가족농 유형별 경영전략 차이 분석-우수농업경영체 농가를 대상으로-

Now that we face a paradigm shift in global agriculture, this study begins with examinations into which management strategies are taken and commanded by Korean family farms that benefit from agricultural policies in practice. The purpose of this study is to determine potential differences in management characteristics of domestic family farms depending on whether they expand their management. As a result, it was found that family farms which planned to expand their management showed a similar numerical distribution to those which did not so (96vs89). According to a crosstabulation analysis on family farms` management expansion, farm householder characteristics and agricultural management characteristics, it was found that there were more or less differences in several factors of management expansion, such as farm householder`s age, farming career, major crop, farming income, and property scale. Especially, there were significant differences in family labor force. Conclusively, it is advisable that Korean agricultural policies will have to reflect family farms` various management characteristics, their diverse activities and feedbacks to expand farming management, or their needs for management expansion in certain field.

This study aimed at finding directions for Korean agriculture to establish a new paradigm of sustainable development. Various problematic issues and concerns in the environment necessitate the transformation of Korea`s development paradigm from unconditional growth to Green Growth through new policies on green value and review of various advanced researches. In this research, the environment-friendly agriculture`s problems, particularly in agribusiness were analyzed. Drawing from Michael Porter`s Value Chain Analysis, this research developed a value chain model in agriculture that reflects the environment and the present situations. Future directions in the agriculture sector were also discussed. Korea realized food self-sufficiency through the green revolution in the early 1970s. However, a lot of problems have also occurred, including ground and water pollution and the destruction of ecosystems as a result of the overuse of pesticides and chemical fertilizers. In the late 1970s, the growing interest on environment-friendly agriculture led to the introduction of sustainable methods and techniques. Unfortunately however, these were not innovative enough to foster environment-friendly agriculture. Thereafter, the consumers` distrust on agricultural products has worsened and concerns about health have increased. In view of this, the Ministry of Food, Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries introduced in December 1993 a system of Quality-Certified Products for organic and pesticide-free agri-foods. Although a fundamental step toward the sustainability of the global environment, this system was not enough to promote environment-friendly agriculture. In 2008, Korea`s vision is for Low Carbon Green Growth to move forward while also coping with climate change. But primary sectors in a typical value chain do not consider the green value of their operations nor look at production from an environmental perspective. In order to attain sustainable development, there is a need to use less resources and energy than what is presently used in Korean agricultural and value production. The typical value chain should be transformed into a closed-loop such that the beginning and the end of the chain are linked together. Such structure allows the flow of materials, products and even wastes among participants in the chain in a sustained cycle. This may result in a zero-waste sustainable production without destroying the ecosystem.
슬러지 투입 및 휠트랙킹 시험을 이용한 블록 포장의 기능적 투수평가

주된 도시들의 불투수성 포장화에 따른 현상으로 토양의 사막화를 일으키고 있으며, 나아가, 도시 온난화 현상을 발생시켜도시지역의 평균 온도를 올리는 원인이 되고 있다. 이로 인해 우수가 투수성 토양에 흡수되거나 잔류되어야 하는 양이 줄어듦에 따라 자주 도심지내에서 범람이 되는 현상을 보여주고 있다. 결국은 우수시스템이 제대로 작동하지 않고 침식이 발생하고있다. 투수성 포장시스템과 관련해서는 블록 포장이 여러 군데서 수년 동안 사용되어 왔다. 또한 투수성 블록 포장은 전통적으로 사용된 아스팔트 포장 및 콘크리트 포장에 비해 다양한 형태로 사용될 수 있는 장점과 더불어 타 포장보다 미적으로 낳은면을 보여 주고 있다. 따라서 도로의 현장 조건을 모사하기 위해 본 연구에서는 실험용 슬러지 및 휠 트래킹 장비를 이용한 블록 포장의 기능적인 투수성 평가를 실시하였다. As the percentage of permeable ground is reduced due to the increased impermeable roads of major cities, a heat island phenomenon can be dominantly observed, resulting in increased temperature. In addition, rainfall that would have been naturally absorbed and retained by the permeable ground is overflowed due to large volumes of run-off water, resulting in more sewer failures and increased erosion. In terms of permeable pavement system, block paving has been used anywhere as well as provides many years of service. The permeable block paving is an effective alternative to the more traditional asphalt or plain concrete for minor roads; furthermore, it looks a lot better than other pavements. In this study, the functional drainage evaluation of block paving was carried out, considering the usage of experimental sludge and wheel tracking test, in order to simulate the field condition of roads.

In this paper, we investigated the principle of contact inhibitor switch, and the factors affecting the failure then we analyzed the results according to principle test and measurement method. First, we analyzed contact resistance according to six factors. Six factors are spring contact pressure, height clearance of terminal, clearance of terminal, shape of terminal, thickness of terminal’s Ag, grease quantity. Second we made a sample of inhibitor switch which is changed according to spring contact pressure, and measured contact resistance. The purpose of making sample is the reliability. In all test, the contact resistance was measured every 10 times during the durability test at room temperature, and the terminal wear rate was measured every 1000 times. Because wearing of terminal affects contact resistance.
