          조현병 환자와 건강한 대조군에서 성별에 따른 뇌파 동시성의 차이

          Objectives Alteration of epigenetic effects of testosterone during early development was suggested as an ancillary mechanism for the genesis of schizophrenia. EEG coherence was thought to be a marker for cerebral laterality of which important determinant was testosterone during early development. We studied sex-related differences of EEG coherences between patients with schizophrenia and controls to examine the sex effects in the genesis of schizophrenia. Methods EEG was recorded in 35 patients with schizophrenia and 46 healthy controls in the eyes closed resting state. Pair-wise EEG coherences were calculated over delta, theta, alpha, beta and gamma frequency bands. To examine the differences of EEG coherence according to sex in each group, ANCOVA was performed using Statistical Analysis system (SAS, Ver 9.3) and R (Ver 2.15.2). Results Healthy control males showed more increased right intrahemispheric coherences than healthy control females in delta, theta, alpha and beta frequency bands. In patients with schizophrenia, this male dominant pattern in right intrahemispheric coherences was attenuated especially in alpha and beta bands. Healthy control females showed more increased interhemispheric coherences than healthy control males in delta, theta, beta and gamma frequency bands. In patients with schizophrenia, these female dominant patterns in interhemispheric coherences were attenuated especially in delta, theta, and beta bands, which were commonly observed in frontal to central areas. Conclusion Sex differences in resting EEG coherences were attenuated in schizophrenia patients. These results imply that sex-related aberrant cerebral lateralization might exist in patients with schizophrenia, which are partly due to sex hormones via epigenetic mechanisms.

A building is located in specific lot by law, but architecture isn't limited in a lot. Architecture affects people who stay or walk outside of the lot, and the most important factor of the effect is surface of building. Plan or space are affect just user of building but surface acts to inside and outside both, it becomes a factor that many people can recognize. The surface which connects building and outside actively is called skin. Skin connects inside and outside through various ways such as reflection, projection, obstruction and etc. By that, skin makes various effects and causes specific recognition of visitor and passer.

          This study will deal with the following: First, personal color will be defined and analyzed to acquire the features of the four seasons tones and images. Second, an analysis of image words in terms of personal color type according to I.R.I image scale and Joanne Richmond s image scale will be conducted. Then, the characteristics of wedding dresses color and material, wedding makeup color, and wedding hairstyles will be alanyzed, followed by the application of the tones and images of personal colors on the characteristics of wedding style. Third, analyzed personal color models by four seasons and wedding styling photoshoots processes will be provided. This study mainly referred to thesis and Internet data. Wedding style photoshoot were taken based on the characteristics of personal color. Through the study, the following findings were observed: First, a defined concept of personal color, body color type, and the four seasons tones and images were established. Also, defined features of dress material, dress color, makeup color, and hairstyles based on features of and image of the four seasons were also present. Second, the colors of the four seasons are classified through the dress, makeup, and hair. Based on the results, depending on the model s body type, overall wedding styling photoshoot images as well as dress, makeup, hairstyling methods were provided.

          유연조정교섭 메커니즘에 관한 연구

          본 연구는 단체교섭 구조를 집권화-분권화 측면에서만 분석하는 기존의 접근방식과 달리 유연-경직 측면과 조정-비조정 측면에서 동시에 분석하는 접근방식이 한국의 교섭구조 변화를 보다 잘 설명할 수 있다고 주장한다. 본 연구는 문헌연구와 사례연구라는 두 가지 연구전략을 채택하였다. 최근 선진국의 교섭구조 변화에 대한 문헌을 세밀히 검토하면, 유연/경직 교섭 측면과 조정/비조정 교섭 측면이 동시에 고려되어야 교섭구조 변화가 제대로 이해된다는 점을 알 수 있다. 다음으로 사용자단체 해산 다음 해인 지난 2010년 보건의료 교섭 사례를 다루면서, 유연하고 조정된 교섭이 이루어지는 과정과 작동원리, 그리고 그 성과 등을 살펴보았다. 사용자단체가 해산되었음에도 기업별 교섭으로 전환되지 않은 이유는 개별 사업장의 노사의 힘으로는 주어진 현안을 해결할 수 없다는 점, 즉 초기업 수준의 노사간 상호의존성 때문이라고 판단된다. 상호의존성은 노사로 하여금 공공재를 형성하며(조정된 교섭), 이는 다시 개별사업장의 상황이 교섭에 반영될 수 있는 여지를 확대하게 한다(유연한 교섭). 본 연구 결과 환경이나 제도적 요건이 교섭구조를 결정짓는 것이 아니며, 보건의료 노사는 유연하고 조정된 교섭을 실행하기 위해 다양한 전략적 선택을 취하는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 환경(구조)결정론자들의 주장과는 달리 행위 주체자의 능동적인 대응과 전략적 선택이 교섭구조를 형성하는 주요 요인으로 작용한다. 본 연구를 통해 드러난 보건의료산업에서의 유연조정 교섭이 한국의 타 산별교섭에도 확인될 수 있을 것인지 추가적인 연구가 필요하다. 사례연구와 비교연구를 통해 한국에서 유연하고 조정된 교섭이 이루어지는 메카니즘을 보다 체계화하기를 기대한다. 만약 새로운 접근방식이 한국의 교섭구조 변화를 보다 풍부하고 정확하게 해석할 수 있는데 성공한다면, 이는 해외 선진국의 교섭구조 변화를 분석할 수 있는 새로운 모델로 제시될 수 있을 것이다. This paper analyzes the particular case of de-associated industrial collective bargaining that occurred in 2010 in Korea's health and medical industry subsequent to the dissolution of the employers association. The paper argues for a new framework for understanding industrial unionism. The new approach considers industrial unionism, especially industrial bargaining, in terms of flexibility/ rigidity and coordination/incoordination and finds ample evidence of flexibility and coordination at work. The findings are at odds with the existing papers that explain industrial bargaining in terms of centralization/decentralization. Most of the research on the health and medical industry in particular follows a structural/deterministic approach, concluding that Korean unions and employers are not able to build industrial unionism due to the lack of institutional and organizational conditions - such as external labor markets and high unionization rates. Furthermore, most research ignores the possibility that industrial unionism sustains in the absence of an employers association who negotiates with an industrial union and signs an industrial collective agreement. The case under study provides ample evidence to the contrary. In 2009, employers in the health and medical industry dissolved their association, causing a pause in the industrial bargaining process, which resulted in the failure to reach a collective agreement that year. This sudden dissolution and disruption seemed to support the structural/deterministic argument that the lack of institutional and organizational conditions conductive to industrial unionism in Korea has led industrial unionism instability. In the case of the health and medical industry, most industrial relations researchers expected the immediate reversion to enterprise bargaining, after the association's dissolution, which would signal the end of industrial unionism in the field. The reality, however, was quite different. Contrary to expectations, 2010 saw effective flexible and coordinated bargaining arrangements in the health and medical industry, despite the absence of an employers association, rather than a return to decentralized bargaining between individual employers and enterprise unions. The health and medical industrial union leaders and local union representatives set up joint bargaining teams, and discussed wages and working conditions with employers. A joint team negotiated with individual counterparts, or with multi-employers representatives. Both cases produced a quite similar collective agreements for two main reasons. First, pattern setters provided a reference upon which other joint teams made their contracts with individual employers. Second, multi-employer representatives made an agreement with a groups of joint teams over a certain issues. These two types of bargaining agreements were achieved through non-centralized bargaining, accommodating the particular situations of each hospital while addressing common issues concerning the industry at large. Given this case evidence, it appears that a new framework for understanding industrial unionism and collective bargaining is called for, beyond the simple structural/deterministic and centralized/ decentralized approach. The authors propose a framework that examines flexibility/ rigidity and coordination/incoordination in the bargaining mechanism. In the case under examination, unions and employers considered each hospitals' situation in the bargaining, demonstrating flexibility, which means a flexible bargaining. Also, unions and employers made collective agreements reducing the differences among their members as well as inducing collective goods, which means a coordinate bargaining. The case clearly shows that institutional and organizational conditions are not dominant factors in constructing a flexible and coordinated bargaining.           본 연구는 여러 가지 현실적인 제약에도 불구하고 한국에서 교섭구조 집권화가 불가능한것은 아니며 행위 주체자의 능동적인 환경해석과 대응 전략이 유연하면서 조정된 교섭의 결과를 가져오게 하였다는 것을 검증하였다. 우선, 문헌연구를 통해 구조적 단체교섭 분권화론자들의 주장이 Dunlop(1958)의 시스템이론에 기반한 환경(구조)결정론적 시각을 취하고 있음을 보여주고 이러한 관점만으로는 유사한 환경이나 구조 하에서 상이하게 나타나는 다양한 교섭양상과 변화현상을 설명할 수 없음을 지적하였다. 임상훈(2008)은 최근 선진국의 교섭구조 변화 분석을 통해 유연/경직 교섭과 조정/비조정 교섭이 독립적으로 존재함을 밝혔고, 중앙집권/분권화 측면이 아닌 유연/경직 측면에서 교섭을 검토해야 변화를 이해할 수 있음을 지적하였다. 나아가 유연성과 조정의 정도를 두 차원으로 하여 4가지 교섭 유형을 제시하고, 이를 선진국에 적용하여 다양한 교섭구조가 존재한다는 점을 밝혔다. 본 연구에서는 보건의료산업에서의 단체교섭이 유연조정교섭에 해당함을 밝히고 나아가 유연하고 조정된 교섭이 이루어지는 과정과 그 작동원리 등 교섭의 메커니즘을 살펴보았다. 사례분석 결과 환경적 요건이 교섭구조를 결정짓는 지배적인 요인은 아니었으며 보건의료노조는 유연하고 조정된 교섭을 실행하기 위해 다양한 전략적 선택을 취하는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 환경(구조)결정론자들의 주장과는 달리 조직적, 제도적 조건이 미비한 상황에서도 행위 주체자들의 능동적인 대응과 전략적 선택이 교섭의 과정과 결과에 상당한 영향을 미쳤음을 밝혀냈으며 유연조정교섭 분류모델의 유용성을 증명하였다. 또한 본 연구에서는 다양하고 복잡한 교섭 과정과 그 이면에 내재한 작동원리 등 교섭의 메커니즘을 분석하기 위해 노조 측을 대상으로 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 보건의료노조는 교섭의 유연성과 조정의 유기적 결합이 필요하다는 인식 하에 그들의 교섭 목표를 달성할 수 있는 최선의 전략을 선택하기 위해 여러 대안들을 분석하고 평가하는 과정을 거치고 있었으며 이러한 과정에는 환경, 상대방의 예상 전략, 이전 전략 실행을 통해 얻은 학습의 결과, 노조의 의도 및 요구 등이 복합적인 영향 요인으로 작용하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. This article verified that adopting centralized bargaining in Korea is possible in spite of many restrictions and social actor's active environmental interpretation and strategic choice resulted in a flexible and coordinated bargaining. Through literature review, we pointed out that ""structural decentralization theory"" is consistent with Environmental determinism based on Dunlop's system approach and this point of view alone cannot explain diverse aspects of collective bargaining and different direction of change under similar environment(such as organizational and institutional preconditions). Reviewing the changes in collective bargaining in developed countries, Lim(2008) found it more appropriate to distinguish two dimensions such as flexibility/ rigidity and coordination/ uncoordination. And then, he presented four bargaining types using these two dimensions and applied it to the bargaining structures of developed countries. This study found collective bargaining in health and medical industry corresponds to a flexible and coordinated bargaining. Futhermore, we looked at the mechanism(complex procedure and operating principle) of flexible and coordinated bargaining. The result of case study showed that the environmental conditions are not dominant factors in deciding the structure of bargaining. The National Health and Medical Workers' Union took several strategic choices to build a flexible and coordinated collective bargaining. Based on this case study, it can be concluded that social actor's active actions and strategic choices exercise significant influence on the process and result of collective bargaining even under insufficient organizational and institutional conditions. We interviewed the National Health and Medical Workers' Union and the managers of several local chapters to analyze the mechanism of collective bargaining. The data from interview showed that acknowledging the need for an organic combination of flexibility and coordination in bargaining, The National Health and Medical Workers' Union analyzed and evaluated viable strategies to select the best strategy in achieving their goal. And a complex set of factors such as environmental conditions, the opponent's expected strategies, learning effect learned from the past strategy and union's demands have an effect on process of interpretation.

          아스피린 과민성 천식 환자에서 TLR3 유전자 다형성에 따른 IgG 아형 결핍 및 천식 중증도의 연관성 연구

          Purpose: Toll-like receptor 3 (TLR3) recognizes to viral double-stranded RNA and is involved in antiviral defenses. A probable role of TLR3 gene variants in the pathogenesis of aspirin-intolerant asthma (AIA) has been suggested. AIA patients present more frequent asthma exacerbations in which respiratory viral infections could be an exacerbating factor. IgG subclass deficiency was commonly present with bronchial asthma. Based on previous findings, we investigated whether TLR3 variants could affect IgG3 subclass deficiency in AIA.Methods: We enrolled 279 AIA patients, 403 aspirin-tolerant asthma (ATA) patients, and 315 normal healthy controls (NC) in this study. TLR3 polymorphism at the promoter region -299698G>T was genotyped. The serum levels of IgG subclasses were determined by the single radial immunodiffusion method. Expressions of IgG3 and TLR3 on Epstein-Barr virus transformed-B cells isolated from asthmatic patients were evaluated by flow cytometry to investigate B-cell functions.Results: The TLR3 -299698 T allele was significantly associated with severity and IgG3 deficiency in the AIA group (P=0.044 and P=0.010, respectively), but not in the ATA group. IgG3 expression on B cells from asthmatics with IgG3 deficiency was significantly lower compared to those without (P=0.025). There was a positive correlation between IgG3 expression levels on B cells and serum IgG3 levels (r2=0.434, P=0.002).Conclusion: These results suggest that the TLR3 -299698G>T polymorphism may be associated with IgG3 subclass deficiency and severity in AIA.
