of the local residents were reflected. Third, as a result of establishing make-shift and hectic instituting of tourist resorts and tourist complex development policy, no serious considerations were given to social cost. Fourth, such tourism resources development policy was instituted in a mode without any balanced consideration for utilization of the land thus it led to serious imbalance in the extent of local development under such policy. For this reason, for the purpose of reorganizing available free space of the land and improvement of conditions of living for the local residents through balanced development of tourist resorts more scientific and rational analysis on the tourism resources development policy must be conducted for setting forth a direction of the policy tailored to this age of local autonomy. On the basis of perceptions on the issues the above this study is made to link up the theory and practice concerning the analysis of tourism resources policy development and propose an alternative to feasibility for tourism resources development policy in general and development policy of tourist complex in particular. The specific objectives to achieve the purpose of this research are as the follows : First in consideratioon of tourism resources development policy and theory of policy analysis idea and goals for analysis of tourism resources development policy are to be instituted more systematically. Second, on the basis of analysis, proofs mentioned above goals for evelopment of tourism resources policy are to be set forth and by specifying lternatives for realization of the policy desirable policies for the tourist omplex in the future are to be suggested. The methodology of this treatise is employing decumentary study and esearcher's intuition study. The contents of this study are as follows. 1. Preface 2. Theorical study. 3. Flame establishment. 4. Model alternatives of Tourism Resources Development policy analysis.
