        과립막세포종 5예

        난소의 성기삭-간질종양은 난소종양의 5%를 차지한다. 이 중 대부분은 과립박세포종이며, 성인형과 유년형으로 구성되어 있어 서로 다른 임상적 또 해부학적 특성을 가진다. 유년형은 과립막세포종 전체의 5%를 구성하고 있다. 과립막세포종은 estrogen을 분비하여, 성인형에서는 질출혈, 유년형에서는 성조숙증 등 과도하고 장기적인 estrogen에 노출된 것에 대한 증상이 나타날 수 있다. 수술이 진단과 병기 및 종양 제거를 위하여 기본이 되는 치료이다. 일반적으로 병이 조기에 발견되기 때문에 좋은 예후를 보이고 있다. 항암치료나 방사선치료는 많이 진행된 경우에는 무병기간을 늘려줄 수 있는 것으로 되어 있다. 처음 발견되고 몇 년 후에도 재발이 되는 경우가 있기 때문에, estradiol이나 inhibin 등을 이용한 꾸준한 추적검사가 필요하다 하겠다. 저자들은 최근 성인형 4예와 유년형 1예의 과립막세포종을 경험하였기에 간단한 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하고자 한다. Sex cord stromal tumors (GCT) of the ovary compose just 5% of ovarian tumors. Most of them are granulosa cell tumors (GCT). There are two types of tumors, juvenile (JGCT) and adult type (AGCT), with have different clinical and histopathological features. JGCT represents only 5% of GCT. GCT is characterized by secretion of estrogen. Patients may present with vaginal bleeding in adult type, and sexual pseudoprecocity in juvenile type, as results of prolonged exposure to tumor-derived estrogen. Surgery is a principle of treatement and required for definite tissue diagnosis, staging, and tumor debulking. Survival of patients with GCT is generally excellent because most patients present with early stage disease. Because of the propensity of GCT to recur years after initial diagnosis, prolonged surveillance such as physical examnation and serum tumor markers such as estradiol and inhibin is reasonable. We present 5 cases GCT, 4 AGCT and 1 JGCT, with brief review of literature.

        ‘환경과 에너지’ 주제중심통합프로그램이 과학과 핵심역량에 미치는 효과

        This study analyzed the impacts of science key competencies enhancement through the development and application of curriculum integration program focused on ‘Environment and Energy’. The concepts of ‘Environment-friendly Automobile’ and ‘Energy Zero House’, which are two sub-themes of the ‘Environment and Energy’ theme-based integration program, are linked with science, practical course, social studies, integrated science, technology and home economics, and integrated social subjects, and the contents of the workbooks and activities are linked to science key competencies. 135 first-year high school students participated in the study and the questionnaires of science and key competencies conducted before/after the class were analyzed. The results of this study showed that the theme-based integration program significantly improved the students’ key competencies such as scientific thinking, scientific inquiry ability, scientific problem-solving ability, scientific communication ability, scientific participation and lifelong learning ability. The theme-based integration program on ‘Environment and Energy’ can be utilized not only in classroom teaching but also in club activities and can be used in other grades. I suggest the development of another theme-based integration program that can enhance the key competencies by finding common themes that integrate the curriculum. 이 연구는 ‘환경과 에너지’ 주제중심의 교과통합프로그램을 개발․적용하여, 과학과 핵심역량 함양에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. ‘환경과 에너지’ 주제중심통합프로그램의 두 소주제인 ‘친환경 자동차’와 ‘에너지 제로하우스’의 개념은 과학, 실과, 사회, 통합과학, 기술가정, 통합사회 과목과 연계되어 있으며, 학습지 및 활동 내용은 과학과 핵심역량과 연계되어 있다. 이 수업은 고등학교 1학년 135명을 대상으로 실시하였고, 수업 전․후에 실시한 과학과 핵심역량 검사지를 분석하였다. 이 연구에서 개발된 주제중심통합프로그램은 학생들의 과학과 핵심역량인 과학적 사고력, 과학적 탐구 능력, 과학적 문제 해결력, 과학적 의사소통 능력, 과학적 참여와 평생 학습 능력을 모두 유의미하게 향상시켰다. ‘환경과 에너지’를 주제로 한 주제중심통합프로그램은 학교에서 교과 수업에서뿐만 아니라, 동아리활동 등에서 활용될 수 있으며, 다른 학년에서도 활용이 가능하다. 교과를 통합하는 공통된 주제를 찾아서 핵심역량을 강화시킬 수 있는 또다른 주제중심통합프로그램의 개발을 제안한다.

      • 동화유형에 따른 유아의 언어반응

        The purpose of this study was to find out linguistic responses of kindergarteners to various types of picture books, mainly based on transmitted, realistic and fantasy picture books. Sixty kindergarteners, twenty children each from three kindergartens, participated in this study. The children were in the twelve small groups of five and were read six books(two books of each kind of picture books : transmitted, realistic, fantasy). The results of this study were as following First, kindergarteners showed the most interest in response to fantasy picture books, and significant differences were found in fantasy and realistic picture books. Second, with all genre of picture books the children response with more interest to the illustration than the text, and understood the content of the stories by relating and combining the text and the illustration. There wasn't significant differences according to the genre of picture books with text, but with illustration the they showed difference in response in the order of fantasy, transmitted and realistic picture books. Third, in all picture books the kindergarteners showed the most responses to the characters in the stories. Fourth, among different types of response patterns, more informative response were found in all of the three genre of picture books than any other pattern of response.

      • 기후변화에 대한 중학생들의 인식, 태도 및 실천 의지 조사

        Global warming is being progressed out of question and consequently, climate change is accelerated. Under this situation, not only recognition and attitude but also practice will for climate change would be important. The objective of this study is to provide basic data and implications of the climate change education for the secondary school students by surveying recognition, attitude and practice will of the middle school students. For this objective, a questionnaire was performed by targeting 288 middle school students being distributed in 3 districts of Seoul and its result is as follows. First, considerable number of students learned of the contents of climate change through media and they had correct knowledge about its cause and effect. Second, average score of an attitude for climate change was above normal score but compared with that of recognition level for climate change, it was represented to be low. Third, score of practice will for climate change was also above normal but compared with that of recognition for climate change, it was represented to be low. Climate change education is required to be performed for a change of attitude, practice will as well as recognition of the students, It is suggested that school education is required to focus on guiding the students to have right knowledge and attitude for climate change and fostering a sense of responsibility and practice will of the students. 지구 온난화는 논란의 여지가 없을 정도로 명백하게 진행되고 있으며 기후변화가 가속화되고 있다. 이에 기후변화에 대한 인식과 태도뿐 아니라 실천 의지가 중요할 것이다. 본 연구의 목적은 중학생들의 기후변화에 대한 인식, 태도 및 실천 의지를 조사하여, 중등학생을 위한 기후변화 교육의 기초자료와 시사점을 제공하는데 있다. 이를 위해 서울 지역 3개의 구에 분포한 중학생 288명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학생의 상당수가 기후변화 내용을 매체를 통해 접하고 있었으며, 기후변화에 따른 원인과 결과를 바르게 알고 있었다. 둘째, 기후변화에 대한 태도에 대한 평균 점수는 보통 이상의 점수이지만, 기후변화 인식 정도에 비해 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 기후변화에 대한 실천 의지 역시 보통 이상의 점수이지만, 기후변화에 대한 인식에 비하면 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 기후변화 교육은 학생들의 인식뿐 아니라 태도, 실천 의지 변화를 위해 교육해야 할 것이다. 학교 교육은 학생들이 기후변화에 대한 올바른 지식과 태도를 갖게 하며, 책임감과 실천 의지를 키우는데 중점을 두어야 한다고 제언하는 바이다.

        국립부산과학관 전시물과 2015 개정 교육과정과의 연계성 분석 - 핵심역량과 3~6학년을 중심으로 -

        With the advent of the 4th industrial revolution, the educational innovation focusing on the key competencies is occurring in the whole world. In September 2015, the Ministry of Education suggested six key competencies such as self-management competency, knowledge/information processing competency, creative thinking competency, aesthetic sensibility competency, communication competency, and community competency for the 2015 revised national curriculum. Also, this era requires for diverse lessons like subject integrated/converged lesson and intramural/extramural education. Thus, the objective of this study is to research/analyze exhibitions of Busan National Science Museum as extramural educational institute and to relate between the 2015 revised curriculum and exhibitions of science museum. First, the exhibitions of permanent exhibition hall in Busan National Science Museum were researched/analyzed. It analyzed the current status, display type, and explained contents of exhibitions. Second, it analyzed the relations between contents of the exhibition and key competencies in the 2015 revised curriculum. Third, the 2015 revised curriculum for the 3rd and 6th grade related to the selected exhibition contents was analyzed. The analysis on the exhibition contents performed by this study would be helpful for follow-up researches connected to exhibitions of Busan National Science Museum.

        Dual Bias Modulator for Envelope Tracking and Average Power Tracking Modes for CMOS Power Amplifier

        This paper presents a dual-mode bias modulator (BM) for complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) power amplifiers (PAs). The BM includes a hybrid buck converter and a normal buck converter for an envelope tracking (ET) mode for high output power and for an average power tracking (APT) mode for low output power, respectively. The dual-mode BM and CMOS PA are designed using a 0.18-m CMOS process for the 1.75 GHz band. For the 16-QAM LTE signal with a peak-to-average power ratio of 7.3 dB and a bandwidth of 5 MHz, the PA with the ET mode exhibited a power-added efficiency (PAE) of 39.2%, an EVM of 4.8%, a gain of 19.0 dB, and an adjacent channel leakage power ratio of -30 dBc at an average output power of 22 dBm, while the stand-alone PA has a PAE of 8% lower at the same condition. The PA with APT mode has a PAE of 21.3%, which is an improvement of 13.4% from that of the stand-alone PA at an output power of 13 dBm.
